When you write "opens at 12pm" on your website, you should be open at 12pm. We were there at 1220, calling/knocking and noone answered. I would fire whoever was on the shift if I was the owner. Terrible service.

No customer service. I went yesterday in order to get help with my damaged luggage and to buy a new Rimowa suitcase but they didn't want to help me at all. If a shop can afford such lousy customer service I won't buy. I reached out to the Rimowa shop in Barcelona that is helpful and I buy there now and they will deliver. Pilma Travel does not need business obviously.
