Time of stay, October 2018 We had the top floor apartment, it was steep up the stairs but well worth it when you got there. The outdoor terrace had wonderful views and was well appointed. The perfect place for a G&T before heading off to sample one of the many local places to eat. The apartment was clean, well equipped and very comfortable. Great location and we had no issues parking a few streets away in an underground car park as recommended by the Company. Good administration and helpful, polite and pleasant people running the reception. Would love to return.

Staying here enhanced our visit to Seville. From the helpfulness of the staff, the location, the view & the comfort and cleanliness of the apartment it was a great place to stay. We would highly recommend to family and friends and will definitely be back at some point.

I would give this property 5 stars but because of one thing I think others should know, I gave it give 4 stars. The one thing: the company has multiple buildings throughout the city but you have to checkin at one building, meaning you could end up walking a decent distance for your actual apartment. Wasn't a big deal for us because we had a car but for those that don't, it could mean a 5-10 minute walk with a lot of bags. It would be very nice if they could have a different check in process, such as leaving the key in a box at the appropriate building.

Everything else was fantastic. Great amenities, kind service, great location, offered a free walking tour, very responsive communication. I still highly recommend.

We had an excellent stay at Puerta Catedral Suites. The location was unbelievable - directly across from the Cathedral and the Alcazar. You could walk to all the sites and restaurants and shops were only steps away. The rooms were spotless and large with all necessary supplies/amenities to make for a relaxing stay. The staff was extremely helpful and responsive from booking (we booked directly through their website), to check in and during our stay. They assisted with tours, tickets and an early morning transport to the airport. It is like an Airbnb with high level concierge service in an outstanding location. Very highly recommend.

Don't look anywhere else.

Amazing location and big but very tired. Everywhere you look the appartment is a bit scuffed or broken. Decor also bland. Slept ok but pillows could have been softer. Wouldn't stay again.

Apartamento muy grande, completo, moderno y limpio, realmente cómodo. Impresionantes balcones hacia la Catedral, a tan sólo unos metros, al cruzar la calle. Muy céntrico para visitar lugares de interés en Sevilla, muy buena atención en recepción.

Péssimo desde a chegada, por uma rua somente para pedestres e você tendo que carregar sua mala desde a esquina, uma figura feminina antipática e com má vontade na recepção, na frente barulho a noite inteira de um bonde elétrico passando para um lado e para outro, das 9 da noite as 9 da manhã não tem uma só pessoa na recepção, o transfer que oferecem e cobram não aparece. Os quartos são bons, as camas também e os chuveiros ótimos. Mas não vale a pena ficar lá.

Maravilloso lugar, único e inconfundible! Con unas vistas impresionantes a la Catedral de Sevilla. Desde la terraza tienes la sensación de que puedes tocar la catedral con los dedos de las manos.lugar mágico que te envuelve! La decoración muy agradable y el trato inmejorable, si vuelvo, lo tengo claro donde ir! Gracias a él equipo de puerta de catedral por ser tan profesionales y buscarnos soluciones antes algunos problemas que tuvimos en visitas por Sevilla.

Very helpful staff, lovely room and comfortable beds. Central location, so a little noisy at night.

The people in reception were nice, the location was prefect and the apartment was ideal for a city break (clean, modern decor, little kitchenette). The only downside was the Saturday night noise from the street.maybe stay somewhere else if you want an early night.
