Hemos ido a ver un patinete para mi hijo. Y han sido muy amables en el trato aconsejando en cada momento. Da gusto encontrará a gente que le gusta su trabajo y saben tratar a sus clientes. Volveremos sin duda si nos hiciera falta otra compra.

No recomendamos la compra de patinetes eléctricos en este negocio ya que no cumplen con los estándares de calidad que debe cumplir una tienda, tampoco cumplen con los estándares en atención al cliente.

Llevo 3 meses intentando arreglar mi patín en diferentes sitios y en todos me decían q no podían hacer nada hasta q lo lleve aquí que al segundo día ya lo tenían listo y como nuevo . Muy bonito el detalle de que el patín salga limpio ; el manillar ,los discos, las llantas ,hasta las ruedas ,muy buen servicio y mucha profesionalidad .Muy buenos precios y lo recomiendo sin ninguna duda

Ahora que estoy más tranquila voy a decir lo que me pasó en esta tienda.
Hace un mes lleve mi bicicleta eléctrica a reparar por que me daba fallo la batería vaindo la lleve le dije que la necesita para trabajar ya que es mi vehículo para ir y venir a trabajar

Yo entiendo que no voy hacer la primera pero os sigo contando
Bueno se la dejé y asta hay bien paso un par de días y al no tener noticias llamé haber si había podido mirarla.me dijo que no que me la miraba y luego me llamaba pues NO ME LLAMO así que llame al día siguiente y me dijo que no ha Ia podido asta hay bien más o menos Cuando lame me dijo que la miraría y me llamaría pues nada no recibí llamada así que entre te llamo no te llamo pasaron dos semanas y decidimos bajar a ver qué pasaba bueno nos dijo que no la ha Ia mirado que era trabajo de cirujano el abrir la batería y mirar que tenía le dije bueno vale tomate tu tiempo ya que me an prestado un patinete eléctrico para ir a trabajar (una gran amiga) asta hay vale me dijo que esa semana la miraría me llamaría en esa visita nos dio la opción de poner una nueva o arreglar la batería que ya tenía que sería unos 80€ arreglarla y ala espera quedamos al cabo de un par de días llamo y dijo que sería unos 100€ el arreglo así que bueno está bien arregla
Ya habían pasado casi 3 semanas le llamamos porque nos íbamos fuera unos días y nos dijo que ese viernes la tendría y así fue la tuvo y aquí viene el follón

LA CUESTION ES QUE EL ME TUVO CASI UN MES TOREANDOME ME TRATO MAL ME HIZO UN TRABAJO QUE NO NO LE AUTORICE PORQUE NO LE CONSULTO ES UNA TIENDA CON MUY POCOC FORMALISMO Y SOLO ESPERO QUE ESTE BIEN ARREGLADA ESO SOO EL TIEMPO LO DIRA al final me quedé sin mi Batería que era mejor que la el me puso no os la recomiendo

Unfriendly and not at all helpful. Claim to have fixed your problem only to find out that it has in fact not been fixed when coming in to collect the bike. Lousy service, stay away from this shop!

Wanted to get the gears of my e-bike fixed. I called the day before to check if we needed to make an appointment. It was no problem the man said on the phone. So I told him we would come at 11.00, which was fine he said.

My boyfriend arrived at 11.00 but apparently the technician was not in the house. As she didn’t speak English (which I understand as we are in Spain) I tried translating on the phone because I speak a little bit of Spanish, and can understand if people speak a bit slowly. Unfortunately the lady didn’t speak slowly and wasn’t friendly in my opinion. I asked her when the technician would come; she couldn’t tell so I asked her if it was possible to call him, because we were only in Nerja to get the bike fixed. Eventually she called him and the technician walked in, seemed very bored and also not friendly. When my boyfriend came back he said the gears had been fixed, which later didn’t seem to be the case. If you can not fix it, that’s ok, but do not lie about it.

We ended up paying 10 euro. The only thing thing that he actually fixed for that price was a bit of glue on a broken part on my handlebar.

Best place in Nerja where you will always be when you have problems about your bike or scooter, I went sad and I came out happy and smiling, they solve my problem they are the best

My scooter went in for a power upgrade to better enable hill ascents. RA-RG broke the scooter in the process and could not upgrade the scooter. Scooter supplier wouldnt sell RA=RG the replacement part as not an authorised dealer and too many stolen scooters out there. Only solution was for me to purchased the part which RA-RG refused to pay for.

RA-RG lent me a scooter while mine was broken which neither had any power or brakes.

I should have seen the obvious RedFlag of all the broken scooters lying around inside the shop. Avoid this company. Rude and Incompetent.

The electric bikes we got were old, repaired, and unreliable. Both our bikes broke down. He refused us a refund. RARG live are cheap rentals for a reason. Our day out was ruined and he took our money. When confronted he walked out of the shop, got up on his scooter and rode away!
PS. Notice that all the good reviews are done in the same week! Coincidence?

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS SHOP.
Rented 2 electric bikes - 15mins out one bike giving trouble - brought it back for a replacement. 40mins and 6k outside town, second bike stops working. Brought back and waited until the shop opened - refused a refund.
No solution given except to keep the defective bikes for the rental period

Llevé mi patinete y fueron muy agradables y me atendieron con mucha rapidez. Son muy efectivos y profesionales.

No lo recomiendo para nada … fui a ponerle una segunda batería al patín y solo me a dado problemas porque ni la batería era nueva …! Por no hablar de la chapuza que me hiciste para montarla crak! Ya se rumorea que todos los patines ROBADOS! Acaban en esa tienda… no lo recomiendo NADA.
