Ocean Clinic Marbella

Me hice una rinoplastia con doctor Kay. El gran problema es que me dejó la nariz muy grande. Yo le dije que mi sueño era una nariz pequeña y el hizo lo que le dio la gana, ya que he preguntado a otros cirujanos y me contestaron que SÍ que era posible dejarla mucho más pequeña. Me gasté un dineral para nada pq me tengo que operar de nuevo en otra clínica, por supuesto, y gastarme otra vez más de 5000€ que tengo que financiar, por lo inútil de la rinoplastia que me hizo este señor doctor Kay. Muy descontenta y hecha polvo, me ha afectado mucho, ya que tiré el dinero y sigo teniendo la nariz muy grande. Cuidado con las rinoplastias que hace este dr Kay. Ocean Clinic nunca mas! cuidado.

LLevo unos 10 años siendo paciente de Ocean Clinic, me he hecho varios tratamientos y me he operado. Desde el principio el trato tanto del personal como del equipo médico ha sido inmejorable. Destaco de Ocean Clinic la naturalidad de los resultados. Los profesionales que te atienden te hablan con sinceridad y te dicen si lo que quieres es realista o es fruto de un deseo. Siempre he seguido sus consejos y estoy muy contenta con como he quedado. La única pega que les puedo poner es que no abren los fines de semana y tengo que coger días de vacaciones cada vez que me hago algo con ellos, ya que vivo en Madrid. Esto es muy egoísta por mi parte, pero no puedo decir nada malo de ellos. Acabo dándoles la enhorabuena buena y agradeciendo el trato recibido durante todos estos años.

Yo me hice una liposuccion de papada que quedó deforme por un lado y la piel caída. También hice pequeña liposuccion de la zona de los brazos , que quedó caída y un intento de reconstrucción de gluteos que tampoco tuvo buen resultado. Recién operado por la inflamación sólo se notaba la papada, que había una parte más liposuccionada que la otra, pero cuando ya se fue la inflamación, se vieron los malos resultados. Me volvieron a intervenir con previo pago anestesista ( este muy bueno) pero de nuevo mal . Espero tengan más suerte que yo.
He tardado años en escribir esta reseña porque yo confiaba plenamente en este cirujano y él me atendió muy bien , su anestesista buenísimo, pero la realidad es que lo resultados fueron malos, gasté un dineral para quedarme mal y tener que aguantarme. Ya me ocurrió con anterioridad con otro cirujano por lo que acudí aquí para dar solución pero finalmente no solo no se dió solución sino que acabé peor. No recomiendo cirugías estéticas a nadie, no con este cirujano en si, sino con ninguno. Y si, es cierto, una vez que te operan y gastas un dineral, si quedas mal , persistiendo te hacen un pequeño retoque previo nuevo pago pero si te vuelve a dejar mal, olvídate porque no va a darle solución ni van a asumir el error. Al menos en mi caso

Cuando decidí operarme de un aumento de pecho lo tenía claro, Ocean Clinic era el sitio indicado ya que mi madre se operó hace unos años y la experiencia fue excelente.
Quería darles las gracias a Dr. Kai Kaye, enfermeras, recepcionistas (en especial a Vanesa que desde que fuimos con mi madre siempre ha sido encantadora con nosotras) y a cada una de las personas que forman esta clínica.
Dr. Kai Kaye gracias por tus recomendaciones, tu atención y tu trabajo, no puedo estar más contenta.
Cada uno de ellos me han dado un trato excelente!

Excellent clinic, the building is clean, modern and pleasing…the staff are efficient and kind, the aftercare is top of the range and Dr Kaye is incredible…very very happy (and I’m very hard to please).

Mi novia viajo desde Valencia a Marbella para realizarse una rinoseptoplastia en esta clínica y ha salido perfecto. Las enfermeras, médicos y recepcionistas son muy atentos/as y el cuidado médico es excepcional. 100% recomiendo esta clínica por su perfección estética, su atención al cliente y sus servicios en general.

After a cancer removal and skin graft on my nose in the U. K.in 2020, it subsequently collapsed on one side, and the graft was very obvious. I approached Ocean Clinic (I’d had a previous procedure done there) to see if they could help reconstruct the nose, initially via a zoom meeting in December 2021. Earlier this year (2022) I came for a physical examination, to set up a plan of action and on March 28th, the operation took place. It was a very complicated 3D reconstruction, that few surgeons in the U. K, wished to take on. It involved a new skin graft, to replace the original graft, and a rebuild of the left nostril. Leaving as little obvious sign of surgery as possible. As of 10 days post op, it’s looking healthy, and just needs to heal well.
The staff, both surgical and non surgical, are extremely helpful, supportive, friendly and put you at ease straight away.
I’d highly recommend Ocean Clinic.

Despues de varias operaciones quirurgicas, solo puedo decir que me equivoque apostando por este Doctor. Kai o Kaye. Mis operaciones eran algo complicadas, en otras clìnicas me dijeron que ellos no podían hacer nada, eran honrados y no quería hacer algo que salía de su entendimiento, este señor dijo que si, sin saber hacer nada de lo que prometio, me ha dejado la cara totalmente deformada, befaloplastia con ojeras permanentes y cortes que se ven por toda la cara, fibrosis por toda la cara permanente, un lado de la cara totalmente diferente a el otro, con bultos y cortes, me despertè en medio de una cirugía en quirófano y así tengo mil cosas por la que no recomendar esta clinica, todo cutre y sin sentido, seguro que para poner unos pechos sera el mejor, pero cuidado con que os toque la cara la culpa nunca es suya, es que cicatrizamos mal, que no hemos hecho bien los masajes, en mi caso solo veía dinero, tanto es así que si llegaba la lista de turno decía que con botox se soluciona. ¿Como solucionas una fibrosis, como solucionas una mal corte, un bulto en medio de la cara? Según esta dermatóloga poniendo 450 euros de botox, esto se llama todo por la pasta y da igual la persona, ahora me toca buscar UN BUEN CIRUJANO que arregle esta MIERDA. Escribo todo esto y mas que me guardo para que sepan donde os meteis. En mi caso ha sido un gran error ir a Ocean Clinic, no comentan ustedes el mismo.

My operations were somewhat complicated, in other clinics they told me that they could not do anything, they were honest and did not want to do something that came out of their understanding, this man said yes, without knowing how to do anything that he promised, he has left me the totally deformed face, bephaloplasty with permanent dark circles and cuts that can be seen all over the face, fibrosis for all the permanent face, one side of the face totally different from the other, with lumps and cuts, I woke up in the middle of a surgery in the operating room And so I have a thousand things for which I do not recommend this clinic, all shabby and meaningless, sure that to put some breasts it will be the best, but be careful that it touches your face, the fault is never yours, it is that we ciratrizar badly, that we We have done the massages well, in my case I only saw money, so much so that if the shift list arrived it said that with botox it can be solved. How do you solve fibrosis, how do you solve a bad cut, a lump in the middle of the face? According to this dermatologist putting 450 euros of botox, this is called everything because of the pasta and it does not matter the person, now I have to look for a GOOD SURGEON to fix this SHIT. I write all this and more that I keep so you know where you get. In my case it has been a big mistake to go to Ocean Clinic, don't make the same one.

No tengo palabras para describir el trato recibido por parte del equipo de Ocean Clinic. Desde el personal de recepción, pasando por las enfermeras hasta la doctora.
Todo el tiempo he podido ser parte del proceso, pues a diferencia de otras clínicas a las que he ido, aquí te escuchan y como resultado sales tal y como querías siempre dentro de unos resultados profesionales.
Por supuesto volveré porque para mí ha sido un descubrimiento.
Me olvidé que estaba con personas desconocidas por el trato tan cercano y eso me hizo estar relajado durante todo el proceso.
La recomiendo al 100%.

The best clinic I have ever been to!

more than 2 years ago I did my breast at Ocean Clinic with Dr Kai O Kaye and I have just recently done a MACS facelift, Rhinoplasty and blepharoplasty + brow lift with threading with Dr Kaye and I speak from the bottom of my heart - This clinic and Dr Kaye are a standard of their own. The attention to details, professionalism, the exceptional knowledge and the way they tale care of you is from another world. I have never felt so spoiled and cared of by any clinic from the second you step in and all the way to the end and even after your aftercare.

Vanessa & Mai in the reception always welcome you with love. Dr Kaye is one of the most talented surgeon I have ever met.before I did my breast here I have a very bad experience and a past of 5 breast surgeries where different surgeons and clinics in Sweden have tried to fix what was a failed first surgery. Never have a met a surgeon who said with confidence that he could help me fix my breast after the past Ive had and so he did!:) and wooooow, I just got the prettiest nose and face on this planet now by him.

The surgery day - you feel calm, safe, secure and to me it feels like I am going to a SPA haha. The anaesthetics at OC is the best I have experienced and my favourite nurse Alex always takes such good care of me <3

The aftercare - something that many clinic don't really care about but that is not the case here. One of the best really. I get drainage and massages after, everyone knows you and what you have done there you dont even need to explain, they really make sure your recovery goes well and let you know what you need to do at home.

I said it 2 years ago that I would never let another surgeon touch my body and I am sticking to that. Can not recommend Ocean Clinic ENOUGH <3 so happy my friend recommended this place to me

Mi madre y yo buscábamos al mejor profesional xa hacernos una blefaroplastia y despuésde mucho indagar vinimos a Ocean Clinic Marbella recomendados. Después de ver el currículum que tenía el Doctor Kai no podíamos elegir a otro. Vinimos justo después del confinamiento y seguían a raja tabla todo el protocolo de desinfección y seguridad frente al coronavirus, protocolo q no he visto en cualquier otro sitio. Desde el primer momento nos sentimos como en casa y muy arropados por todos y cada uno de los pedazos de profesionales que forman su equipo. Todos muy formados en sus especialidades. Desde Vanessa en recepción, super simpática y atenta, poniéndose de acuerdo con nosotros con respecto a las citas, ya q venimos de fuera, pasando por Louise tan cuidadosa y buena persona, tranquilizándome con su humor inglés, Ángela encargada de los masajes y cuidados del postoperatorio, una máquina! Y las demás enfermeras y fisios a las q no tuve el gusto de conocer personalmente. Y qué decir de la obra de arte q hizo Kai con nosotros.una maravilla! La mejor inversión de mi vida! Merece la pena! Mi experiencia con esta clínica desde el principio muy buena. Siempre he obtenido unos resultados excelentes (y eso que soy bastante exigente), el trato inmejorable tanto por el equipo médico como por Vanesa, siempre cuidan mucho a sus pacientes. Soy de Málaga y me traslado hasta allí para cualquier tratamiento porque obtengo unos resultados increíbles. Son unos grandes profesionales, muy buenas personas y un equipo increíble.

Durante la operacion estaba medio despierta y con dolor, selo dije al Médico pero me dejo sufriendo. SENTí la mayora de la operación! Los resultados no tienen nada que ver con las que yo quería, me han dejado con una cara angulosa y masculina. Las enfermeras muy cotillas e inmmaduras. Guarda tu dinero para una clinica mas HUMANA y EXPERTA

Terrible experience. I needed an operation to fix a deviated septum which was causing breathing problems. Also minor aesthetic changes. Despite using words like “subtle” “nothing drastic” and “my nose, not a different nose” to describe my desired outcome, instead I am left with a unrecognisable nose that is turned up and more asymmetrical than my original nose. Dr Kai O Kaye didn’t seem to be really listening to me but I unfortunately went forward with it anyway. Aftercare awful. Now faced with another surgery elsewhere. (The reason Ocean Clinic can’t find my records is because this is an anonymous account like many others choose to have when dealing with these sensitive issues.)

Para mi sin lugar a duda el mejor centro de cirugía plástica y medicina estética de la costa del sol, tienen los mejores profesionales y los últimos avances. Mi resultado ha sido inigualable, tienen mi confianza plena y son todos un gran equipo que transmiten seguridad. No puedo estar mas agradecida con el trato recibido por todos los cirujanos, enfermeros, médicos, etc. Pero tengo que agradecer a Kamil y Vanessa por tener siempre una sonrisa en la recepción y el trato que dan a los clientes, la ternura de Ángela y la profesionalidad del Dr.kaye.

Great from start to finish. The Dr Kai and his team at the clinic were helpful and made me feel very relaxed. The procedure was in a very calm environment and I felt at ease. The after care was great, with someone on call if needed. All round good service!

An outstandingingly positive experience from start to finish. I flew from London, UK for my surgery:
had liposuction on abdomen and breasts (the latter a
a small reduction). From the very first phone call to my last visit, I was impressed with all aspects of the OC. Dr Felix Papprotka was my surgeon and I feel fortunate because he immediately was very communicative, honest and patient with my questions. This entire experience was handled by a staff of friendly people all exceedingly professional (receptionist, nurses, the massage therapist etc). The surgeon was honest about what to expect, and thorough, caring, I’m only 13 days out since surgery so final results are still coming but I’m SO pleased with the procedure, results the clinic and staff. Finally, the clinic is immaculately clean, and modern. The whole vibe is first class, friendly and relaxed. So worth the trip here. HIGHLY impressed. ;)

I highly recommend Ocean Clinic. Everyone there is extremely professional but also very approachable. From Doctors Kaye and Paprottka, to the nursing staff and front of house reception, all go above and beyond what you would expect. The treatment received is second to none. Great results from a wonderful team of people.

Mi experiencia en la clínica Océan Clinic es positiva al 100%, Empezando por el fantástico trabajo de los cirujanos, el seguimiento con las enfermeras profesional y un trato muy cercano, con una organización increíble, una vez operada te dan el planning con todas las citas de enfermería y drenaje con Ana la osteopata, quien se encarga de hacer los masajes, una función indispensable para un mejor resultado, y ayuda al cuerpo a recuperar mejor y más rápido. El Dr Kai todo un profesional, da una información muy completa sabe de lo que habla y da mucha seguridad. Para mi La mejor clínica, y Desde luego recomendable.

The front end staff at Ocean Clinic are truly exceptional people. From reception, to the nursing staff and the post-op specialists there's not a bad egg anywhere to be seen (there are egg-shaped 'sink in and hide inside' armchairs however). Special mention to Ana, Kamil and Vanessa who are not only very professional but also genuinely wonderful and helpful souls. I've had two procedures so far, and Dr Kaye and Dr Paprottka have been (as far as I can tell) very skillful and dedicated surgeons with very high standards. I took one star off because they're also VERY BUSY people and sometimes you get the impression that they're less concerned about who's present than about who's coming in next. Both Drs explained everything in great detail when prompted. They have their own fully equipped operating theatre in their offices, and a small recovery room with ensuite (probably time to get those leads replaced) plus additional facilities upstairs including remedial massage, IR, RF and general testing equipment.
The stairwell leading up to their offices doesn't smell good, take the lift.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ocean Clinic in Marbella.
