Por la presente damos nuestra mejor recomendación a Nordkap Living. Vivimos en una urbanización (ático/3.piso) y desde nuestra primera visita a la tienda, Benjamín nos aconsejó e informó muy profesionalmente sobre precios, cómo hacer con la grúa, etc.

Hoy lo entregaron…, y vaya trabajo. Muy profesional, y los muchachos supieron dejar nuestro jazucci desde 30 metros del suelo.

We bought a jacuzzi from Nordkap and everything has gone really well; the installation was really quick and they've done a great job with the maintenance aswell. Highly recommend Nordkap!

Profesionales sin dudarlo, tuve un problema con el calentador y fue solucionado en pocos días por su técnico Benyamin.
Atención perfecta por parte de la chica del establecimiento (BRUNA).
Recomiendo si estáis interesados en algún producto de ellos NO LO DUDÉIS.

We came in to the shop at 17.50 hour to buy a sauna. They are closing at 18.00. Still a smile on the face and reacting at a good a nice way. Also the installing from Benjamin was very good. We recommand Nordkap, as a really good company. Bad thing is, that we couldn't buy 'blue' their beautiful dog)

So when it comes to reviews it's great to see that 99% of the time things have gone perfectly, but what about the one time there is a problem? That's really what we want to know, how are problems handled, is our investment safe. Well, I was that one in a million customer where there was a problem with the product (not the service the service was exceptional - great). I can confirm after attempts to fix the issue with the product I got a full, fast, and quibble free refund. I was really impressed how Benjamin at Nordkap, stepped up to the plate. I recommend the service and would use them again.

We went through a careful process of which sauna would suit our needs best. Our contact person Benjamin Top did a great job by advising us a sauna which perfectly fitted into our dreams!
We got the package delivered in time (near Benissa, Spain). The construction work was as easy as described. Within a day our handy-man finished the sauna. The quality of the materials is excellent, even as the woodfitting itself.
All in all we are very happy with our order and especially the aftersales & service of Benjamin Topp!
