Santa Clara Golf Marbella

Llevamos varios años jugando en este campo de golf, pero aquí cabe destacar los siguientes puntos:
- Siempre es agradable jugar en el campo, ¡pero 130 € de green fee por jugador simplemente no es apropiado!
- Los carritos de golf son rápidos, pero de alguna manera cuesta acostumbrarse (¡funcionan con diésel!).
- El restaurante del club es bonito, pero desgraciadamente los precios son completamente exorbitantes, deberías echar un vistazo antes al menú (2x capuchino y 2x tarta de queso = ¡32,40 €!).
- ¡¡Deberías tomar muy en serio el consejo del titular de cuidar tus objetos de valor durante la ronda!

¡Es muy lamentable que este hermoso campo de golf haya cambiado tanto!

El campo tiene un diseño clásico español. Muy accidentado y montañoso. No es necesario sacar el conductor con frecuencia. Excelente relación precio/rendimiento. Super restaurante y personal agradable.

Este es nuestro tercer año jugando aquí. Por alguna razón, ahora hay nuevos carros de gasolina disponibles. De hecho, estoy seguro de que las cosas fueron diferentes el año pasado. Aparte de que los frenos no funcionan correctamente, los gases de escape son una imposición, me sentí mal mientras conducía. Casi no se puede conducir por ninguna calle, acordonada por todas partes, con senderos de kilómetros de largo hasta los greens y los tees; esto también fue diferente el año pasado. Felicitaciones a los greenkeepers que se esforzaron mucho. El restaurante es agradable, pero lamentablemente no hay cosas pequeñas para comer, totalmente caro para después de jugar al golf.

Es incomprensible cómo se pueden comprar cartas de gasolina nuevas

Estuve con tres amigos para jugar 18 hoyos. Nos sorprendió el mantenimiento del campo. Hemos estado en varios campos, y lo mejor de marbella. Los greenes muy rápidos y las calles en un estado excelente. El trato del personal nos sorprendió por su amabilidad. Nos invitaron a una copa de cava al final de la partida, y luego comimos en el restaurante que nos impresionó por la calidad de los platos, difícil de ver en otros campos de golf. Enhorabuena, volveremos

Me encanta este campo y jugarlo cada vez que estemos en esa zona de España. Bonito 19 para una pinta.

2 things not acceptable - as of October 2022 you will pay a very solid greenfee for 18 holes, and a buggy.
After that, you are informed that unless you pay another 10€ insurance, they will charge 500€ if anything goes wrong with the buggy!
They rattle the players with this just before you hit your first ball!
You'll need a Mulligan!
Our group had an OLD buggy that the steering failed on after a few holes, and they said they would charge the players credit card 500€.
When he complained he was told he was not permitted to play on!
It resembles a scam - obviously buggy rental should include any basic insurance, and unless you topple the buggy on its side, hundreds of Euros should not be a risk.
So, avoid Santa Clara, and their old bugguies.
The greens are also not at all up to standard, some are terrible.not at all a premier golf course worthy.

WORST GOLF COURSE EVER – IT RUINED MY HOLIDAYS!

I played the first half of Santa Clara golf course. At the end, I noticed THE BELONGINGS IN MY GOLF BAG HAD BEEN STOLEN. That was my watch and the cash in my wallet. THIS GOLF COURSE HAS SERIOUS SECURITY ISSUE. You are forced to get far away from your golf bag on multiple occasions. Hole number 3 is a clear danger as you climb up for your hit a tee shot with no visibility on your buggy. But there are other areas that were dangerous thinking back. Still the thief clearly had to be very efficient and given how quick he had to be to find that exact side pocket it makes me wonder if maybe someone from staff could have seen me put the watch in the bag at the start of the course and could have alerted the thief…
I became aware that thief is a well-known problem at Santa Clara. Apparently, management tries to address this by offering a locker at the start. We were NOT offered lockers despite what they tried to argue – which was a LIE. They did not show any desire to compensate us in any way nor replied to any of the emails we sent them.
This experience ruined my family holidays. I had to go to the police station and was stress during my entire holiday. I tried to talk with the golf course but they ignored me…
STAY AWAY from Santa Clara Golf course if you don’t want to risk getting your belongings stolen and to face a lying management.

Accueil exceptionnel dans ce très joli golf. Un petit verre de cava pour vous accueillir (avant ou plutôt après votre parcours) Parcours intéressant vallonné mais on s adapte. On apprécie la présence d un Green kipper sur le parcours qui observe,
régule, rappelle les règles (enfants qui ralentissent, partie de 5 parfois ou parties trop lentes.). Bravo à tous et merci nous sommes heureux de faire partie des membres même si nous ne sommes pas présents à temps complet
Vous êtes les meilleurs du secteur ne changez pas.

Es donde viven mis amigos de la infancia.que más puedo decir.un sitio espectacular donde vivir y tranquilo y criar a tus niños en un buen ambiente

Campo impecable y trato inmejorable. 18 hoyos muy divertidos. Volveremos seguro tanto por el golf como por la comida que sirven en su casa club.

The course is in great condition and was very enjoyable to play on. The shape of the holes provided a great variety and challenge.

Excelente lugar, mucha gente de fuera cogiendo pelotas del campo para venderlas nuevamente, y así nos va en Costa del sol!

Hemos estado comiendo hoy en su restaurante y hemos quedado muy satisfechos. El pescado fresco y muy bien hecho y pasta con bogavante riquísimo. Buena calidad con un precio muy correcto. Repetiremos seguro.

Quite disappointed with this place, played here a few years ago and it was ok, very nice course and well looked after and a real challenging round.
This time though they had closed half the course without prior warning (we had been booked to play almost a year in advance) playing front 9 twice really messed up with the timings and caused a massive backlog on the course. We were stuck behind a 4 ball and a 2 ball who were quite slow yet the martial came to us to say we needed to play faster (as she could clearly see we were stood waiting for a green to clear) poor showing all round and has put us off wanting to go back again.

Espectacular campo de golf con todos los servicios renovados. Campo de prácticas inmejorable con escuela de Golf profesional y personalizada. Restaurante 5* donde relajarte en su zona exterior. Golf Shop con las últimas novedades. Acceso sencillo con amplia zona de parking. Trabajo mimado y esmerado pensando en los usuarios. De lo mejor sin duda en la Costa del Golf

The course condition is good on the greens but lacks the finish around the fairways and on tees. The layout is very tricky with sharp doglegs and very elevated greens one a couple of holes. This course requires a couple of rounds to figure out how to play.
The greenfee is good for the current condition of the course. Very nice pro shop and restaurant with view over the 18th hole and the first tee.
The club has a very nice practice area and driving range.

Generally a nice and challenging course which was at the time of play in early March 2022 in pretty good (but clearly not in excellent) condition. The recent course amendments have helped to improve the overall appearance and the new layout of the pro shop and restaurant with its new terrace is clearly an upgrade. However, prices have risen significantly at the same time and an (online) green fee of € 115 (prime time) /€ 95 (twilight) is clearly way too high for what the course offers. There are many courses up and down the coast that offer a much better price-value-equation. And charging €6 for a large local beer on the terrace is nothing but rude!

Restaurant umgebaut jetzt im Erdgeschoß. Große Glasflächen, gute Sicht auf den Platz. Gute Küche. Freundlicher Service. Greenfee im Februar mit 90, -€ zu teuer im Vergleich zu anderen Plätzen.

We played 8 rounds at Santa Clara in January 2020. Course is in great condition (improved much from last year). Greens are very good and fast enough. Each round we finished in 4 hours and few minutes so it was really fast. People at the Club are very nice and friendly. Meals at restaurant are very good. For sure we will come again to this Club. It's just worth it. I Strongly recomend that Club. P. S. Another (9th year in a row) visit at Santa Clara. Course still in good condition. Greens are fantastic. Super restaturant.

Have played this course many times now. Good but challenging in places, nice clubhouse and friendly staff. Will definitely be back again.

Would definitely be better if we could use buggies on fairways, very hard walking backwards and forwards.

Agosto'19. Mal estado del campo, especialmente los tees de salida, algunos de ellos en un estado lamentable. Además amplias zonas de las calles secas. Es verdad que el precio del green-fee es ajustado, pero aún así sigue siendo lo suficientemente alto como para que el campo esté en mejores condiciones. Por lo demás es un campo agradable de jugar, sin más. Calles amplias y roughs benévolos, sobre todo la segunda vuelta. Más llano que otros campos de la zona, pero sin un diseño que enamore. La casa club es fantástica y el tee de prácticas magnífico pudiendo dar las bolas sobre hierba. A ver si el año que viene hay más suerte y el campo está en mejores condiciones.

Unas instalaciones maravillosas, un campo en unas espléndidas condiciones solo le falta que pongan mejorrs ofertas de juego

Extraordinario campo con muy buenas instalaciones. Tienen un buen menú por 12 euros. Croquetas buenísimas.

Este campo de 18 hoyos, diseñado por Enrique Canales Busquets, presenta grandes greens, largos y múltiples tees y un excepcional rough, todo ello sobre un trazado no muy accidentado en una finca situada a escasa distancia de la playa. El trazado incluye bonitos lagos y cascadas y desde algunos hoyos se divisa el mar.

Destaca el “Santa Clara Corner” formado por los hoyos 12,13 y 14, una combinación perfecta de pares 4,3 y 5, que hacen que se exija al jugador realizar golpes largos y precisos.

Ho girato moltissimi campi da golf qui nella costa del sol, questo è uno dei peggiori come qualità prezzo! Io non lo consiglio.

A delightful course with stunning views. However, the starter was a very rude man and the restaurant/bar could be a lot nicer and more high-end.

Great golf course with a something for everyone. Tricky holes which will get you thinking. Great clubhouse with friendly staff. Definitely worth a visit.

Espectacular, rodeado de montañas y urbanizaciones espectaculares, lugar perfecto para tener una casa o piso de vacaciones, se puede disfrutar de varios ambientes.montaña, playa y ciudad! Todo muy cerca y el lugar es tranquilo, tienen cerca campos de golf y una playa espectacular!

Nous nous sommes présentés à 16h00 pour jouer et nous n'avons pas pu bénéficier du prix Internet payé la veille, quelle stupidité. Nous sommes donc repartis car nous ne voulions pas payer 20€ de plus en direct. J'ai du mal à comprendre cette façon de faire.
Pour finir, ils ont perdu 3 greenfee et des clients mecontents ️

Very nice golf course. Restaurant is very reasonable for lunch. €12 for three course. Our son plays regular here and loves it.
