Prima Rent a Car & Bike - Soho Lab

Alquilamos un coche de esta empresa el 29 de septiembre, lo devolvimos el mismo día por la tarde y todavía no hemos recibido el depósito de 500 € (ya han pasado casi dos semanas). ¡10 horas con su coche que estaba en bastante mal estado y casi no tenía gasolina, por lo que nos costó 643 €! No hay reacción a nuestros correos electrónicos por su parte.

Simplemente horrible. Sí, son una pequeña empresa de alquiler de coches, pero si no pueden gestionar un negocio como este, deberían hacerles un favor a todos y cerrar.
En primer lugar, reservé un coche el jueves para recogerlo el viernes por la mañana. Hice esto en persona para asegurarme de que se organizara la reserva. Cuando llegué a la oficina el viernes por la mañana, estaba cerrada y cuando apareció alguien no pudo encontrar la reserva.
La oficina era un caos con una fila de personas preguntándose por qué sus autos no estaban listos para ser recogidos.
Me sentí mal por la señora que trabaja allí, pero realmente cuando ofreces un servicio, hazlo bien.
Finalmente, alrededor de las 10 de la mañana apareció el coche que habíamos reservado. Entonces empezó la verdadera diversión.
Mientras nos alejábamos nos dimos cuenta de que el aire acondicionado estaba roto. Los llamamos y nos dijeron que no era posible realizar un reemplazo a menos que cambiáramos de automático a manual. No, gracias.
Luego, cuando salíamos de Málaga, la Guardia Civil nos paró. Esa es la policía española por si no lo sabes. Al parecer el coche no había pasado su inspección anual. Nos impusieron una multa en el acto.
En ese momento ya llevábamos casi 2 horas de retraso en nuestro viaje a Cádiz y también sabíamos que nos podrían detener varias veces ya que el coche no tenía una pegatina visible que indicara que estaba en condiciones de circular. Preocupante.
Llamamos nuevamente a la empresa y les contamos lo sucedido y nos dijeron que los recogiéramos en el aeropuerto donde tendrán un auto de reemplazo.
30 minutos más tarde todavía estamos esperando cuando la señora que olvidó la reserva aparece en un coche. Nos cuenta que tuvo que ir a otra empresa para contratarnos un reemplazo y ahora se quedó sin dinero de su bolsillo. ¡Guau! No estoy seguro de que ese fuera nuestro problema y tampoco por qué no simplemente reembolsarnos y dejarnos ir a una empresa de alquiler REAL.
Además, ¿dónde estaba la oferta de descuento en este punto?
No estaba en absoluto preocupada por la multa de la policía ni por las molestias que nos había causado.
La debacle se completó al día siguiente después de que devolvimos el auto según sus instrucciones. Llamó para decirnos que no habíamos devuelto las llaves que teníamos y también para proporcionarnos imágenes de dónde habíamos devuelto el coche.
La misma mujer había OLVIDADO que nos había regalado un auto de reemplazo.
Esta es la reseña más larga que he dejado. Por favor, nunca contrate a estas personas y vaya a una empresa de renombre en Málaga como Malagacars, que es excepcional.

Reservamos un coche para el otro día específicamente a las 9: 00 am. Nos dijeron que nos estaría esperando un Škoda Kamiq nuevo. Llegamos 3 minutos antes de las 9 y nos dijeron que tendríamos que esperar hasta las 3: 30 y así lo hicimos. Luego, después de esperar otra media hora, finalmente conseguimos un auto que ni siquiera era el que habíamos reservado y casi no tenía combustible. Entonces tuvimos que llenarlo.
Definitivamente no recomiendo este lugar para alquilar autos.

Avoid for car rentals. One star for great service on the phone, staff are delightful and speak great English although the personnel giving me the car at pick up did not even offer a USB plug for the car (yes the car I had a Skoda had no built-in USB plug, so no airplay either - you get the idea car was "old"), so had to ask for it and got a lighter plug in. Anyway, got an old, scratched, Skoda that had zero pick-up, even though was supposed to get a Fiat Punto when I first reserved. Not great for driving up to Ronda, dangerous for any reasonable attempt at over-taking. And was expensive! Have rented cars in Barcelona, Lisbon, Porto, Palermo, Vienna, Paris in the last 1-2 years and this was my most expensive 24 hour rental - 70 Euros for car, 49 for insurance, then 23 Euros to top off gas for the return, and then you have to find your own parking place when you return the car - a nightmare on saturday night when you are near the port area.
So sorry to Prima but avoid, avoid for cars - even though the review for bikes seem ok! So many better deals out there!

Though the actual booking process was straight forward which I carried out the day before picking the car up, on the collection day we had to wait an hour and a half after the time we arranged to pick the car up as there was only one member of staff on duty who had to walk hirers to the vehicles before serving the next person and when we finally got to our car it wasnt ready as it still required cleaning from the previous day.

Perfect service. We rent a scooter for 1 day. No problems at all. Easy, simple, with positive and helpful client approach. We recommed this company.

We enjoyed a lot both the bikes and the car rented! We were in Malaga only for 3 days. With this service we made a great tour of the seaside coast (bikes are perfect for the cycle line!) and we visited the CAMINITO DEL REY (car is better to join it because the train service is limited). Top quality service and kindness!

The very nice service we had when we rented bikes at Prima Rent made us decide to rent a car at the same location at Soho. We were not disappointed. We made a contract for the next 4 days. The car of our choice was not available the next day, but they offered us a higher class Skoda for the same price. The last day we had a question about changing the time of our arrival. Within a few minutes everything was settled accurate. Nice people en they all speak English very well.

Best car rental in Málaga with the best and nicest staff. We only rented the car for one day but we will definitely come back and rent for a longer time if we need to. Called there yesterday and asked if its open the next Day. I went there at the location an it was closed. Called them again and they told on the phone yes it is closed and that they are in a different location. Verry profesional. I DONT RECOMAND THEM!

Me ha encantado el servicio recibido y me han atendido muy rápido. Tienen para elegir toda clase de vehículos. Aparte de los coches, también tenían para alquilar motos, bicicletas de paseo y de montaña para adultos y para niños, segways y sillas eléctricas. Valoro mucho que tengan la oficina abierta todos los días, incluyendo los días festivos.
