Palacio Bucarelli

Un hotel precioso, con encanto y decorado con mucho gusto. Fuera del bullicio del centro pero cerca de todo. No hay restaurante pero te sirven desayuno en la habitación.
Recomendable.

Una habitación en un encantador palacio del siglo XVII.
Todo era perfecto, no faltaba ningún confort sin interferir con la belleza y el estilo antiguo.
El check out fue a las 12 pero nos dieron la oportunidad de forma gratuita de dejar las maletas bajo su custodia y poder pasar el día tranquilamente visitando Sevilla.

Después de leer algunos comentarios en internet acerca del establecimiento, nos decantamos por elegirlo para disfrutar de la noche de bodas con mi pareja y nuestro hijo, pudiendo corroborar que tras nuestra estancia en el mismo, la opción elegida fue la idónea, por ubicación, tranquilidad y calidad de las instalaciones. La habitación colmó sobradamente nuestras expectativas, y el desayuno nos dejó boquiabiertos por su excelencia. Y por supuesto, el trato de su personal, además de su entera disponibilidad para facilitarnos en todo lo posible nuestra llegada, estancia y salida. Fue un magnífico colofón a nuestro maravilloso día de desposados, formando parte ya de ese recuerdo imborrable. Enhorabuena y gracias por todo.

Nos encanta este lugar, la habitación 8 es un hogar lejos del hogar, una combinación de gran calidad, cuidado, amabilidad y belleza. Un lugar encantador que nos encanta.

Una maravilla de lugar, acogedor, precioso, con encanto, cuidando cada detalle, te hacen sentir como en casa, un privilegio visitar y haber podido disfrutar de este palacio.

Hermoso edificio de 400 años muy bien renovado. Una hermosa habitación espaciosa, una buena cama grande y una cocina adecuada. Baño amplio y buena ducha. Aire acondicionado genial cuando hace 42° afuera Desayuno suficiente. Excelente ubicación, tranquila, pero a pocos pasos de restaurantes y tiendas. El patio es realmente hermoso, un chapuzón en la piscina el bar de autoservicio es genial El personal es muy amable, si necesitabas algo, lo obtuviste de inmediato cuando lo pediste Realmente lo recomendamos

Notre expérience dans cet hôtel de charme très confortable est mitigée en raison de 2 points négatifs:
1- le room service: après 2h d'attente et 3 appels, nous avons dû annuler la commande et nous passer de dîner.
2- Le petit déjeuner: servi dans un panier déposé devant la chambre, mais aucune table dans la chambre, obligés de pique niquer sur 2 tables bancales (cf photo). Nous avons demandé à le prendre dans le patio des parties communes mais pas possible. Dommage, ce patio serait pourtant tellement agréable (cf photo)

El edificio es una maravilla, pero entre "háztelo tú mismo todo", olores y ruidos, la experiencia es vulgar, cuando podría ser extraordinaria.

20 minutes à pied du centre ville mais à 2 pas nombreux bars et restaurants très sympathiques tout autour d’un immense place
Le petit déjeuner est déposé à l’heure que vous souhaitez devant votre porte de chambre avec des produits frais et de qualité avec des spécialités locales.
Une très très belle découverte et une adresse où l’on retournera avec plaisir et que nous vous recommandons
Surtout que s’était notre premier séjour à Séville qui plus est pour le week-end de Pâques (Semana Santa) MAGNIFIQUE

My husband and I recently stayed at Palacio Buccarelli for our honeymoon, and had an absolutely wonderful time. Nono was so attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed before checking in. He arranged an upgrade for us and even had a welcome gift of cava and chocolates to say congratulations for our recent marriage.
The honesty bar was great, giving us an opportunity to enjoy the Seville sunset with a glass of wine and a good book in the courtyard.
The room was clean and well maintained and the daily breakfast basket had everything we needed and more! Thanks for a great stay!

La situación es perfecta, se puede llegar fácilmente al centro a pie pero esta en una zona muy tranquila. El hotel es pequeño y con muchísimo encanto. Cada habitación es diferente e individual y es un sitio con historia. Nuestra habitación muy luminosa, espaciosa y comfortable. El personal súper amable, dispuestos a ayudar en todo ya sea una recomendación o cualquiera de nuestras necesidades. Hemos pasado una semana magnífica y volveremos.

This hotel couldn’t be more dreamy. It is beautiful, quiet, relaxing and everyone is so kind. I would stay here another year. It’s just perfect. Your breakfast is delivered to you in a basket and you can eat it wherever.

Hotel très confortable situé à 20min à pied du centre ville. La chambre et l'hotel sont super charmant dans un ancien palace Sevillant. Le personnel étais super sympa. Petit point negatif toutefois le petit dejeuner déposé devant la porte qui était moyen.

Great location within walking distance from shops and restaurants, but not too touristy. Breakfast was
great, arrived on time and included fresh-squeezed orange juice. Nono and Pilar were lovely. The only issues were episodes of no water coming out of the taps for about an hour each, on 2 mornings during our stay. Water was restored, but it was kind of random and inconvenient. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.

The service was really good, we mainly dealt with Miguel angel.
We did ran into two issues that caused some discomfort-
It was 40-43 degrees outside and the air-conditioning didn't work to well, to credit the hotel, they went and got us a fan which solved that problem:). The other issue was when there was no running water for couple of hours during the evening and morning.
Miguel did refund us for one night out of the two we spent there due to the discomforts.
I would definitely recommend this place.

Un superbe Palacio auquel nous avons pu profiter d'un appartement avec terrasse (très appréciable à Séville). L'accueil est aussi très sympathique et font tout pour organiser les choses pour vous (le taxi en dernière minute par exemple). L'hôtel est aussi situé proche du centre-ville, sans y être (ce qui permet de s'écarter un peu - en particulier lors des weekends où Séville gagne un trophée de football). Dernière chose: il y a beaucoup de très bons restaurants à 10 minutes à pied maximum.

Je ne peux que vous recommander ce superbe hôtel: un lieu magnifique à la décoration soignée et apaisante.une chambre spacieuse et confortable. Un endroit idéal pour se reposer. Le petit déjeuner est déposé dans un panier devant votre chambre à l’heure de votre choix. Une kitchenette est à votre disposition si vous souhaitez prendre vos repas à l’hôtel. La propreté des lieux est irréprochable. Nous avons souhaité louer une voiture: La réception nous a mis en lien avec une société qui nous a mis à disposition une voiture directement à l’hôtel à un prix très raisonnable. Nous y avons séjourné pendant 4 jours et nous en garderons un très bon souvenir.

LOVED this place. It was beautifully decorated, our room was lovely and huge, bed was super comfortable, breakfast was nice and most of all, the staff were amazing and helpful. Definitely recommend.

El hotel es sin lugar a dudas precioso. Una antigua casa de principios del siglo XVII, con bonita decoración (nada extraordinario) y entorno agradable. Sin embargo carece de atención personalizada: por las noches no hay nadie en recepción (así que si quieres conseguir un taxi tienes que apañártelas tú sólo). Nosotros fuimos en invierno y en la habitación hacía bastante frío (se calienta por aire con el consiguiente ruido).
Pero sin duda el colmo es el desayuno: jamón y queso de lonchas de 1 euro el paquete (te lo ponen tal cual, como recién comprado del Dia). Tomate triturado en tarrinas monodosis (como la miel y la mermelada).
En definitiva ningún cuidado, ningún mimo. A casi 200euros la habitación nos pareció una broma.
A partir del segundo día decidimos ir a desayunar al bar.
Desde luego por ese precio hay mejores hoteles en Sevilla.

Nice little boutique hotel in a great area. Quiet, comfortable and clean and in an area that's a bit of a walk from the main tourist areas, but that keeps things quiet. There's a small kitchen in the room and you're responsible for preparing your own breakfast, but for me, that was a plus. The staff was responsive, but we didn't really need anything. The rooms were large and the bed was comfortable.

Fantastic stay at this beautiful place full of history. Our room was spotlessly clean with a lovely terrace and breakfast was delivered to our door each morning. The location of Palacio Bucarelli is excellent, far enough out of the busy areas that it is quiet and only a few minutes walk to shops, bars and restaurants; about 20 minutes walk to the Santa Cruz area and monuments. The communication leading up to our stay was exceptional, especially as we had to keep cancelling and rebooking due to Covid.

Pasamos una noche espectacular. La atención de primera. Los cuartos de lujo y muy bien equipados. Nos llevamos recuerdos muy buenos y muchas ganas de volver!

Friendly and helpful manager. The place is very relaxing and as it is apartments you are left to yourself. Help and advice is always available through whatsapp. The room was split level with a terrace and private pool / hot tub at the top. Small kitchenette with fridge freezer. Hotel has lots of history and is beautifully decorated.location is good for nightime but not noisy. Very very good restuarsnts within a few minutes walk

He estado este fin de semana alli y la verdad que todo ha sido de ensueño, era una sorpresa para mi pareja y lo he sorprendido muy gratamente, trato excepcional, no ha faltado ni un detalle y sobre todo cuidando las medidas de seguridad al maximo, sin palabras reperite por supuesto.

What a beautiful hotel in the quieter northern part of Sevilla. Just a short walk from everything but set far away enough to avoid too many crowds. The rooms are spacious and perfectly accommodated with a tiny, tucked away kitchenette. I can’t wait to come back for my next stay in Sevilla!

Had a fantastic few days at this fabulous residence. Spacious, very clean, light bright and airy. The reception smells gorgeous and the hosts are lovely. Highly recommended.

Sabéis lo que es magia? Pasear unanoche de luna llena y cielo azul boreal, oliendo a azahar por la Plaza del Museo de Sevilla y corretear las calles donde Becquer se inspiró con sus poemas¡!

This place is enchanting. So beautiful, peaceful and comfortable - especially for a family of 4 from Australia, travelling between other European cities. We loved staying here. Thank you Nono and the team for being so helpful and accommodating. Cannot wait to go back!

Can’t say enough good things about our stay here. It’s like staying on a movie set. The staff was amazing as well

Le palacio Bucarelli est un véritable havre de paix et nous y avons passé 2 semaines exquises dans un appartement Deluxe. Le personnel était très attentionné et discret. Le ménage est fait tous les jours avec soin et le petit déjeuner servi dans un panier en osier déposé chaque matin devant la porte de la chambre à l'heure souhaitée. Il est équilibré et copieux (café dosettes nespresso, pain frais, céréales, fruits, yaourt, sablés, jus d'orange pressé.). Le patio est magnifique et on peut s'y installer à toute heure pour lire, prendre un verre ou même son petit déjeuner si on ne souhaite pas le prendre dans sa chambre. La sublime piscine en marbre était très agréable en plein mois d'août après de longues journées de visites.

La Ubicación del Hotel, buena, está a 15 minutos del centro, pero tiene cerca muchos sitios para ir a comer y cenar.
La tranquilidad del sitio, también está muy bien y el patio con la pequeña alberca, también nos gusto.
La comodidad de la cama.

· Bueno nos habíamos ilusionado mucho con las fotos del hotel y de sus habitaciones, de hecho se la habíamos enseñado a muchos amigos, pero la habitación que nos dieron, la nº13 (El Ilustrado), era una habitación pequeña, la mas normal de todas las que aparecen en la web, si bien el título era "apartamento deluxe" solamente tenía un pequeña zona de cocina aunque la tostadora, cafetera y calentador de agua estaban en la habitación, no creo que el precio que pagamos por la habitación fuera el adecuado
La temperatura del aire acondicionado no estaba bien regulada, era un poco exagerada, incluso a 27 grados hacía frío.
Por último desde el día antes de mi llegada cuando me escribió el hotel para ver mi hora de check in, les pedí la opción del late check out, no me contestaron y al llegar se lo volví a decir personalmente, y me dijo que sería de pago si era después de las 18: 00, pero me diría algo, no lo hizo, por la noche a las 22: 30 y sin que me hubieran contestado, le volví a escribir y me dijo que no pudo contactar con el otro huesped, nos hubiera gustado, que esa gestión hubiera sido anterior y haber prorrogado la estancia pero no nos dieron la opción, creo que en un hotel de estas características se deben de cuidar estos detalles.

The hotel was exceptionally beautiful. It's a little pearl in the city that's away (15min walk) from the busy downtown tourist areas. Staying here was an excellent decision.

An incredible hotel. Just wonderful.the rooms were big and air conditioned. The staff were all super friendly and the breakfast they delivered each morning was lovely!
