Me gusta mucho todos los productos. El problema es que si pides el producto para regalo tienes que pagar 10 céntimos para el envoltorio y otros 10 céntimos para la bolsa. No podrían poner un solo envoltorio específicamente para regalos?

Parfois está sacando unas líneas muy atractivas de bisutería y complementos, ideal para añadir un toque especial a tu outfit. Por otro lado la pequeña plantilla de la tienda que hay en La Cañada se lo gestiona todo lo mejor posible, si consideramos que este CC tiene un altísimo volumen de trabajo de manera casi diaria y en muchas ocasiones la tienda está tan transcurrida que no hay espacio ni para respirar.
He ido en muchas ocasiones porque sus precios atractivos y adquesibles me permiten completar mi vestimenta para diferentes ocasiones, y en casi todos esos momentos que he ido me he encontrado alguna clienta complicada y alguna trabajadora lidiando con la situación. Desgraciadamente es una situación que se da habitualmente en ese Cc y en todos los locales, se bien conocido que el público de esa zona es complejo, a menudo mal educado, que requiere de inmediatez y que no practica la comprensión ni la empatía.
Mi más sincera enhorabuena por el trabajo para estas mujeres y mi apoyo incondicional en esos momentos difíciles.

No hay sala de lactancia ni lugar adecuado para bebes. Tuve problemas para calentar la comida de mi hija en un bar franquiciado aún consumiendo obtenia la respuesta poco creible de que no tenían microondas. En el bar Lizarran sin embargo fueron muy amables y me calentaron la comida. La pizzeria donde comí la comida no es nada barata ni nada del otro mundo. La bebida extremadamente cara. Un vaso tinto normal con casera 3,20. Una lata refresco y agua de1/2 litro 2,50 cada uno.

WARNING! About CUSTOMER SERVICE (?) LA CANADA SHOPPING CENTER MARBELLA.
WHAT HAPPENED.
My wife and I, close to the 80s and permanent resident in Estepona, are usually 2 or 3 times per month visiting this shopping center. On one of our last visits we went after lunch down with the roller steps in front of the Steakhouse. My wife is walking with a stick and as she stepped on to the stairs she had her right hand on the rail to support her balance. I was in front.
Certainly the handrail stopped, but not the steps, and this brought my wife out of balance and she came rolling down the staircase.
I was as said in front and nobody available to stop the staircase. My wife because of the fall cut on the sharp aluminum steps her leg and blood started pouring from her leg. This was more hefty because of the blood thinner against the Thromboses she is using. So we went straight to the hospital and they tried to stop the bleeding. This was over after 5 days, but even now the marks are there. Also the marks on her arms are less but not gone. Her trousers are because of the fall broken but very sadly she lost a golden arm bracelet, very old and family value.
Then after some days I went to the office to report this accident and spoke to the manager, Mr. Moreno.
He did asked me to bring some pictures and documents from the hospital. Later I delivered those and spoke with the company lawyer Mrs. Anna. She told me sorry and would take care of it.
After many weeks no answer and few days ago on our visit to the shopping complex I contacted Mrs. Anna.
Then came an different attitude. She told me that I should speak to the company insurer? That they had many daily claims from customers.
I responded, why should I do that? Shopping center La Canada is according to the law responsible and have the liability for its customers. That because of that matter they have an insurance company to cover claims, is their right to do, but this does not concern me. In the meantime she dialed the Allianz insurance company, and gave the phone to me. The person, Mr. Eduardo, told me that they do not accept any responsibility for the accident and that I should go to an lawyer and then to the court. Let them decide if La Canada is responsible and then we will talk about compensation.
So at the end, shopping center La Canada takes no liability for its customers but only their credit cards.
As for CUSTOMER SERVICE, they only know the meaning of the word customer, never have heard the meaning of the word service.
The lawyers answer on my question; What if there would be a kind of attack, same as now all over the world by terrorists? Does this company policy means that all victims are on their own and nobody will support or compensate them as only via a Judge.
Her answer was, I´m only the lawyer and then there is a board of directors whom are doing what the insurance company tells them to do.

Enorme, nunca había ido y me perdí varias veces, por no saber si me faltaba alguno de los pasillos por ver.
Cuenta con tiendas muy conocidas y muchos sitios para comer.

Increible, llevo años visitando La Cañada y hoy me encuentro la sorpresa que se han puesto de acuerdo los distintos restaurantes para no calentar los potitos de los niños. En Volapié me han contado la milonga de que no tienen microondas cuando llevo muchos meses tapeando allí y calentando el potito y en Burguer King han puesto directamente un cartel informando que no se calienta comida (potitos), que coño hacemos con los bebes?

En verano suele estar muy masificado. Mejor venir por las mañanas y entre semana. Puedes encontrar las mejores marcas por aquí si quieres comprar ropa. También tiene variedad de sitios para comer. Hay cine así como distintos establecimientos relacionados con la tecnología, hogar, etc.

Yo, después de casi 4 o 5 sitios preguntando para calentar el potito de mi hijo, al final tuve que sentarme a consumir en el bar de tapas de pinchos (sin ser nuestra hora de almuerzo y sin hambre aun) ya que así, sí te hacen el favor de calentártelo.
Lamentable que un centro comercial tan importante y grande como este, no se copie de malls internacionales, donde los niños son lo primero; zona de juegos donde poder vigilar los padres a los niños con tranquilidad, habitaciones de lactancia, zona food court "tipo la que hay ahora en plaza mayor", con tronas, calientabiberones y microondas donde poder alimentar a nuestros hijos sin molestar a nadie, y mucho menos a los restaurantes.
