Purobeach Marbella Beach Club

Está bastante bien, teniendo en cuenta las circunstancias actuales, me refiero al tema covid19.

Bonita piscina con vistas. Limpieza de vestuarios. La comida está rica y los cócteles buenos. Precio elevado para lo que es.

We’ve been going to Puro Beach for years but this year it was a lot different:
POSITIVE:
- The location
- The amazing sunbeds
- The service is always impeccable, the staff is so helpful and efficient
NEGATIVE:
- The food and drinks: the quality has gone downhill: the food menu has shrunk, the drinks felt diluted and it wasn’t enjoyable as it used to be.
- The toilets were not cleaned and all of them were not working!
- The price point doesn’t match the Puro Beach image they are currently portraying, you feel that the place is struggling.

Puro Beach has lost its touch this year but we will come back next year to see if it goes back to before!

FATAL. Reservamos y cuando llegamos 30 min tarde habiendo llamado anteriormente de que íbamos a llegar tarde pero íbamos a llegar (y nos dan el ok) llegamos y ya NO tenemos nuestra reserva. Nos dicen que tienen otro reservado en la playa que al final no tenían, nos dicen que nos han llamado para avisarnos pero que nuestro número estaba mal, comprobamos el número y esta bien escrito, no nos habían llamado, todo mentira y sin solución para darnos. ¿Volverías? Yo no.

Muy caro y el servicio deja mucho que desear. La carta no es para tirar cohetes y el producto mejorable. Así que costó mucho para lo que disfrutamos

Muy acogedor y bien situado. Masajes espectaculares. Buen servicio en general, aunque en conjunto resulta caro.

Service horrible took me 20mins to take my order and another 10mins to deliver it with a bad joke on top. I asked for no alcohol and the joke was with double alcohol. The drink does not have alcohol I think?
Now I come from a Muslim country and those kinds of jokes I can do without. If i need a joke i can visit the comedy club. The music is horrible it's all the same beat. As you can see I'm close to the bar. I guess to get better service I should have been sitting at the bar?

Had my bachelor party there the service is excellent the food is also very good and it’s not to over crowded a very good option to go do for a day away

Rude and non-welcoming staff. They wont let us go IN THE TERRACE with our dog because he is too big (being a service dog! Its a lab of course!). They are obliged by law to let service dogs in and even so, every restaurant in the world allows dogs in the terrace. Just bad service and very rude blond lady by the reception. Never coming back!

Ideal para pasar un día de desconexión. Música con DJ, restaurante con carta variada y un personal de cinco estrellas

Lovely setting and music. Ambience was nice. Food was ok.
I would definitely go there for the pool and drinks but not to eat.

50 Eur for 1 bed, they dont have shisha, I been there on wednesday and they have closed beach only beds on pool, half of the menu wasnt available. Sangria and food is very bad.

I've been there today with my good girfriend and the receptionist at the entrance just been very rude and told us that they don't have space neither for a drink at the bar. Never heard anything like it before. Don't go there without reservation. They will make u feel unwelcome.

An average beach club overpriced and full of people wearing expensive clothes and cheap academic certificates.

Yo este año los veo un poco perdido soy un cliente de todos los años, puedo decir que las chicas que tienen en recepcion van a trabajar con caras largas encima estas dando esa captacion al cliente, PURO BEACH esta bastante bien pero deberian de hacer una restructuracion del personal la que no sirva de cara al cliente que no siga, pero para eso deberia de haber un jefe que haya esos controles cosa que no lo ahi

Espectacular complejo.de ocio a pie de playa. Gran variedad de restaurantes de todo el mundo. Espectacular la piscina con vistas al mar. Recomendable para las puestas de sol

Magnifique!
Dîner mémorable au PuroBeach Marbella. Staff incroyable, nourriture délicieuse et carte des vins impeccable. Notre premiere visite au PuroBeach mais vraiment pas la dernière.
