Trato inmejorable 100%. El personal es maravilloso y muy atento y cuidadoso. Alicia, la administrativa, es un encanto. Estuve hace unas semanas y tienen calidad precio. Lo recomiendo a todos los clientes que necesitéis de sus servicios.

Este junio lleve mi barco para hacerle un trabajo de una semana se pegó allí 3 meses perdí todo el verano por culpa de la mala organizaron de taller y mecánicos despus me cobraron tres meses de estacia aparte de encarecerse la factura con horas de más y días de varadero que. NO tenía que pagar. Son un desastre y encarecen las facturas y trabajan fatal y solo saben darte largas
La verdad no lo recomiendo sino queréis perder el tiempo y que encima os roben os digo mi esperiencia nunca aprarecais por allí ni a pedir socorro

RIP OFF BOAT YARD.
Warning, if you need a boat repair (like we did recently) you better make sure you can get to either the Fuengirola or Malaga boat yard!
Be warned that, Nautica Juan Reus in Benalmadena Port are not to be trusted with your treasured possession, (your boat).
They will provide you false information, inflate the costs and charge you for unnecessary work!
They will deflate your wallet and keep you waiting and waiting for the privilege!
Here we experienced very poor service and no customer care, and we will make sure that we never use this Volvo Penta Agent again, even if we have to be towed to Fuengirola or Malaga boat yards.

SIMPLE ADVICE - AVOID.
We used this boat yard for a basic repair to a Volvo Penta engine and they falsely claimed the engine needed to be fully stripped to fix the problem, provided incorrect information as to what was required and even lied about speaking with Volvo in Madrid to verify the works. All of this deceit resulted is a hugely inflated and unnecessary bill, weeks extra of the boat in the yard and they never once took responsibility and continued to lie despite overwhelming evidence that they carried out totally unnecessary work.

I would like to recommend Juan Antonio from Juan Reus Nautica for the thorough follow up and support in locating parts for my bow thruster that had one propeller with broken wings.
