El día 25 de Noviembre, en la fiesta COCOA en Olivia Valere, el señor de piel negra africano que trabaja dentro de los baños de caballeros, me chatajeo y amenazo con que le diese dinero, o si no le daba dinero tendría problemas me dijo, quiero denunciar esto ya que dentro de los baños no hay cámaras y deberían de acabar con este tipo de actitudes y comportamientos más si son por parte de los trabajadores de Olivia Valere, quiero aclarar que la seguridad privada del sitio fue bastante educada y amable en todo momento.

Si pudiera, le habría dado 0 estrellas. He estado en este club muchas veces y siempre ha sido divertido, pero esta vez vi a un portero actuando fuera de control y luego comencé a grabar lo que le decía a los clientes, lo que evolucionó hasta que tomó mi teléfono y gritó a mí. NUNCA en mi vida he experimentado algo así. ¡Espero que despidan a ese empleado! Eso fue escandaloso

¿Dónde estoy? ¡¿Qué es este lugar? ! Comida malaaaaaa. Las damas simplemente están sentadas en un sofá en ropa interior. ¿Por qué estoy pagando?

Es una de las mejores Disco/restaurantes del mundo. Antes era el club más exclusivo.

¡La peor experiencia jamás vivida!
Acabo de pagar 200€ para ver a Rema en el escenario.
¡Se suponía que aparecería a las 2: 30 y se estrelló a las 4: 15 durante 10 minutos como máximo!
En cambio, todo el tiempo había un grupo de tres DJs gritando todo el tiempo, a pesar de que la calidad del sonido era horrible.
Por favor, no gastes tu dinero en esos lugares.

Espectáculo decepcionante, no me impresionó ni una sola vez. Asegúrate de no pedir shisha. La comida tampoco es muy buena. El servicio es lento.

Muy mala atención por parte del personal y mucha falta de respeto ya que mi marido y yo teníamos mesas reservada y cuando nos estábamos arreglando a la hora antes de irnos nos cancelan la mesa, me puse a llamar al personal que casi nunca te atienden y como siempre no te atienden, les escribí un whats al teléfono donde me reservaron la mesa que es el mismo de la página web lo vieron y ni me contestaron, UNA VERGÜENZA!

Encantado con el sitio, tenia una reserva para cenar, sitio espectacular, buena música y el trato del personal de 10, sobretodo la chica de la puerta creo que se llama Natalia atenta y servicial, volveré y recomendado al 100% tb los cócteles estaban buenísimos

UNA ESTAFA EN TODA REGLA.
Un miércoles, sin ninguna fiesta especial ni dj popular, nos cobran a mi pareja y a mi 50€ por persona, sin ticket ni resguardo de ese coste por la entrada, eso si, con copa (en vaso de tubo y con hielos malos que se derriten en 15').
Total, 100€ por entrar.
Lo primero que vemos es un ambiente bastante escaso, personal de seguridad sentados en los asientos donde se supone que son para clientes, camareras con actitud de cansancio y unas instalaciones que dejan mucho que desear.
Música muy monótona y para nada bailable, y gente fumando en las zonas de reservado dentro de la discoteca.
Sin duda se aprovechan de cualquier persona que pase por alli.

I have been to Olivia Valere a few times over the years and yesterday was by far the worst experience i have ever had there. I took my partner for the first time for his birthday and it was not the evening I had hoped for. Ahead of arriving for the dinner I asked for a bottle of champagne at the table and a birthday cake, neither of which were provided. We were seated at a table in the back corner by the wood fire oven and were ignored for the first 90 minutes. Our table was positioned over a drain which constantly smelt like the toilets. After 90 minutes we managed to find a waiter who said “this wasn’t his table” but reluctantly took our drinks order. They then brought us the wrong drinks and the wrong starters.
We complained about the service to our waitress Naica who is probably one of the rudest people I have ever met, she immediately argued, showed no empathy and did not apologise and so we asked that she passed the complaint on to the manager (with long hair in a bun). This happened three times, the manager did not bother to come and speak to us and it wasn’t until we came to pay the bill and there was an issue that he immediately appeared. The manager was also rude, suggested that everybody was else was having a good time so it must just be us again there was no apology and he said no matter what the issue was with the food or the service, there is €150 minimum spend per person. The hostess on the front door did take the time to speak to us, apologised and offered us a complimentary drink on the house. Which was then subsequently added to the bill along with the service charge.
You pay service charge for good service which we did not have at all. When we eventually went to find a waitress to take our main order again we got given the wrong food. When it came the fillet steak was nice but the vegetables were cold. The cod was over cooked and you could tell it had been sat under a light keeping it warm as it had gone crispy and was over cooked.

When we explained the situation with the bill (referencing the service charge and the offer of complimentary drinks) we had three waitresses stood at our table arguing in front of us. They spoke in Spanish and called us unreasonable and dramatic. They looked shocked when I turned to them and, in Spanish, explained I can understand every word they were saying. No body apologised to us for these series of events. I appreciate there is a minimum spend of €150 pp but I don’t agree having to pay this when we were treated so badly and the food and experience was beyond awful. It got so uncomfortable that I said to the manager on multiple occasions that I was going to walk out but at 22: 30 on my partners birthday we couldn’t find anywhere else that would serve us. I asked the manager what would happen if we just walked out and left without paying and his answer was that is why we have security. As a decency we should have been given the meal complimentary or even invites into the nightclub for a drink but nothing. It was absolutely terrible start to finish.

Un sitio espectacular lo mejor sin duda! Natalia nos atendio genial muy comprometida con su trabajo y profesional (todo magnifico), volvere a comer sin duda 100€ recomendable

Sitio obligado si vienes a Marbella para visitar pero muy mal organizad0 chica s en la puerta gritando y la seguridad solo pidiendo propina.luego teníamos una mesa y queríamos cambiarla y el camarero d origen Sudaméricano nos pidios 300€ x ese favor.no volveremos más.

Been to many show dinner clubs all over the world, and in fact they have all the same problem: the employees.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE… THE BLONDE OLD LADY WAS ABSOLUTELY RUDE AND MEAN… I WOULD RATE A 0 IF I COULD… ALSO THE RESERVATION WAS FOR 9 AND WE PULLED UP AND THEY TOLD US THEY OPEN AT 9: 30!

Hôtel superbe a Marbella pour passer des vacances de folies entre amies. Surtout pour les jeunes.
Cette hôtel propose un service de restaurant incroyable avec des prix convenable et des plats très bon.
Il possède aussi plein de salon de massage.

Une plage pas très loin de l’hôtel, déplacement plus facile.

Pour terminer un safari pour terminer vos vacances aux zoo Bioparc Fuengirola.

La comida está buena pero nada barato pero vale todo lo que pagas, seguridad de la puerta súper amables

El sitio está muy bien, se pagan 40€ por entrar (con copa) y luego dentro 25€ (en vaso de tubo ‍️) te dicen que pagues una mesa por 550€ una botella de las básicas y mejor no hacerlo porque el sitio se vacía desde las 2/3 am y la música (siento muy bueno el DJ) está TAN alta que salimos de ahí con los oídos pitando y yo creo que con daño en los tímpanos

Es increíble el sitio. La cena espectacular. La música ambiente top. Sin duda el mejor sitio de Marbella

They announce Hip hop music parties and then they only play Pop, they don't play real urban music

They ask now more money than before, the joke is thats its a show not a disco anymore and they want you to pay 2000 euros for a table of 4 persons XD i can go watch the best shows in the world in London for 100 pounds max, not worth it even if you have the money.you go watch some people dance, and pay 2000 euro for bottles that you wont even consume, have a nice day everybody.

OMG! Quelle boîte de nuit, quel restaurant, quel environnement. C'est juste magnifique! Les spectacles sont incroyables. A recommander les yeux fermés!

Espectacular la cena, increíblemente buena y bien servida. Los camareros muy atentos. El servicio excepcional. El show durante la comida es un plus, muy variado y música bailable. Totalmente recomendable

Service exécrable
Endroit sympa mais le personnel est médiocre, hautain, pressé et incapable de s’occuper convenablement d’une clientèle agréable.
Venir uniquement si un service lent et inexistant ne vous dérange pas.

Una vergüenza de sitio los porteros te miran como si les debieras dinero la gente la mitad traficantes y la otra mitad.mejor me callo a parte por lo qiebte cobran la comida podría ser mucho mejor y luego los cubatas parece que depende la cara que tengas valen una cosa u otra en fin mucho postureo de muertos de hambre no de gente adinerada no volveré a no ser que cambie mucho el sitio la decoración tampoco es para tanto en Barcelona hay sitios mucho mejores con mejor ambiente y más barato

Cenar en un entorno excelente con un expectaciones inmejorable, un ambiente excelente y un servicio profesional y muy atento, no tiene precio.
Restaurante Babilonia es ese lugar al que tienes que ir para volver. Karen y Xavi siempre pendientes de todos los detalles. Disgnos sucesores. Enhorabuena

Un endroit génial pour faire la fête et passer une soirée avec ses potes! Un accueil exceptionnel avec un personnel hyper pro et sympathique! Foncez-y! En tout cas nous l’année prochaine on y retourne sans-faute!

Reservation fastidieuse (1 semaine de delai), appels a plusieurs reprises pour annoncer notre retard sans réponse. Arrivées a 22h19 au lieu de 22h et après une queue incomprehensible (puisque tout le monde a une reservation et tout le monde semble prioritaire sauf nous, creusant le retard). 4 hotesses désagréables aussi bien avec les clients qu’entre elles, manque d’organisation et de communication evidents et à la vue de tous. Abords sales, dress code « « « « chic » » » » » pas toujojrs respecté. Pas en accord avec la réputation de l’établissement et les belles photos instagram, dommage

Ha sido una verdadera decepción …. El lugar fantástico muy bonito, pero la comida deja mucho que desear… y más para los precios que cobran…minimo persona 100 euros entra un entrante y un plato y todo lo demás se paga aparte…. Las mesas muy bajitas… lamentándolo NO volveré

The club is amazing, no doubt! BUT the staff standing outside by the entrance to welcome you in are just awful people specially the one who I talked to about our table and gave our money to (Saturday 21/8) she is just rude and should absolutely not be working there to welcome people in! Such a waste, a club with such prices and reputation should deliver a joyful night with no regret.

I tried the hole day to make a reservation for four people, after I gave my e-mail so they could send me the confirmation-link, and they never did, and they start playing games with me, telling me that they’ve sent the E-mail, i checked everything even spam (100 times) but they just wasted our time, i said them, that I never got any e-mail, and asked for a solution, they don’t have any solution and canceled my reservation, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Kostet ein Haufen Eintritt und alles ist extrem überteuert. Ein Beispiel, heinecken kleine Flasche kostet 10. -

Awful experience! They sat us by the oven, which in my opinion should be a service area, and behind a tree, couldn’t see a thing. Even-though i made the reservation weeks ago. Very disappointing

Fuimos dos amigas y la verdad lo pasamos muy bien.
El sonido es muy bueno, el personal muy simpático.
La única pena ha sido que las hostess de la entrada son muy pero MUY ANTIPÁTICAS te quitan las ganas de entrar al club. Y esto ocurrió las dos veces que fuimos.
Y por otro lado y sintiéndolo mucho, la comida es TERRIBLE.
Aún con todo nosotras lo pasamos muy bien y en general el equipo nos trató de maravilla.
Volveremos sin duda!

Je trouve que la cuisine c’est amélioré.
L’ambiance est toujours aussi sympathique surtout en cette période de covid où l’on redécouvre nos ancienne vie de fête!
Et petit plus pour le vin casher magnifique

Le lieu est joli dommage que ce soit compliqué pour rentrer. Problème lors des réservations des tables même si c est déjà payé. Ils vous changent de table au dernier moment sans prévenir. Pas sympathique du tout à l entrée. Les touristes sont pas biens accueillis et sont pris que pour l argent. La patronne n est pas accueillante ni sympa du tout

Alors déception total, j’y suis aller un mardi j’ai réserver par téléphone en début d’aprèm en demandant si le mardi il yavait le show et on nous a confirmer que oui au final il n’y en avait pas.
Ensuite on a pris un plat de saumon (pas cuit) et mon amie du poulet (plein de gras, qu’elle à retourner) horrible!
Et on a pris des Virgin cocktail (sans alcool) au final surprise sur la note ils étaient à 25€, le prix d’un plat.du jamais vu! Et il vous rajoute 15€ de pourboire obligatoire et on nous a facturé l’eau alors qu’on en avait pas réclamé. On a donc dû chercher un autre endroit avec de la bonne music (parce qu’on était venu à Olivia surtout pour le show) et on est donc aller finir la soirée au Mosh fun kitchen et surprise. Le DJ au top très très bonne ambiance je recommande.

A la recherche d’un bel endroit un peu ambiancé en cette période de Covid, nous sommes rapidement tombés sur Olivia Valere.
Quelle déception: nous sommes placés à une table en plein milieu, nous attendons plus de 30min avant que l’on daigne venir prendre notre commande. 25€ le cocktail, 27€ pour 5 mezzes libanais. Les tables vides ne sont même pas débarrassées. Playlist à la française, clientèle bling bling de « footballeurs », quel dommage.nous ne retiendrons que la beauté du lieu!

Es una discoteca muy de moda, pero no con buen ambiente (es conocida por la gran cantidad de chicas de pago) y carísima (20 euros una copa).

The female bartender with curly hair named ‘Tatiana’ is super rude and didn’t want to serve me or my friends (probably racist). We finally had to ask her to serve after a while and asked for drinks without ice. She puts 3 huge cubes of ice in all the drinks. Then because we removed the ice ourselves she asked security to kick us out of the club - Ridiculous way to treat your customers! 1 star and will never be returning ever again.

Got bottle service, had a good time. Someone drank our bottle when we went for a smoke. Got refunded with cheap vodka when we had gray goose. Awesome times. High end club with bums! And low end people, will never come back!

Total desilusion. Bebida de garrafón aunque pagas marca y carísima. No es una discoteca, es un burdel encubierto, el personal muy desagradable y maleducado. Está lleno de chonis y macarras, no recomiendo ir. No recomiendo ni pasar cerca.

Muy divertido, la noche, la musica y el entrtenimiento asegurado. El restaurante Love es precioso y se come bien y los Djs son geniales.

Pésimo servicio. Quitando los 45 minutos que teníamos que esperar entre plato y plato, FATAL trato por parte del personal del restaurante. Sin ningún saber estar.

Visited the place in Aug/2018 for the first time, place is good, the staff specially the manager was so so sooo rude, will never come back again because of the way manager treated us.

Un clásico en Marbella. Me encanta de su restaurante un plató que lleva muchos años en carta y que es mi favorito, espaguetti de sepia con salsa de carabineros. Espectacular
