My wife and I had some private lessons with Rachael during the last week. This has been a fantastic experience that we can recommend to anyone no matter if you have done a lot of yoga or not at all, Rachael will adapt and give you just what you need. You won’t be disapointed! Very easy access and free parking as well.

I really recommend Rachael´s great yoga classes both in person and online. I was impressed by her knowledge, depth and tact. And her classes are fun too!

Rachael es una excelente profesora y una bellísima persona. Después de probar varias clases de yoga la conocí a ella y quedé encantada con sus clases. Rachael guía a cada persona para que se escuche y vaya a su ritmo. Es un trabajo físico, personal y emocional maravilloso

Después de probar con varios instructores y estudios de yoga en la costa, tengo claro que Rachael consigue el mejor equilibrio entre calidad, contenido y trato, en una disciplina tan amplia como el yoga donde puedes encontrar todo tipo de variantes. Además la flexibilidad y disposición para adaptar sus clases a las necesidades de los alumnos es genial. Altamente recomendable!

Rachael is a font of expertise, knowlege and skill. She is a divine physical representation of a beautiful and unique blend of positivity, practicality, commitment, physiology, psychology and spirituality. Yoga with Rachael is both a physical and mental practice where you are fully present and mindful. It is soul food. I am so grateful to have the opportunity to learn from Rachael.

Para dar un contexto: comencé a practicar yoga hace un par de años, porque después de 20 años de mountain bike tenía la espalda como un 8. La progresión fue lenta, hasta que empecé con Rachael. Sus clases no son una sucesión de posturas inconexas, tienen propósito y estructura, te desafia sin sobreexigir, y adapta las asanas a las posibilidades de cada alumno. Después de 2 meses con ella me dió herramientas para atreverme con posturas de nivel intermedio. También son clases fluidas y divertidas. Independientemente de que el objetivo sea ponerse en forma, o que entiendas el yoga como una meditación en movimiento, Rachael es una profe excelente

Rachael’s yoga was my first steps into yoga and I’ve grown to love it. Coming from an athletic, hard exercising background, i never tried yoga as i thought it would be too light of an exercise for me. But boy was i wrong. 1,5 h of power yoga made me shake like a leaf. Not to worry, its suitable both for absolute beginners (as am i) as well as advanced yogis. Rachael is a great instructor, gives clear queues and instructions, gives multiple options to poses - thus you can make the session as challenging for yourself as you’d like. Great atmosphere as well as great location and kind people.

He conocido el Yoga a través de Rachel Burns, eres maravillosa, llena de luz y energía muy positiva, tienes un corazón empático y enorme, además de tener grandes conocimientos sobre tu trabajo. Todo esto hace de ti una gran profesional implicada y motivadora.
Esa es la esencia del Yoga para mi, encontrar la paz en ese momento para trasladarlo a tu vida cotidiana en todas sus facetas, es un catalizador de felicidad para conseguir una mente sana en un cuerpo sano.

La mejor profesora de yoga que haya tenido jamás, no solo eso siempre con una sonrisa y todo muy bien explicado. He tenido clases en privado donde aprendí muchísimo y ahora estoy en una clase grupal que también me encanta. Habla inglés y español perfectamente. Me encanta el buen rollo que hay en clase por su actitud y su constante sonrisa. Gracias Rachael:)

I had a couple of movement issues when I started classes with Rachael and mentioned my particular issues to Rachael privately before I enrolled. I have to say Rachael was most accommodating and alway gave a variety of progressions for each Asana. Her attention to detail is second to none with excellent verbal cueing as well as physical demonstrations of each Asana and the variations. Rachael makes every pose accessible through the use of props, blocks, belts and offer variations from beginner to advanced. This is no mean feat in a room with some practicing handstands whilst others are in child's pose. For me the best thing about Rachael classes is her approachability, I don't mean hogging the class time with one individual. I'm talking about her genuine interest in the progress of each individual student. Whether you're an absolute beginner or experienced Yogi, Rachael classes are a safe and enjoyable space to practice.

Working with Rachael made me enjoy and look forward to exercising! I was a beginner with Yoga and have never been to a gym but Rachael helped me to feel comfortable and settled during our one to one Personal Training and Yoga classes. We did a mixture of PT with Yoga which was really nice to get used to things and I soon felt a difference within myself and noticed a visible difference pretty quickly too. She inspires me and makes me want to keep going with wellness and fitness goals. She’s very knowledgable and goes out of her way to help with whatever is needed

Rachael is an incredible yoga teacher. With a beautiful balance of dynamic and creative flows as well as relaxing breath-work and restorative options. She is very experienced and has variations for all levels. I love her classes and would recommend to anyone.

Absolutely amazing yoga! I join both from my home and in person when I can. Very motivating and builds upp your strenght, love that there is always a theme that we work and you can feel your own progress.

Rachael is a joyous, experienced yoga teacher who guides her students with great care and awareness. Her fluid sequencing inspires others to find their personal edge while her cues are calming and compassionate. Her verbal adjustments align and open the body and mind for a deeper more intent-filled practice. Rachael also thoughtfully creates a range of modifications to accommodate both athletic and novice clients.

It is especially meaningful that I met Rachael over a decade ago when we were both teaching fitness in England. I’ve had the pleasure of teaching and taking yoga classes all over the world from Japan to Germany and I know an incredible yoga teacher when I see one. Now, to experience Rachael’s Power Yoga classes in Spain virtually while I am in the US is uplifting and interconnected.

Rachael is gifted, passionate, and she truly embodies what it means to share yoga. She is a light for others to find their best and most purposeful way.

Rachael is an amazing yoga teacher and person, I highly recommend her! I did a couple of private classes to start off my yoga journey after going trough a tough time and Rachael knew intuitive what I needed class after class and was 100% present with me in the classroom. Her knowledge and passion got my really inspired to continue with yoga and personal development.

I have been in the Rachael's yoga guidance now for 10 times. My body feels amazing, back to life again! Before yoga, especially my right foot ankle was so painful, I could hardly walk. Now I'm able to make one hour speedy walks without any pain, thank you! I also loved the Rachael's thai yoga massage. Deep stretching, which has positive effect on the body and soul. Thank you for opening the yoga world for me, I want to dive deeper!
