Simplemente basura más bien. Pésimo servicio. El conductor llegó una hora tarde dos días seguidos y luego tuvo que cambiar de autobús y esperar aún más. Caótico y poco fiable.

Simply Shuttles es una empresa muy profesional. El servicio de reserva fue fácil y recibimos una rápida confirmación.
Sus conductores, Martín y José, fueron educados y serviciales, y un crédito para Simply Shuttles.
Esta fue la segunda vez que los usamos para traslados al aeropuerto y definitivamente los usaremos la próxima vez que estemos en España.

Los mejores que hemos usado en todos los años que llevamos jugando al golf en la Costa del Sol y los usaremos todos los años en el futuro.

El proceso de reserva es realmente fácil y eficiente, vehículos modernos y limpios, con conductores encantadores y amigables que fueron súper puntuales. ¡Exactamente lo que queríamos!

No puedo comentar sobre la experiencia del cliente mientras trabajo allí. Sin embargo, llevo 9 años en la empresa y creo que NOSOTROS somos la empresa.

Recomendado por el propietario de nuestra villa para transportar a 6 adultos y 3 niños pequeños desde el aeropuerto de Málaga el 26 de mayo de 23 y el viaje de regreso el 2 de junio. Al llegar a Málaga, un conductor muy elegantemente vestido, amable y servicial, nos llevó a la villa. El vehículo estaba impecable con un remolque de equipaje adjunto con capacidad para 6 maletas, 2 cochecitos. El vehículo estaba equipado con los 3 asientos de seguridad apropiados para la edad que solicitamos. Viaje de regreso con un conductor diferente en medio de la noche. Llegó como se esperaba, de nuevo en un vehículo impecable con remolque y asientos correctos. Vestido muy elegantemente y aunque a las 03.40 de la mañana el conductor fue amable y conversó con mi esposo en su español básico en el camino al aeropuerto.
Recomendaría encarecidamente esta empresa a cualquiera, según nuestra experiencia.

I booked a golfing holiday for a small group and used "Simply Shuttles". An absolutely 1st Class company - very highly recommended. Each of the drivers were smartly dressed and the vehicles were spotless. The drivers were always on time, very communicative and helpful. All of the drivers were fabulous, but a special mention to Martin - a really nice chap as were all of them to be fair.

Reservé unas vacaciones de golf para un grupo pequeño y utilicé "Simply Shuttles". Una empresa absolutamente de primera clase, muy recomendable. Cada uno de los conductores estaba elegantemente vestido y los vehículos estaban impecables. Los conductores siempre llegaron a tiempo, muy comunicativos y serviciales. Todos los conductores fueron fabulosos, pero una mención especial para Martin: un tipo realmente agradable como todos ellos, para ser justos.

Got simply shuttles to and from airport. Our return got delayed and they were very accommodating

Just wanted to say thank you for the great service we received when I and three of my friends were on a golfing holiday between 19th & 24th May. Both the airport transfers and shuttles to and from the three golf courses we visited were punctual, the vehicles were first class and the drivers were polite and helpful. In particular the chap from the UK (Essex I think.didn't get his name) was particularly helpful

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever dealt with! Our driver was extremely rude didn’t even stop for a toilet break after asked kindly! Bearing in mind we had travel for 40 minutes! To be honest there are much better service out there! Please don’t be fooled with the previous reviews. Please see below our driver doing 105 in a 80 (very unsafe considering it didn’t stop raining the whole day) safe to say all of us were very uneasy!

Very bad service, we had an aggressive driver who didn’t let us stop mid journey at all. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE

Would not hesitate in recommending this Company. They are very professional and helpful. Their drivers are smartly dressed, polite and helpful. Their coaches are comfortable and clean. They were at the Airport to meet us as we walked out with our cases and arrived for our return journey 15 minutes early. Will definitely use again.

I recently visited Spain with a group of 16 hens. Several journeys were booked with Simply Shuttles I advance of our holiday. The drivers were all lovely. Highly recommend this company, booked for a group of 15 passengers and found the service excellent. Great customer service as I had some last minute changes to make on our return journey and they were very accommodating. Buses were spotlessly clean and top quality. Drivers on both journeys we're professional and friendly. Excellent service will definitely use them again.

I favourably recommend Simply Shuttles - so many taxi/shuttle companies let you down - but this was the complete opposite.

The driver was friendly, early to pick me up, took care of my bags and delivered me straight to the entrance of the airport, could not have asked for anything more.

Cannot recommend these guys enough. I have worked with Jon and his team for many years now and they have always represented good value and excellent quality. The buses are always well kept and turn up on time. What more can we want?

Used Simply Shuttles to take group of us back to Malaga airport. From making the reservation on-line to being dropped off at airport, the whole experience was so smooth, efficient and professional. Lovely smart vehicle and driver in uniform. Very competitive prices. Would definitely use again and would definitely recommend.
