El peor servicio de taxi que he "sufrido" en mi vida. Los que he tenido la "suerte" de contactar parecían delincuentes. Cuarenta minutos esperando en el hospital withas, llegaron cuatro o cinco y al vernos con una bolsa de playa paraban y salian disparados
Un servicio vergonzoso y los que me tocaron "delincuentes". Uno arrancó la puerta abierta. El ayuntamiento que asuma su cuota de responsabilidad y que si tiene que retirar licencias está tardando

Siempre están ahí, la chica del teléfono es muy amable y simpática. Totalmente recomendable.

Un trato horrible, desde que me monté al taxi (habían llamado desde el restaurante y era el 3° que venía y al que preguntaba si era el mío) hablándome mal, diciendo que yo no era su clienta, que mi taxi lo habían cogido unas chicas. Y yo diciendo bueno eso no es culpa mía, yo querría haber cogido el primero, pero tu compañero me dijo que no y las cogió a ellas. Diciéndome que había pedido una pizza y ahora la iba a comer fría, que era por mi culpa. Horrible el trato, hacía tiempo que alguien no me trataba tan mal.

Estructura de precios poco clara (más como precios de estafa). Cuando se le preguntó sobre el precio de 112,20 € de Nerja al aeropuerto de Málaga, la respuesta del conductor fue llamar a la policía.

Tratamos de entender qué tarifas se usaron y por qué no coincidían con la lista de precios que se ve en la ventana.

Nuestro amigo que habla español llamó a la oficina mientras estábamos en el coche y nos dijeron que no deberíamos pagar más de 70€. Cuando los llamamos nuevamente en 20 minutos hablando en inglés, la historia cambió y ahora aparentemente tenemos que pagar lo que muestra el medidor.

Claramente no les gustan los extranjeros y todavía no está claro para nosotros cómo terminamos con este precio en particular, ya que aparentemente la lista de precios solo muestra las tarifas para viajes RESERVADOS CON PREVIA.

¡Evita a estos estafadores!

I would leave zero stars if I could. Awful company. Rude staff on the phone, didn’t send taxis as promised. Avoid at all costs!

The lady who picked up was very rude and unhelpful the service is utterly useless and booking is a proper nightmare dont call them unless you want an earful off the dozy the cow that picks up

Booket a taxi to the bussstation. The driver was somehow of the impression that we were going to the AirPort in Malaga. We did not book any AirPort-taxi, and had not stated where we were going during the time of booking.
However, the driver shows up, lifts the bags into the trunk, i show him a picture of the Alsa bus stop in Nuevo Nerja; and he completely loses his temper! He then started roaring about the AirPort and uses a good five minutes with the meter running, yelling and shouting in Spanish.the first problem: neither of us speaks spanish. The second problem: we had never booked a taxi for the AirPort, and shouting in our faces in a different language only costs time and money for both parts.
Unsatisfied with the man driving, the way he handled the situation and cursing loudly in front of us and everyone.
The meter stopped at €6,50. We gave him €10. He then proceeds to keep all of the money, and thereby tip himself with About half the prise.

A las 7.00 de la mañana llamo para pedir 1 taxi.
Me dicen que sólo hay 1 y que va a tardar 90 minutos.

Dan verguenza los taxis en este pueblo, una hora esperando, en fin los taxis al fin y al cabo son unos timadores.

DO NOT USE THIS TAXI SERVICE. I booked a taxi to travel to the Nerja caves and it never arrived. I called 4 times afterwards and their customer service was deplorable. Needless to say the taxi never arrived. NOT RECOMMENDED.
