Juan y Carmen me llevan varios apartamentos durante años, tengo plena confianza en ellos, son personas encantadoras y te lo explican todo muy bien y claro todo. Son muy trasparentes y llevan un manera de trabajar que hacen que tus viviendas le puedas sacar el máximo partido y no estén nunca vacíos, el cuidado de limpieza para los huéspedes, el cuidado del apartamento dándose cuenta si falta algo o rompen algo es una tranquilidad absoluta y las valoraciones de los clientes siempre buenísimas que eso hace que tu apartamento se alquile también más. He probado varias inmobiliaria y cómo está ninguna. Se agradece encontrar personas así.

Si tenéis una vivienda que queráis alquilar de forma vacacional aconsejo que NO contratéis a esta empresa para que la gestione.

Mi experiencia con ellos ha sido nefasta.

Ante todo, muy poco claros con los pagos. Tanto, que cuando les pedí saber lo que pagaban las plataformas, me dijeron que tenían tanto trabajo que era imposible decírselo a cada cliente y que mejor, me harían un descuento en su comisión del 5%.

Pierden materiales de las viviendas, cobran por supuestos arreglos o compras que no hacen, sin tu consentimiento. Lo mejor de todo es que las compras son de la ferretería de la familia de Juan.

Además, su forma de tratar deja mucho que desear, muy déspotas, muy maleducados.

Unos auténticos sin vergüenzas.

Lo único bueno es que ya he dejado de trabajar con ellos.

Nos alojamos con ellos en verano de 2022 , y aún sigo esperando que se me devuelva mi fianza (200€), ya que dicen que rompimos la televisión, algo totalmente falso.
Cuando nos marchamos del apartamento quedaba todo perfecto, nadie vino a revisar. Después de eso ellos pueden afirmar cualquier tipo de desperfecto para no devolver la fianza y el cliente no tiene manera de demostrar que no ha sido.
Demuestran así una falta de profesionalidad increíble, abusando de la confianza de sus clientes y dejando mucho que desear como agencia.
Ahora tendrán un nuevo televisor a mi costa!

WARNING! The owners do not return the deposit! They are very unpleasant and without showing us evidence of damage or repair bills they took our deposit. They told us we broke the bed. The bed has 5 legs, the owner of the property tilted one of them, he sent us a photo and on such a funny basis he took our deposit. Before we left we looked under the bed if nothing had fallen and all legs were straight. We explained that the bed was in working order during our stay and they called us liar! We travel all over Europe and have never encountered anything like this. The keys are picked up and left at the consierge - so you do not have contact with the owner after you leave, he may persuade you that he has something spoiled and he will simply not return the deposit. There are regulations in the apartment that if you get dirty with a towel or bedding, the deposit will not be returned - absurd! The tile in the bathroom fell off - if we did not have a photo, it would also be a reason to take the money. So you should have photos of all things, furnirure, windows which is very old to secure your deposit. Do not count that there will be wine and a set of cosmetics waiting for you in your room. Half roll of toilet paper for seven days/ four persons. When we wrote after our arrival that there was no wine, the owner was indignant and stated that it must be. If so, then either the consier or the cleaning service stole it or maybey someone else have keys from apartament? Check the previous reviews - several people wrote about the problem with the bed and each time they replied that it was impossible because the bed is new. The same they told us and the truth is that the apartament and all the furniture are old. You can sit on the old chair and lose your deposit if it breaks. There are many hotels in this town for the same price, so if you don't want to lose your deposit, don't book this apartment. Also parking is realy small, no chance to find place.

Excelente empresa de alquiler de apartamentos. Pese a las fechas tan difíciles que estamos pasando, el grado de ocupación que han conseguido alquilando mi apartamento de Benalmádena es realmente alto, y el estado del mismo sigue perfecto.

Rented a holiday apartment and really enjoyed the atmosphere and cleanliness. Plenty of room and felt very relaxing. Carmen and Juan were lovely host too and i will be returning to stay again next year.

As property owners, we have been delighted with the approach 'Property Solutions Benalmadena' has taken. Firstly, other than at the height of Covid, our property has been consistently full. Carmen and Juan work hard to ensure that the property is booked out. Secondly they respond quickly and efficiently to problems. If things go wrong, they organise good repairs as needed, whilst ensuring costs are kept to a minimum. The property is cleaned to an outstanding level. Carmen and Juan see this as a priority. As an owner who lives abroad, managing a property from a distance can be really worrying. Yet Carmen and Juan take the worry out. They are able to act on our behalf, whilst always consulting when appropriate, responding rapidly if we contact them and keeping us informed. They bring solutions not problems. When we have wanted to reform the property, for example adding a new kitchen, again they have been helpful offering a range of practical solutions. Finally, they are positive, helpful and professional with clients who book out our property. Again, this level of customer service means we don't have to worry. If anyone is looking for an agent to manage their property I strongly recommend Property Solutions Benalmadena. They are quite simply lovely!

Este verano reservamos un apartamento de esta agencia en Arroyo de la Miel (Benalmádena). Todo en excelentes condiciones de orden y limpieza. En cuanto al trato con los agentes, siempre fueron muy atentos con nosotros. Muy recomendable.

I booked a vacation apartment last august 2020 in Benalmadena for two through Property Solutions. The apartment was very clean and well positioned, a few minutes away from the beach. Carmen and Juan sorted out everything with no problems and made sure everything was ok during the holiday. Definitely coming back!

Por falta de tiempo, decidí alquilar mi apartamento de la Carihuela con ellos y son realmente magníficos. Desde la organización que tienen para gestionarlo, el cariño que le ponen para que los huéspedes se sientan como en casa, y la constante comunicación que tienen conmigo para yo estar al tanto de la gestión. Fue una experiencia maravillosa, hemos estado en varios apartamentos vacacionales en Torremolinos y Benalmádena, pero con ellos fue todo atención y rapidez. El apartamento estaba muy limpio y con todo detalles y accesorios necesarios para nuestra estancia. Cualquier duda o recomendación estaban ellos siempre disponible y dispuesto a ayudar.
