Desde el momento en que me puse en contactocon ellos, supe que estaba en buenas manos. El personal fue increíblemente amable y eficiente.

El coche que me proporcionaron estaba en perfectas condiciones: limpio, bien mantenido y listo para la carretera. La amplia gama de opciones disponibles me permitió elegir el vehículo perfecto para mis necesidades.

Los precios eran competitivos, y me impresionó especialmente la transparencia de la empresa en cuanto a tarifas y seguros. No hubo sorpresas desagradables ni cargos ocultos, lo cual es un alivio cuando se viaja.

La devolución del vehículo fue igual de eficiente. El rápido check-out me permitió estar en camino en poco tiempo, lo cual fue muy apreciado después de un largo viaje.

En resumen, RentaCarSpain ha superado mis expectativas en todos los aspectos, y no dudaría en recomendar sus servicios a cualquier persona que busque un alquiler de coche fiable y sin estrés.

Nos entregó un cobertizo real. parachoques que colgaba sujeto con un tornillo de 9". 1 día dentro y sobrecalentado y quedó en modo flácido. no hubo ayuda de la compañía, pídales que lo recogieran. luego no respondió a mis llamadas £150 de dolor de cabeza. no malgastes tu dinero ni tu tiempo. los vaqueros son los mejores.

Tuvimos mala experiencia con esta empresa. Nos dieron un auto viejo y horrible: Fiat punto, que tiene dificultades para moverse. Estábamos estresados ​​​​por que puede romperse todo el tiempo que lo usábamos. Recibimos el coche sin gasolina y no con el depósito lleno como es habitual. El precio estaba muy bien pero nos cobraron 100€ más por nada (como depósito) que hubo que devolver 2 días después de que devolviéramos el coche. Pero después de 2 semanas todavía no tenemos este depósito y nos cobraron otros 30 € debido a las condiciones del contrato; cobran esta cantidad si devuelves el coche entre las 22: 00 y las 8: 00 y lo dejas en el aeropuerto. Así que NO puedo RECOMENDAR esta empresa ya que nos decepcionó mucho y nos cobraron mucho más sin ningún motivo ni explicación.

The problems with this rental company started from day one. We rented a 9-seater van for 14 days, with full insurance, but instead we got two old cars that were not suitable for us. We were promised that the cars would be replaced the next day, but they were replaced on the 4th day after repeated requests. When we eventually received the van, it was not in the technical condition we expected, but we were finally able to start travelling. One week in, the car broke down on the road due to its poor condition, but we did not receive any help, although we kept calling the company's 2 phone numbers and writing emails. It was only 2 days later that they took the car away, claiming that it was our fault. They did not replace the car - we were left to fend for ourselves and find a way to finish our holiday and get to the airport.

We rent cars on our holidays all the time, but we have never had such problems. We would not recommend this company to anyone as it is the fastest way to ruin your holiday: plans will have to be changed and sightseeing tickets will have to be sacrificed just like they were for us.

Los problemas con esta empresa de alquiler empezaron desde el primer día. Alquilamos una furgoneta de 9 plazas durante 14 días, con seguro a todo riesgo, pero en su lugar nos quedamos con dos coches viejos que no nos servían. Nos prometieron que los autos serían reemplazados al día siguiente, pero fueron reemplazados al cuarto día después de repetidas solicitudes. Cuando finalmente recibimos la furgoneta, no estaba en las condiciones técnicas que esperábamos, pero finalmente pudimos empezar a viajar. Una semana después, el coche se averió en la carretera por su mal estado, pero no recibimos ayuda, aunque seguimos llamando a los 2 teléfonos de la empresa y escribiendo correos electrónicos. Sólo 2 días después se llevaron el coche alegando que fue culpa nuestra. No reemplazaron el automóvil; nos dejaron arreglárnoslas solos y encontrar una manera de terminar nuestras vacaciones y llegar al aeropuerto.

Alquilamos coches durante las vacaciones todo el tiempo, pero nunca hemos tenido problemas de este tipo. No recomendaríamos esta empresa a nadie, ya que es la forma más rápida de arruinar sus vacaciones: habrá que cambiar los planes y sacrificar las entradas turísticas como lo fueron para nosotros.

We got a car that was not from the category we paid for and it broke after 1 week then we had to get ourselves the new car witch was even worse and older smaller car. They do not respond if you call or text or have problems. Would not recommend by any means.

Siempre una experiencia agradable, personal cortés, precios ventajosos.desde hace mucho tiempo cada vez que hago negocios con ellos, alquileres por 1 mes, te lo vienen a traer al aeropuerto y posibilidad de recogerlo en tu apartamento o déjalo en el aeropuerto.

Muy rápido y fácil tanto a la llegada como a la devolución del coche. Trato muy amable, repetiré seguro.

Wouldn't use anybody else in Malaga if I am honest. The cars can be older and have some bruises but they work and are safe. Given where you have to park around Andalucia your car does not stand out as a target to thieves with "tourist" written all over it so it suits me just fine.
Airport process is simple, quick and easy as is the booking process.

The car was in terrible condition. The service was absolutely shocking, they lie and do not return calls, they stole my money and will not return calls. Do not rent a car with these people

A horrible experience! The car was in a wreck condition! They lie and do not meet the conditions. I recommend avoiding a large arc.

Shameful service. We had a puncture and when we went to change tyre we realised car had no spare wheel, and such wheel was mounted as standard. We were left with no choice but to repair car to our own cost (insurance contact number given was invalid) and two months later we're still waiting for refund and in litigation to get all our money back, even though we paid for premium insurance cover. Stay away from them!

Please do not rent a car at this rental company. In July I rented a Fiat Punto and so far I have not received a refund of the deposit of the 200e deposit. Fantastic company. Flexible when we were late picking up the car as had to register lost luggage, no queues either and efficient filling in forms, no extra selling, all of which after a flight is so welcome.

La pire expérience jamais vecu avec un loueur de voiture. Voiture de 190 000 kms, sale, rayée, climatisation hs, bruits d'épave. Empreinte de 200 EUROS non prévue lors de la réservation. Personnel parlant que l'anglais, ne fait aucun effort, pas présent au bureau, communique que par whatsap. A FUIR ABSOLUMENT GROSSE ARNAQUE

Loueur à éviter absolument. Une vieille Chevrolet Aveo pleine de bosses et de rayures et de plus de 100 000 km.
Un déposit de 200€ qui n'était pas prévu au départ et qui n'a jamais été remboursé:
- il devait être remboursé lors de la restitution du véhicule, mais le loueur n'est pas venu le rechercher, il a fallu laisser la clé à la réception de l'hotel.
- il devait ensuite être rembourser dans les 8 jours,
- puis dans les 21 jours,
Et maintenant, c'est le siège qui doit voir….
Ne jamais utiliser ce loueur.

Is the only rental company I've tried that offers a true all-inclusive. It's what I've always been looking for.

The desk staff are great. Always happy to see you. They always make you aware of upgrade options and additional facilities/cover. They don't hard sell extras which is very good and customers feel at ease throughout the process of hiring.

Always with very attractive rates and staff determined to meet their needs especially my new friend Alejandro who did not measure efforts to assist me recommend.

I rented I car in Benalmádena for one week, was fiat panda yellow, the car was without petrol and the guy say: don’t worry you can give me the car back empty. On the agreement was: 7 days rent until 17: 04: 2019 at 22: 00 o’cloK. I contact him one day before for give the car back where they collect, 5 hours before, him ask me €15 for that, plus €10 for petrol, after I discovered they tacking €50 deposit, when after 10 days I contact them they found to many excuses, they say; you didn’t give me the money for the petrol ecc. N. B the car was without any sort of breaks! Guys avoid this people!

I needed a car because mine was in service. Not only was the drop off service exceptional, but they rented me a brand new convertible car for the day at a very affordable rate! What a great experience that was. Thank you.

We have an Appartment in Elviria, Marbella and we use several weeks every year. We always rent and recommend to all our friends and guests.
Delivery and collection is directly into Malaga Airport no shuttle bus as with other companies we used in the past.
As we supplied our details before arrival the rental agreement is always completly filled with details so we just signe and go, and this allow safe time and enjoy our holidays from the minute one!
Is Fast and efficient. Full insurance saves from big excess charges on cards otherwise. I will recommend this company more and more and will use again!

Malísimo, realmente no lo recomiendo. No me dieron el coche que alquile, cuando solicité el cambio me dieron un coche sumamente sucio, con ruido x todos lados. Deplorable.solicité GPS no funcionó lo devolví y JAMÁS me reintegraron el dinero, no contestan ante alguna eventualidad y si lo hacen es en inglés x mail. LO BARATO SALE CARO

A good location to collect a hire car and the staff were friendly and efficient with no high pressure insurance sales pitch. The vehicle was new and reliable. I would recommend this car hire site.

Great company. We had many problems in finding a decent car hire company in Spain. Nobody accepts credit card apart from them and few others. Everything went smooth.

WARNING AGAINST THIS COMPANY!
Rentacarspain seems to be cheap, but you get a wreck and they do not pay back your deposit
of 390 euros. When you try to get in contact to get your deposit back, they do not answer any calls or
e-mails. Needless to say, this is fraud company.

With every broker car rental company adding hidden costs, blocking ridiculous amounts of money on your credit cards and trying to rip you off whenever possible they are a shining gem lighting your holiday with ray of trust, calmness and great customer trust policy. My favourite company in Spain.

Rentacarspain is the only rental company I've tried that offers a true all-inclusive without charging deposits and without adding extra cost for gasoline or insurance. It's what I've always been looking for.

We rented a Group A car for 8 days in early October with a full insurance options in a good condition, did a road trip all the way and came back to Lisbon without any problems.

I am very disappointed by this service! Warning about this company!
The employee of the company collected a "deposit" 390, - € when providing the car. The car was returned in a good order however the "deposit" still has not been returned to the account for more than 1 month. The company explains this as "the deposit was intended for our future services". Furthermore they do not communicate any more.
I find this an impertinent theft.
