Excelente ubicación, muy cerca del centro plaza en nueva andalucia. Las tiendas de restaurantes están cerca. Las playas y puerto banús están a solo unos minutos en coche o incluso a pie.

Bom local, limpo, e ajardinado.
Tem um clube em frente com poolparty e música o dia todo, 7 dias por semana.
Se o apto não estiver insonorizado com boas janelas e bons acondicionados terá incomodo.

The worst treatment, the apartment is not clean, and the customer services do not answer the call

We stayed in apartment 2D. The layout and the interior finishings were good in the bedrooms and living room. The kitchen was well equipped, although we didn't use it to it's full potential. The terrace was very nice with views towards the mountains. Lovely morning breeze when you sit outside. The down side was the street traffic below was a bit noisy sometimes. On the negative side of things. On the day of arrival we found out that 2 out of 3 Air conditioning units were not working. The real estate management set over a maintenance man on the second day of our stay. We discovered that the two air-conditioning units must be replaced and can not be repaired. Unfortunately for us the two that were out of order were in the 2 bedrooms. So we had to compromise on our sleeping arrangements and relay on the air conditioning unit in the living room. Another negative point was the allocated parking spot in the garage. It was too small for our mid sized car. So we ended up street parking our holiday rental car. Which was more of an inconvenience than anything else. Other than that we enjoyed ourselves at the apartment and the kids loved the swimming pool.

Probably last time I’lll stay here. Several flats were robbed by some landlords together with the staff who work for the house (Unica) and they come in by their own keys. The security is a joke. They let just anyone in.
If you stay on these flats, change the locks and don’t leave anything valuable in the flats. They steal even the clothes.

It's a really lovely place, but it's not a place for party people, or crazy stag or hen night party people, late night pool fools, or just noisy drunks, it's residential. It's a GREAT place, for nice families, where you you can feel safe, and be fairly close to a special pair of almost, twin towns In Puerto Banus and Marbella. If you turn up with the wrong attitude, you can expect a visit from the security, followed by the Police, so don't go there.

Nice layout of the apartment and very nice big terrace. But the walls and windows are paper thin, you can feel the wind from the outside even when they're fully closed, gets very cold in the evening and we all got sick. Traffic and other noises from outside is very disturbing. Appliances are old from some sh*t brand called "Balay" and don't work well, if at all. Plumbing in the building is bad also. It's too expensive for the low standard it has.

Nice apartment but not suitable if you have a baby in a buggy/ pram. There is no continuous ramp down to the exit of the complex. There are ramps which are met with steps & the gates get locked at night around the ramps so it is like an obstacle course carrying the buggy over things. Main Pool was filthy & seemed to only be cleaned once in our 10 day stay.

Beautiful and spacious apartman we've got, we found it nice clean and nice furniture too. Bed is not so comfortable.
I like very much the more balcony's for one apartman and we had two bathrooms also. Unfortunately you can close yourself easyli outside the balcony, which is happened to me, glad my husband came save me. But I love the view of the city. I would recommend, its a great place to stay.

Struttura ad alveare molto vecchia. La sera si fatica a dormire perché si sente tutto il casino delle camere e della strada

Señorio de aloha muy recomendable, tres piscinas otras tres de niño- jardines y un ambiente muy tranquilo, seguridad muy buena, todas las comodidades, pista de padel, socorrista, tumbonas gratis, wifi, bien situado para supermercado, bares, autobus, parking y muy buenas vistas de la bahia.etc, mejor ver.

Hit and miss. No tv, no Wi-Fi. Reasonably close to everything. Amazing market down the road on Saturdays

La urbanización esta muy bien situada y las vistas son magníficas pero el inmobiliario de los apartamentos habría que renovarlo sobre todo los colchones que son muy malos, el resto la cocina y baños están muy bien

Amazing apartment all friendly lovely people. Pools are lovely.can't fault it.the port is lovely.plenty to see and do
