I went to see Natalie to get some advice on the extensions I had fitted by another salon. They were causing me a huge amount of pain and discomfort.

Natalie went above and beyond to help me, removing the previous set that had been badly fitted and then replacing them with a brand new set.

The difference is unbelievable and I can’t thank Natalie enough for giving me the confidence to use extensions again!

Natalie started doing my hair the end of March and it has never felt better. Natalie made me feel so welcome in the salon and was so kind to me. She talked me through the whole process of coloring my hair and made me feel very at ease. I have had experiences before where bleach has been left on my hair way too long which caused it to break badly. She advised me on what the best vitamins and treatments were to get my hair back in good condition and really was so very lovely. I am re booked in with Natalie in a couple of weeks and now would not go to anybody else ️

Natalie is not only the sweetest and kindest person but the BEST hair extension technician I have ever been to. I have had hair extensions done a lot and she is by far the best and most experienced. Can not recommend enough! Not only is Natalie super friendly and makes every extension fitting more like a catch up with one of the girls, she is super quick. And most importantly the only person who does my weave this well. Never ever have any issues with hair falling out and constantly getting compliments about my hair and people thinking it’s my own hair - exactly what you want when choosing hair extensions!
