Requiem Pro IDC

¿Dónde empezar? Primero, por el contexto. Soy un educador con más de dos décadas de experiencia en enseñanza y liderazgo educativo. Comencé mi Divemaster con Elishia en julio de 2023 hasta el examen de instructor en noviembre de 2023.

El curso de desarrollo de instructores (IDC), impartido por Elishia a través de Requiem Pro IDC en asociación con Scuba Tours, es de la más alta calidad. Una experiencia memorable, divertida y verdaderamente de primer nivel en todos los sentidos.

Durante el IDC tenemos acceso a la piscina del hotel para inmersiones confinadas y prácticas, mientras que solo estamos a 100 m a pie de la playa y el mar para las inmersiones en aguas abiertas. La atención de Elishia al detalle es impecable y su capacidad para trazar el mapa de desarrollo de cada candidato es del más alto nivel. Esta experiencia se trata verdaderamente de un desarrollo positivo. Cuando cometes un error, ella te lo hace saber, pero de una manera que te apoye y no te aplaste. Si tienes dificultades con algo, ella encuentra tiempo para trabajar contigo y asegurarse de que continúes creciendo y aprendiendo mientras cumples con los requisitos que PADI le impone.

Elishia también tiene una asombrosa habilidad para crear una cultura de "equipo" en lo que es en gran medida una actividad individual en un corto período de tiempo. Si bien los días de IDC son largos y a veces frustrantes, existe una cultura de unión entre los candidatos que sólo nos ayuda a cada uno de nosotros a seguir avanzando y alcanzar nuestro máximo potencial. ¡Esto es invaluable! Además de todo esto. al final del IDC, ella no se limita a decir "adiós" y "buena suerte" en nuestro camino al Examen de Instructor (IE). Como toda gran coach/líder, ella viene y vive la experiencia con nosotros. Lo hacemos todos juntos. Este año, sus 6 graduados de IDC aprobaron su IE y ella estuvo con nosotros en cada paso del camino. Basta de charla.

Hice mi divemaster y fue una experiencia fantástica. El equipo de Scuba Tours es súper amable y muy profesional. Muchas gracias a Nic por ser un instructor fantástico. Luego pasé las últimas semanas completando mi IDC e IE con Requiem Pro IDC, y ha sido una experiencia que me cambió la vida. He conocido a personas con las que seré amigo de por vida y he aprendido mucho en tan poco tiempo. Después de completar un IDC con Elishia en noviembre de 2023, puedo decir honestamente que es una de las personas más impresionantes que he conocido en la industria del buceo. Tiene un conocimiento increíble y su capacidad para mantenerse al día con cientos de cosas diferentes a la vez y aun así hacer que todo parezca fácil es increíble. Desde los 14 años, Adam empezó a bucear con Eliseo. Le ha encantado el mundo del buceo. Ha ascendido en la escala y actualmente está realizando sus cursos de especialidad de instructor y ha completado su IDC EFRI con Elisha. Mi hijo pasó varias semanas haciendo su curso de Divemaster durante el verano. Es una empresa tan profesional y conocedora que literalmente disfrutó cada minuto allí y aprendió mucho. Disfrutó tanto de estar allí que actualmente acaba de completar su IDC EFRI y está realizando cursos de especialidad de Instructor esta semana, seguidos de su IE. Siempre disfruta su tiempo aquí y valora el conocimiento que ha adquirido de Elishia. No puedo recomendar este lugar lo suficiente. Gran semana IDC con Elishia y todo el equipo! Me siento absolutamente preparada para el IE, ella no sólo es una gran profesora sino también una gran persona. Si estás pensando en convertirte en instructora, ella es la que estás buscando. El complejo no podría ser mejor, cuentan con un aula absolutamente equipada y un centro junto a una piscina para ejercicios en aguas confinadas y cerca del mar para los de aguas abiertas. ¡Sin duda lo recomiendo totalmente!

Unforgettable experience. Elishia did a brilliant job getting me and everyone else through the IDC and IE. Everything (schedule, materials, etc.) was so organised and every bit of the course was explained thoroughly. On top of all that the atmosphere was easy and enjoyable and we all had plenty of laughs.

After walking into the IDC with sweating hands and shaking legs that all disappeared after meeting Elishia and the Team, this has been an amazing 18 days of experience and I can’t thank Elishia enough for all the help and support and professionalism she has shown us all for the last two and a half weeks! Thank you so so much for this Life changing opportunity and the road that lies ahead!

I’ve just completed my IDC and IE with requiemIDC. I had the most incredible time and learnt so much. Elisha is an absolutely amazing mentor, and she’s fantastic at what she does. Elisha was such a fantastic support throughout it and made it all such a fun and enjoyable experience. I can’t wait to keep diving with Elisha I’m the future!

Just finished my IDC and IE with Requiem Pro IDC and it was an amazing experience. Thanks to Elishia's professionalism and unbelievable level of knowledge she made the whole process very understandable and I could not have been more prepared for my IE. Thanks to Elishia and Requiem Pro IDC I am now a certified PADI specialty open water instructor and I am delighted with the result. If you are considering becoming a PADI instructor there it's no other place on the planet to do it but with Elishia and Requiem Pro IDC.

My IDC course with Elishia was everything I needed. I came as an undertrained PADI Dive Master and she took the time to catch me up on everything I should have known while also providing me with all of the training and confidence that I needed to pass my IE and become a competent instructor. Elishia took my training very seriously and kept us on schedule, even though we had a tight training window. She was very encouraging but also honest about where I needed to improve my skills. She was flexible enough to take some extra training time in areas that were needed so that I felt caught up and ready for my IE. She often repeated that the IDC course is difficult so that the IE would be easy in comparison and that was indeed my experience. Elishia knows the PADI system in and out and is fully able to meet each student where they are at and prepare them for a successful IE. She is also a great communicator and an excellent human being. I would recommend her IDC course to anyone who wants to be assured of a thorough training program and a successful IE.

I attended the march Requiem Pro IDC at Into the blue diving in Benalmadena. First of all I would like to thank everyone involved and especially our course director Elishia and my partner in crime Sarah. It was very challenging two weeks, especially due to the conditions - who knew we wouldn’t see the sun for whole three weeks I was in Spain? But Elishia told us the first day - I would do everything in my power to get you to IE, but the last step you have to take on your own - and that she did - in spite of all the complications with the weather and conditions - me and Sarah took the last step and successfully completed the IE with ease. At the end I can say I had my struggles, but I enjoyed the course and I am looking forward to coming back - hopefully as the distant cousin everyone is looking forward to see at family gatherings - because that’s what we are after those few weeks, a family even if we all live at different places.

Requiem Pro IDC prepared me extremely well for the PADI Instructor Exam (IE). I had no trouble at all (besides nerves!) with any of the parts of the IE and I knew exactly what to expect at every stage. I did, however, have some trouble with the course structure. I always like to hear more and learn about the "why's" and the course preferred to stay more strictly on a 'need-to-know' basis, which I understand works very well for some people, just not for me.

I did my Staff instructor course with Requiem Pro IDC and I have to admit that they make it easy for you to pass. Elishia and Lewis are really good trainers making the whole thing easy to understand without forgetting to make you have fun while learning. Future instructors are very well trained and more than ready to pass all the tests in their IE.

Elishia our Course Director is as passionate as she is skilled. During the IDC she worked tirelessly to get us well prepared for the Instructor Examination (IE). Incredibly patient and strict to ensure we mastered both theory and practical skills. The workshops were educational and really helped me with my favourite section the practical assessments. Throughout Elishia made learning fun and challenging. I will definitely come back to Requiem Pro for my staff instructor course in 2022.
