Royal Oasis Club at Pueblo Quinta by Diamond Resorts

Muy bonito hotel, todo está impecable. Los chicos de recepción son muy amables y simpáticos. Teníamos una habitación y todas están muy limpias, cómodas y toda la suite es muy espaciosa. La ducha es muy grande y limpia. La cocina completa está muy bien equipada (cafetera; horno; nevera grande y congelador; etc.). El hotel tiene una sensación de lujo, un diseño muy moderno y es todo lo que esperamos de un hotel español adecuado. Me gustó mucho el hotel. Gracias.

Precioso hotel con habitaciones bonitas, ordenadas y muy limpias. Nuevo y equipado con todas las comodidades.
Ambiente agradable y acogedor y personal amable. Después de hacer el check out, se nos permitió poner nuestras pertenencias en una habitación separada y luego quedarnos con 1 boleto para usar la piscina. ¡Super bonito!
La piscina no es muy grande pero es perfecta porque tiene un fondo profundo. También hay muchas tumbonas y no hay problemas para mantenerlas ocupadas.
Playa, parque y muchas tiendas y restaurantes a poca distancia.
Detrás del hotel nos dieron unos bocadillos deliciosos que, desgraciadamente, sólo descubrimos más tarde.

¡En definitiva, muy recomendable!

El apartamento está muy bien nos tocó el mismo apartamento del año pasado y estoy muy contenta, la limpieza fenomenal, muy limpio y las señoras muy amable, la chica de la recepción también y la localización estupenda cerca de la playa, restaurantes tiendas super, de todo hay, me lo pediré para el año que viene.

Nos alojamos aquí con mi familia (mi esposa y nuestros dos hijos de 5 y 7 años) durante 2 semanas a finales de agosto o principios de septiembre de 2023. No podríamos estar más contentos con este hotel. Dejame explicar:
- Personal súper amable
- Usan WhatsApp para comunicarse. Así que no solo puedes usar el teléfono en la habitación, sino que, si necesitas algo, ¡simplemente envíales un mensaje de texto!
- El apartamento estaba MUY bien equipado. Tenía un grifo de agua filtrada, un altavoz inteligente y una cocina TOTALMENTE equipada, el aire acondicionado funcionaba perfectamente.
- Es realmente un lugar familiar y Andrés (el animador de la piscina) fue genial con nuestros dos hijos.
No puedo recomendar este hotel lo suficiente. Realmente espero que volvamos algún día.

Ellos ordenarán el apartamento después de un par de días. Dándote toallas nuevas, papel higiénico y otras cosas.

Hay un pequeño grifo en la cocina que filtra el agua, ¡así que no tienes que comprar agua!

WiFi estaba bien. Tengo alrededor de 10 Mbit. Éramos 4 personas y solo se nos permitía conectar 4 dispositivos.

Cuesta 4 EUR alquilar una toalla de playa durante toda la estancia.

La piscina parecía más grande en las fotos, pero el tamaño aún estaba bien en la vida real.
Buena temperatura del agua y bastante limpia.
Puede estar bastante lleno durante las horas pico. Mi momento favorito en la piscina era entre las 20 y las 22.
Sí, tienen la piscina abierta hasta las 22, ¡lo cual es genial!

No hay salvavidas junto a la piscina, pero hay una especie de "guardia", que está sentado allí sin hacer nada.

A veces se balancea un joven por el que es mucho mejor. De hecho, da vueltas y comprueba que todo está bien.
Algunos padres son realmente malos para leer las pautas de la piscina, o simplemente no les importa.

Sin embargo, lo bueno es que estos apartamentos están dirigidos principalmente a parejas y familias, por lo que no hay pandillas de tipos que tengan un fin de semana de hermanos. ¡Gracias a Dios!

No hay muchos buenos restaurantes cerca del apartamento. No creas las reseñas de 5 estrellas. La mayoría de ellos son trampas para turistas.

Un Uber al aeropuerto nos costó unos 28 euros.

Llevamos veraneando aquí casi 30 años. Este año la animación con Andrés ha sido una experiencia genial. Las mañanas y las tardes muy amenas con un planning repleto de actividades

Lugar muy chulo! Limpio, ordenado, romántico) hay limpieza, ropa de cama y muebles de calidad) todo lo necesario para vivir) 5 minutos a la playa, 9 minutos a supermercados, 3 minutos a restaurantes) Quiero volver más de una vez)

Close to all! Beaches, taxi, busses. Rooms were super clean and efficient. Front desk staff was top notch!

It was a very enjoyable time spent here.

The resort feels traditionally Spanish with beautiful gardens overlooking the sea and next to a lovely park.
Staff are friendly, efficient and helpful.
It is a quiet resort but currently lacks a bar and restaurant, which is not a problem as the resort is very close to these amenities.

Espectacular el lugar. En el apartamento te sientes como en casa y el trato de los recepcionistas inmejorable. Muy recomendado. Repetiremos pronto.

Desde el momento de la llegada nos atendió un chaval majisimo, creo que se llama Pablo, todo atención y amabilidad, muy competente. La habitación y menaje de 10 aunque en nuestra estancia sólo hemos desayunado el apto esta muy completo nuevo y limpio. La cama comodísima y el baño, impecable. Hemos estado dos veces ya y seguro repetiremos. Felicidades a los gestores y empleados del complejo.

There were lifts but still needed to walk up on flight of stairs to get to it. Did make it carting all the bags a little difficult.
Street parking was close but is very busy in peak times.

Buenos apartamentos, lugar inmejorable, lo único mejorable es el sofá cama que es bastante incómodo.

Cowboy Resort! Took our deposit for a crack in mirror that was there when we arrived. We have photo evidence showing our baby playing in bathroom on the first day with crack evident in mirror yet this wasn’t acceptable for the resort? Cleaner said it wasn’t there when she left the apartment. Also never required cleaning during our stay but customer service mentioned that the cleaner was in our apartment on the 3rd day when we clearly had the Do Not Clean sign on door. Apartment wasn’t cleaned so why was cleaner in the apartment? Very fishy!

The apartments are also up a steep hill, about 2km away from the marina and the electricity and water was off twice during our stay. Pool is tiny and never any beds available or no shaded areas or umbrellas at the pool.

Stay away from this “resort” - its not a resort it’s an apartment block with a tiny pool and nothing else!

Excellent apartments rooms clean and tidy. Location two minutes from beach. Lots of bars restaurants and shops close to hand beautiful park across road with animals. All staff in royal oasis very friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble would definitely stay here again.

1" accès facile d'accès pour les personnes à mobilité réduite 2" accueil chaleureux je dirai amical comme je suis trop tôt je dépose mais affaires dans le local prévu, reçois les consignes et le règlement de l'hôtel rdv prévu à 14h00 petite salle de sports sauna finlandais " la plage se trouve à 220 +- trop bien ici commence le séjour à bientôt, se trouve à côté de l'hôtel avec possibilité de se restaurer tous est possible et délicieux parce que yves est gourmand.

Bonjour une semaine dans cette résidence accueil sympa. Bel appartement dommage plein de Fourmies dans la cuisine, le ménage une seule fois dans la semaine, 2 fois nous avons trouvé une personne du service je ne sais ce qu'elle venait y faire.

Post covid, post storm, some things not available but a great resort, staff make you feel like a home from home, the apartments are superb, the area is coming alive and it's almost normal.

Apartments are great, but the chickens are a real pain, roosting right outside and crowing at 4.00am is not good

Been here lot's of times over the years really nice small complex just across the road from paloma park.

The staff is really friendly and the hotel is eco-friendly which is amazing. The room could use a little renovation, you had to take stairs before getting to the elevator and the gym and spa were closed during the weekend when we were here… Overal stay was good but I wish I knew that before I stayed over for the weekend…

Todo perfecto, apartamento amplio y muy cómodo, la estancia muy cómoda y en un sitio privilegiado de Benalmádena.

Allocated an apartment on the ground floor with limited natural light and no balcony or sun terraces to sit out on. Windows Directly facing the main road therefore unable to open the curtains as passers by would look in. Trees directly outside the windows again blocking the lighy. The same applied to the kitchen window.we could not open the blinds as other guests had to pass the window to get to their apartments and could see in. Hence an even darker apartment. Complaining to the reception was to no avail. Was told that there were no alternative apartments and nothing could be done about it. I had requested a balcony and twin beds on booking and backed that up by sending emails directly to Diamond head office and the resort itself. The not so friendly receptionist stated very coldly that I could sleep on the bed settee and insisted that they had no such email requests! They had sent a reply to my request but he was adamant that no emails existed! No apology given or help in making up the bed settee! Even when you are in your fifties! The least I would have expected was an apology, free spa access and a part refund.but instead all you got was a ignorant rude receptionist who quite frankly didn't give a monkeys! You are not allowed to smoke in the apartment and have no balcony to go out on therefore if you are a smoker you may find it somewhat frustrating! If you like the sound of cockerols/roosters at 4.30am directly outside your windows then you will love it. This continues throughout the day! Seriously there are a lot of cockerols living outside the front! However if you value your sleep you will hate it. The noise level is enough to wake the deepest sleeper! I would describe the accommodation as a dark luxury prison as there are metal bars on the outside of the windows! Beautiful apartment on the inside with all mods cons; washing machine, dishwasher, iron, hairdryer etc but no balcony to hang your clothes on? The pool and the area surrounding it is small. The spa area costs 12 euros a day per apartment. The beach is down a slope but within minutes to reach. Oh and you cannot use the pool until 10am. So no morning swim allowed and you could not make a coffee and sit by the pool as you were not allowed to take cups from the apartment outside. The cleaning of the pool area commences at 9am. The holiday ended up costing more than we anticipated due to having to eat out for breakfast lunch and dinner as it was depressing sitting in the apartment. The whole point of self catering was to cook in the apartment! Writing a complaint to Diamond was totally ignored, no response after sending 2 emails, and their ethos is for guests to have a stressfree well deserved holiday. What a load of rubbish.therefore would I recommend you book the royal oasis club? Definately not! You will end up with a dark noisy apartment with no balcony. Dint waste your money after all the point of going on holiday is to relax and de stress. There are so many apartments within minutes of the beach that have larger pool areas and have balconies with no families of cockerols/ roosters living outside! The marina have gorgeous apartments to rent. Oh and no one tells you that you have to make a secure payment on arrival at reception of 100 euros as a security in case you break anything! This is not withdrawn from your account if there are no breakages. <br/>Diamond have another complex within minutes of the royal oasis which apparently is much better? <br/>We came back feeling like we needed a holiday! What a waste of money, I would rather have a mediocre apartment with a balcony than the one we were given. My advice is look elsewhere if you value your sleep, natural light, balconies to sit out on and prefer larger pools.or make it very clear at the booking stage that you want a balcony. Also send an email directly to the complex requesting a balcony Not that it will make any difference! This is the first negative review I have ever written!

Nice time share self catering, to let and owned apartments. Well appointed for Diamond Resort time share members. Pool small and busy at summer weekends. Plenty of shade.

Ils exigent un dépôt de garantie sur carte bancaire uniquement. Impossible de le laisser en espèce. Plusieurs familles avec enfants, se sont faites refoulées, sans état d’âme, par les réceptionnistes juste parce qu’elles ne pouvaient pas laisser une caution avec leur carte bancaire étrangère! Alors qu’elles avaient déjà payé leur réservation (non remboursable) sur booking! Du jamais vu!
C’est tout simplement du racket!

- Les appartements au rdc sentent le moisi car très mal aérées. A notre arrivée dans l’appartement, nous avons été accueillis par des cafards

This complex is an oasis in Benalmadena. Opposite Paloma Park, the facility is very well maintained with a small but well used pool and onsite leisure facilities. I have stayed here on a number of occasions using a privately owned apartment and it has always been a pleasure to return.

We were here in January so all we used was the apartment. This has to be the best equipped apartment I've ever stayed in, and the initial supply of tea, coffee and milk was very appreciated. The only negative was being woken by the chickens that live in the roadside'hedge'

No sleep Cocker's crowing 3.30 am till 1600 hour's non stop nice place can't fault the facilities, but if you don't have sleep you can't enjoy it.

Really lovely apartment. Very comfy bed. Tea, coffee, water and milk to start you off very handy. Great WiFi connection. Staff very helpful. Excellent value.

I had a great stay at Royal Oasis. Spacious room, a home away from home and lovely people. Everything was provided in the room to make the stay comfortable. The only regret I had was not staying longer. I can’t wait to go back to this place. Worth 6 stars. One thing you can’t avoid are the cockerels who wake you up by 4am. 5 stars because of them.
And make sure all windows are closed before switching on the AC.

This is the second time we have been to the royal oasis club. The first time was 2016. The rooms have been upgraded to a very good standard and are refurbishing the reception area.
Great place very clean everyone very friendly. Will be back soon for another week.

This was an amazing spot. My niece accidentally gave it one star when messing on my phone. Apologies. This was a treat. Fab staff and service.

Cudowne miejsce, blisko pasaż handlowy, restauracje, plaza. Na terenie rezydencji do dyspozycji gości basen, piękny ogród (lezaki), restauracja i kawiarenka. Personel pomocny.

Quality of room and amenities is superior to anything else in the area. Great location and very experienced reception staff. Cleaners have limited english skills but they are paid to clean not chat, all communication should go through receptionist.

Instalaciones muy modernas y con buenas calidades. No le falta de nada a los apartamentos. Lugar muy tranquilo y acogedor. Servicio al cliente estupendo. El personal es muy servicial y amable. Todo muy limpio. El restaurante tiene buena comida y no es caro para los precios que hay en la zona. Tiene zona de juegos para los niños. La zona de piscina es algo pequeña, pero al igual que la urbanización. Buena experiencia.
