La atención ha sido fantástica,soy un poco torpe pero me ayudaron mucho y fue facilísimo,cuando vuelva a Sevilla ya se dónde tengo que dejar mis maletas

¡No fiarse! Hemos perdido el avión porque cuando fuimos a sacar la maleta las máquinas no funcionaban y nadie respondía al teléfono.

Hay un hombre de atención al cliente siempre en línea, resolviendo cualquier duda y pendiente de nosotras. Un poco complicado el funcionamiento pero buena ayuda al cliente

Quien nos alquiló el apartamento recomendó este servicio y debo decir que es muy práctico y conveniente, fácil de encontrar y conveniente. El código QR no funcionó pero la asistencia vía WhatsApp fue rápida y efectiva. Muy recomendable

Muy práctico y económico para dejar el equipaje mientras esperas llegar al apartamento. Por WhatsApp el propietario nos ayuda paso a paso. Recomiendo esta taquilla automática en el centro de Sevilla.

I was in Seville. This is a fantastic city.
This morning I left the apartment, but my flight is only in the evening. I took advantage. With this opportunity I left my suitcase in "Ole Lockers" Everything was clear and precise and it was very convenient. But when I came to pick up my suitcase, I found out that I had not saved my boxis code. I contacted the phone number provided and they kindly helped me. I received my suitcase and am now at the airport. I am very grateful for this opportunity and for the good work. Thanks a lot.

Tuvimos una pequeña incidencia con la taquilla pero nos lo solucionaron enseguida y nos dieron una de un tamaño más grande. Tuvimos varias preguntas y nos respondieron enseguida. Muy eficaces.

Mala experiencia. Reservé los casilleros con anticipación, me paré frente a los casilleros y las puertas no se abrían. Había un papel en la puerta que decía que podíamos llamar si teníamos algún problema, pero nadie respondió después de llamar varias veces. Luego envié un mensaje y recibí una respuesta de inmediato diciendo que había una actualización del sistema y no podíamos ingresar. No es muy agradable descubrirlo cuando estás parado ahí delante con todas las maletas. No lo recomiendo

Múltiples problemas. Lo más importante es que estaban cerrados por mantenimiento, pero aun así me dejaron hacer una reserva y darles dinero. Todo se realiza a través del sitio web: no se puede acceder personalmente y, a pesar de ello, su sitio web tiene una configuración de seguridad incorrecta, lo que significa que Chrome dice que el sitio no es seguro. Además hay que comprar el día completo, no lo hacen por horas.

Entonces, por supuesto, ahora tengo que esperar a que el reembolso llegue a mi tarjeta de crédito, no tengo un casillero y ahora también tengo que monitorear mi tarjeta para detectar transacciones sospechosas.

A really good, useful idea. Great, easy to find location. Issues as others have mentioned in that the QR code given did not open the locker. However, used the WhatsApp number given and the owner was great. Prompt and helpful. Opened the locker remotely for me several times throughout the day. Didn't have any issue contacting them. Would have been happier/less anxious if the tech worked properly.

Realizamos la reserva en Ole Lockers a través de su página web y fue fácil y rápida de realizar.
Nos facilitaron un código de entrada y otro código de apertura de taquilla.
Al llegar el código de entrada no nos dio ningún problema, pero al introducir en la pantalla el código de taquilla reiteradas veces nos salía un mensaje de que estaban llenas la taquillas y que alquiláramos otra.
En el mismo local había un número de atención al cliente, el cual vía Whatsapp nos lo solucionó de forma rápida y eficaz.
Al volver a recoger las maletas, nos pasó exactamente lo mismo, y la solución fue la misma, contactar vía Whatsapp al teléfono de atención.
Si bien la respuesta fue rápida, buena y eficaz no es correcto tener este tipo de problemas logísticos en un negocio como este.

Used it for a few days while on a side trip to Granada. Received fantastic service via whatsapp - initially regarding door code, since it was not clear if the code was for door or safe, later remotely unlocked a larger locker at 7AM than what I had reserved for my use.

Location is also fantastic - in the shadow of the mushroom (Setas) in the midst of restaurants and busy area.

Finally was much cheaper than other locker services. I used a size 6 unit to store 3 carryons (larger American style ones).

Website can sometimes be slow for initial page to load and is my only gripe.

Local muy útil y sencillo de utilizar. Sin duda una opción perfecta para dejar bolsas o equipaje, además tiene un enchufe dentro de cada taquilla para poder cargar el móvil o portátil

Superpractical place in Sevilla city centre, close to the Setas, with a very fast and reliable technical support in case of some difficulty. Five star + for service and price!

Site had lockers available but wouldn't allow me to pay for one. No other option to book. Can't access without a booking so useless

Seems to be closed. Unable to contact the owner. Codes to log in didn’t work. It looked like the door lock was out of battery. There’s another locker on amor de dios which was functioning.

Don’t try to use this locker unless there’s an update by the owner that it’s fixed.

Tried to book luggage storage for half an hour in front of the door, the website kept saying an error so we left! Waste of time

Broken website. Payment doesn't work. The place is closed when you ask via WhatsApp. Don't waste energy to go here.

Tried to book with the QR code on the window, our credit card get cloned during the registration to their website. Pay attention.

Went to the locker today at 11am to deposit luggage. It was open however their system would not allow me to open the locker despite having booked days in advance. No answer to WhatsApp messages as they say on their website or to calls.

We had 2 75 liter backpacks (heavily packed) that we were able to fit in the largest available size. The best decision we ever made. I think we paid maybe 13 euros for the entire day while we went on our day trip. Got home picked up our stuff with ease and checked into our new place. Best!

Because there was a technical problem with the locker, we had extreme difficulty retrieving our luggage. When we attempted to scan a QR code to open our locker, we opened another person's locker, which seems like a serious security concern to me. We had to wait for an hour for a technician to come. Although we got refunded, I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone else.

Recently (09/2019) used Ole Lockers (Las Setas, Calle Regina 1) on last day of short city break stay in Seville - flight back to UK was that evening and we didn't want to lug our suitcases around with us! Everything worked very well except that despite ordering a "Locker 5" size for 4x very small wheeled suitcases, they would not all fit. Had to order a second locker for one case - just as well I had my iPhone with me (with roaming data) so I could do this on site. More helpful if they had quoted locker dimensions on their website.

It's not possible using their on-site touch screen (alongside the bank of lockers) to upgrade your booking to a larger locker - the only options you are presented with is to either to accept the pre-booked locker "Yes" or "Cancel" the reservation and start again - hoping that a larger one is available! Otherwise highly recommended. Web chat worked well when I had an initial query.

This locker storage is a terrible way to do business. We should be able to check our bag size before charging. This automated system just charged my 7.90 and now 11.90 euros and I only needed one locker. I'm very upset with this place. Don't use it

Very convenient service. Due to small issue with size of my bag, I had to order a second locker. After messaging the customer service, I was promptly refunded money for doubled transaction. Happy to recommend!

Très pratique pour continuer de profiter de la ville une fois les hébergements rendus. Le service de ramassage était rapide. Il y a une prise et un port USB dans chaque casier. L'adresse est facile à trouver.

Terrible management and overpriced. The website says it will be open at 6am and we reserved the locker, only to realise it’s closed when we got here at 8am. And the phone number doesn’t work - nobody pick up. The locker at the train station charges €5 and it has a security, whereas Ole changes €11 and no one to contact if there’s a problem. Do not use this locker if you plan to enjoy Seville.

Servicio magnífico. Todas las taquillas tienen cargador, el mapa de la ciudad que te proporcionan es un escándalo y que te vengan a recoger el equipaje es fabuloso. Sin lugar a duda, el mejor servicio de consigna inteligente en Sevilla.
