¡Absolutamente encantado de compartir mi experiencia excepcional en el Hotel Puente Romano en Marbella! Desde el momento en que entré en este lujoso paraíso, quedé envuelto en un mundo de opulencia y sofisticación.

Hablemos de las habitaciones: lo espacioso no lo refleja del todo; ¡son palaciegos! El elegante diseño interior es un placer para la vista y la meticulosa atención al detalle, hasta los acabados, es nada menos que impresionante. Pero espera, hay más: imagina una ducha que se transforma en un maravilloso baño de vapor. ¡Habla de un toque de indulgencia!

Ahora, sumergámonos en el reino del sueño sublime. Las almohadas de plumas de ganso son un sueño literal y metafórico, que garantizan una noche de descanso profundo e ininterrumpido. ¿Y las comodidades de Natura Bisse? Pura decadencia. Mis sentidos disfrutaron de una experiencia similar a la de un spa dentro de los límites de mi habitación.

Pero la aventura no termina ahí. El gimnasio no es sólo un gimnasio; es un centro pulsante de energía. Imagínese esto: un ring de boxeo, máquinas TechnoGym de última generación y un DJ que marca el ritmo de su entrenamiento. ¡Es el sueño de todo entusiasta del fitness hecho realidad!

Ahora, el hotel en sí es una obra maestra: un encantador pueblo andaluz encapsulado en un resort. La plaza central cuenta con restaurantes de renombre mundial: Nobu, Cipriani's, Bibbo, Leña y Coya. Cada comida no es sólo cenar; ¡Es un viaje gastronómico!

El Beach Club, acertadamente llamado Chiringuito, es una joya. Sardinas a la parrilla que redefinen la perfección: una delicia culinaria junto al mar. Entusiastas del tenis, ¡regocíjense! Las diez canchas, incluidas arcilla y superficies duras, se adaptan a todos los estilos de juego. La cancha central es un espectáculo en sí misma, lista para albergar tus emocionantes partidos.

Y luego está el corazón de todo: el personal. Carlitos en recepción, Lina en limpieza y Fuensanta en Nobu: personifican el profesionalismo, la atención y la intuición. Es evidente que el hotel no sólo está bien equipado; está administrado de manera experta bajo un equipo de liderazgo que comprende la esencia de la hospitalidad.

En conclusión, Hotel Puente Romano no es sólo una estancia; es una experiencia de lujo incomparable, detalles bien pensados ​​y cálida hospitalidad. Cada momento aquí es una celebración de las cosas buenas de la vida, dejándote recuerdos que perduran mucho después de que te hayas despedido. Se recomienda la ubicación.
Sin embargo, como huésped, el servicio de habitaciones debe solicitarse de forma proactiva. Luego limpian la habitación en 5 minutos y la llenan de toallas, gel de ducha, etc, lo cual es casi desagradable. Da la impresión de que sólo esperas tener que limpiar cada dos días.
Las habitaciones son tan ruidosas que limpiar las habitaciones vecinas casi perturba la paz y la conversación entre el personal de limpieza es muy desagradable. Pero ciertamente en España es como en Alemania. Puedes ser feliz si alguien más hace el trabajo. En este punto muchas gracias al personal de limpieza.
Los tenistas ciertamente están en buenas manos aquí. Sin embargo, no es recomendable para aquellos que buscan paz y tranquilidad, así como para huéspedes con una cierta expectativa de precio/rendimiento, existen alternativas mucho mejores. Dado que el destino de vacaciones lo elegimos nosotros mismos, seguramente basándonos en las buenas críticas, el próximo viaje requiere una investigación mucho mejor. Lo sentimos Hotel Puente Romano Beach, no eres tan bueno como tu evaluación.

Coya uno de los mejores, el servicio y la comida son de primera. Es uno de mis restaurantes favoritos en Marbella.

Me gustó este hotel que me recomendó un amigo español. Magdalena nos ha brindado un excelente servicio este verano. Por supuesto que volveré en otra ocasión. Asombroso

He tenido la suerte de alojarme en este hotel tres veces por motivos de trabajo, en las tres ocasiones he descubierto nuevos rincones gastronómicos, esto es para un amante de la comida como Eurodisney oara un niño, con ganas de volver

No me quedé en el hotel, vine a tomar unas copas. Si sois 4 personas y tenéis 1.000€ de más en la cartera, este es un buen lugar para visitar.

Gran lugar para brillar. Mi segunda vez en este lugar. Y tengo que decir gracias, muchas gracias a la Sra. Magdalena. Porque ella me ha mostrado el hotel y las instalaciones y me he sentido como en casa. Gracias.

Amazing amazing resort, the rooms outdated though. The garden is the best I have seen in my life.

In general it is a beautiful resort in a great location. Our Mediterranean suite was very nice. The food was good except breakfast that I didn’t enjoy at all. Breakfast food is of the average quality, very overcrowded and not convenient to go to different counters in the opposite sides of the restaurant in the crowd. Also the customer service was not to the highest standard - in general fine but lots of small details were missing out. Spa was absolutely amazing. I might probably give it another go in the future as the place is beautiful.

Se está de lujo nunca mejor dicho, limpio, atentos, fiestas inolvidables, vamos las mejores vacaciones.

So i booked this holiday like most with true excitement after not being allowed on holiday for a while.
This hotel had a great rep and we wanted something special so i went for it.
We meet some lovely people and had a great time. We just was bitterly disappointed in not being able to eat at our own hotel. The hotel is sold as being this awesome place with bundles to do and amazing places to eat.
We only managed to eat in the hotel facilities twice as everything was booked.
On arrival we asked and they said everything was booked, didn’t quite believe them so went about trying to find out for ourselves.
They wasn’t lying it was only the second to last day we bumped into a lady that was helping a couple next to us. Her title was costumer experience. After telling the very help full lady our woes she managed to get us into a Lebanese restaurant. This was after me ringing concierge every day to find out if we could eat at any of the restaurants.
Advice should be given to paying guests to book in advance.

Hotel Puente Romano is a picture of paradise on earth. As you enter the hotel you discover a jungle of trees, flowers, water falls and small bridges. Its architecture and design of the suites make you fell like you're in a small village. It's really worth a visit and a detour even if you're miles away from Marbella.

Favourite place in Marbella! We are come back over and over again! Even just for a dinner. The hotel and the whole resort is great.

Excellent resort, service, food and atmosphere! Everything was top notch and loved our room, the variety of high quality restaurants on the spot, the beach and the pools. Great attention to detail.

Supperclub restaurant- Disgusting service. Staff was horrible to us. The manager was so rude to us and didn’t mind our complaints as we spent only 300 euros (she said we don’t even worth her attention). Horrible experience!
Do not ever come across this place if you look for a nice chilled experience/service/food. Please don’t!

Not been to spain for years, came across this hotel by chance and what a lovely surprise! Staff amazing especially lady in restaurant Candela, who was always helpful and a credit to the hotel! Definitely come again. X

You compete with the public for tables at the restaurants, which is ridiculous. The hotel should keep some spare tables for last minute hotel guests.
You might have to remind waiters several times what drinks you ordered.
You might have to deal with multiple waiters in the same evening.
Chirunguito restaurant service is shambolic. To many young kids dropping full glasses of drinks.
Waiters don't clean the table before dessert is served.
Swimming pools too small and dated.
Smoking and hookah/shisha at the hotel beach sun lounges is super anti-social. I was covered in shisha smoke the entire afternoon. Create an area for this, no?
If you call reception / services from your room, on average, no one picks up to answer. Very bad.

Beach quality is poor. Water is dirty. Jet ski hire is double the price of Puerto Banus.

Overall, OK experience but for what you're paying, you expect considerably better. When you stay at the top hotels on the Italian lakes, they don't skip a beat.

Overall service quality requires urgent attention at this place, especially at the Chiringuito Restaurant.

Puente Romano en general es genial, he estado en casi todos los locales y restaurantes, pero como todo, no hay nada perfecto…

Hace como un mes abrieron “La concha de Puente Romano”. Un horror! Empezando por una mala atención, una encargada mal educada y una carta de cocktails (de los cuales no tienen ninguno, dice que son para el futuro pero ya están en la carta, y los que preparan no los puedes ver en ningún sitio). Les preguntas a los camareros que cuales tienen disponibles y nadie lo sabe, como excusa todos los camareros dicen que son nuevos….

Al final acabamos pidiendo unos mojitos, algo clásico que se debería saber hacer en cualquier sitio, menos aquí. Mal elaborado, receta equivocada a pesar de lo simple que es, sin azúcar, sin apenas hielo, sin sabor, los pedimos de varios sabores y todo sabía igual, a lima, eso era una limonada. Fui a hablar con la chica encargada de los cocteles y no sabia lo que fruta era una fruta de la pasión (después de “haberme preparado” un mojito de fruta de la pasión).

La margarita picante no pica, es simplemente tequila con agua, tampoco la saben preparar (a no ser que la coctelera entienda que con ponerle sal al borde de la copa eso ya es picante)

No se como se comerá porque lamentablemente nos tuvimos que ir sin comer y sin poder bebernos los cocteles que pedimos porque la encargada (después de haber estado esperando 52 minutos a que nos prepararan los mojitos) nos dijo que por culpa del covid no había suficiente gente para trabajar y que no nos iba a poder atender en mucho tiempo, teniendo mas de medio local vacío (si algo sobra en España es gente en paro).

Espero que puedan aprender a llevar un local así porque es un auténtico manchurrón en un sitio con tanta calidad como Puente Romano.

Precioso el sitio, la terraza de la playa tiene una atención excelente. Los metres o encargados son inmejorables la atención es superior. Amables, atentos en todo momento, con clase y alcanzando la excelencia.

Este hotel está diseñado para sacarle el dinero a los turistas. De 5* solo tiene el precio. Las habitaciones que dan no se parecen en absoluto a las de Booking, sino que son más bien estancias antiguas y mal cuidadas decoradas en los años 70 y no renovadas desde entonces (no exagero). Los precios tienen el plus Marbella, donde todo cuesta el triple solo por estar en esta “idílica” ciudad (por ejemplo, el mexicano La Concha donde por pedir un par de platos y bebidas pagas 130€, y eso que la comida es más mala que la del Taco Bell). La playa de al lado, pues típica malagueña: agua fría y oscura, con olor a gasolina de todas las motos de agua que hay alrededor. Nada recomendable. Decidimos hacer check-out al día siguiente de llegar.

The rooms and facilities are a bit dated but the place is still acceptable. The new gym is a significant improvement over its predecesor. However, things like room turnover at night no longer happen and the toiletries are very so so. Personnel continues providing excellent service

Très beau séjour passé au Puente Romano. Le lieu est plus qu’un hôtel mais un véritable petit village équipé de plusieurs restaurants, de 3 piscines, d’un club de tennis, d’un night-club et d’un kids club.le tout niché dans un jardin magnifique. Un véritable havre de paix avec un personnel au petit soin. L’endroit est branché mais reste intimiste pour les résidents de l’hôtel et adapté aux familles.
Bemol: la déco des chambres qui mérite une belle rénovation car restée dans son jus et qui dénote avec les reste du complexe.

What a gem this place is, a tropical oasis awaits you. You can’t ask for more; magnificent grounds, spectacular restaurants, beach clubs & bars. The activities are endless and the atmosphere is buzzing. Definitely Marbella’s best location for pretty much everything!

Great location, top-notch services, absolutely delicious food in both the restaurants and the small cafes around, clean rooms. Highly professional and friendly stuff! The reservation officers are there to find the best solution to any problem you may have! We definitely come back! Highly recommended

Don't RUIN YOUR HOLIDAY BY STAYING IN THIS HORRENDOUS HOTEL!

Came here to celebrate our 5 year anniversary and ended up being upset by hotel staff each day. If it's your special occasion please don't choose this hotel- I can assure you- they will try to do their best to ruin it for you.

Firstly, we paid THOUSANDS to stay in this hotel which calls itself 5* hotel? Terrible room design, outdated patio furniture and extremely hard to sleep a there is no sound isolation. Each morning we could hear how cleaning staff would bash around like they are preparing for war.

Secondly, the old concierge man with the grey hair definitely finished the whole trip by being a complete sexist and rude overall. I would wait at the desk for 15minutes and he would not even make his time to say: ”Sorry Miss I will be there with you in a moment ”or acknowledge me on another way. ” His hostile attitude was unbearable, uncomfortable and not customer service at all. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the hotel staff. I wish I could give 0* for this hotel but unfortunately, it is impossible atm. The only star is for the Bell-boys, the only people in this so-called ”hotel” who really work hard and were nice to customers. So well done to them- but the management team need to be changed and should retire ASAP. Under two years this place been under Nobu. One of very well known brand around the world, including our hometown London where we used to go to Nobu restaurants even. Now we will avoid it at all costs because clearly after numerous complaints this brand does not care about the customers so why would it care anywhere else around the globe?

Also don't bother going to the Grill restaurant either, the attitude is the same. For some reason the people who work there the woman because as we were there twice each time they would ignore my requests completely. Some of the man in this ”hotel” definitely have some mother issues or never was taught how to respect a women.

Best and most exclusive place in Marbella with top tennis, shops, restaurants, roman bridge, bars and nightclubs.

Me clavaron por tres copas 93€, encima la maquina de tabaco que segun los de villaeltorrico (el sitio de
Copas de pte romano) depende del complejo, se trago un billete de 10€, y me dijeron que llamara a un numero de tlf alas 2am, que dependia dl complejo y no de ellos. Una estafa de sitio en general, perdí 100€ en general. Love marbella y sus puńaladas. Menos mal que estamos en mayo, no quiero ni pensar en agosto lo que te pueden clavar aqui, seguro te cobran hasta por respirar. Nada recomencable para clase media baja

Un lugar bonito, acogedor y tranquilo. Pero solo al alcance de personas con mucho dinero. Ni el hotel ni los restaurantes son aptos para bolsillos que no sean de alto poder adquisitivo. Alguna vez puedes probar su bufé libre si quieres darte un capricho, por una celebración especial. Es caro pero por una buena escusa, es una gran opción.

At the bar, they change the menu at midnight and double or triple the prices! €20 for a vodka or gyn.before 12am. Besides that, the place and service is good.

I recently photographed a wedding at Puente Romano, and I loved it! Everything from the service from the food was impeccable, and the rooms are bright and spacious. I can totally recommend Puente Romano for any couple looking to have a destination wedding in Marbella, and it's the perfect wedding venue! But also a beautiful honeymoon resort for you and your beau!

Su restaurante Sea Grill tiene una de las mejores carnes de ternera gallega que he probado en mi vida. De lujo.

Excelente hotel de cinco estrellas en Marbella, con fácil acceso desde la autovía. Se suelen realizar eventos y tiene excelentes restaurantes. Buenas instalaciones y magníficas vistas.

Cet splendide hôtel a été racheté et transformé en un parc d’attraction pour touristes avec plusieurs clubs et une clientèle.très « Puerto Banus ». Plus rien à voir avec cet endroit dans lequel je me rendais depuis plus de 20 ans.
