Booked a trip with Jim at the desk by the marina to see dolphins for our 5 year old granddaughter and her parents. Very friendly guy, but didn't tell me that there was the opportunity to swim from the boat. The day they went they didn't find any dolphins - that happens, I understand that - but granddaughter was doubly disappointed because they hadn't known to take their swimming things so just had to wait while others had fun. No communication at all from the crew, other than to ask what sort of canned drink they would like. No safety briefing, no pointing out of landmarks, nothing.
To cheer her up, we then booked to take her out again with us, saying that if there weren't any dolphins, at least we could swim off the boat. You've guessed.no dolphins, no swim and no explanation.
Spoke to Jim on our return, to say that more communication may have managed customer expectation a bit more, and stop other kids from getting disappointed, but he was full of excuses and not really listening.
Next time will go out from Gibraltar, a much more professional outfit.

We booked for an 1.5 hour trip and wow what a trip. The group we were with were such fun and the staff were so knowledgeable and helpful.to top it off we did see Dolphins! Highly recommend one of these trips.

My family and I went last year, with these guys. We had a amazing trip with them, they looked after us like VIPs.
We saw the dolphins and this Made the kids holiday and ours.

We went on a 1hr sunset boat trip with Norton Charters in Aug 2019, the trip was delayed for a couple of days due to bad weather, however they had warned us this might happen and made sure we were informed of the delay several hours before we were due to sale, when we did go the weather was just right, the trip was very pleasant, we sat on the front of the boat taking in the views and listening to the relaxing music they had playing, after sailing away from sure for about 25 minutes they stopped the boat and turned it to face into the sunset, they offered everyone a drink and we watched the sunset over the Spanish mountains. Some of the other passengers took the opportunity to have a swim in the ocean to the theme tune of jaws. Excellent trip, very relaxing and highly recommended

Excellent boat trip! Highly recommend Abel as your tour guide, very genuine and informative. Seen lots of dolphins, had a splash and seen a moon fish! Fun, fun, fun

El paseo es bonito, pero ha sido un poco decepcionante, íbamos con 2 niñas pequeñas ilusionadas por ver delfines, y no ha podido ser, yo entiendo que es cuestión de suerte, pero tampoco había mucho interés por parte del personal, que estaba más pendiente de su conversación, y no me parece bien que fumen, sin tener en cuenta que haya niños pequeños alrededor.

Una experiencia genial!
Aunque no llegamos a ver los delfines fueron dos horas estupendas navegando. Lo recomiendo.
Y los responsable del barco son muy amables.
