Un gran complejo con diferentes tipos de apartamentos, principalmente de propietarios privados. Está situado frente al mar y tiene una bonita piscina. Limpieza semanal.

Situado inmediatamente en el paseo marítimo.
Y a poca distancia del restaurante y de todo lo demás.

Excelente ubicación y el anfitrión son muy útiles, los jardines y las piscinas siempre están limpias y ordenadas.

Ubicación, ubicación, ubicación, no podría haber pedido una mejor ubicación. Nuestra habitación tenía todo lo que necesitábamos para sentirnos como en casa. Estoy emocionado de invitar a nuestros invitados a la boda aquí el próximo año.

Otra estancia fabulosa en Skol, Marbella. Nos hemos alojado en otros apartamentos del complejo, pero el 841 B es nuestro favorito hasta ahora. Con dos niños pequeños era muy conveniente tener todas las habitaciones en el mismo nivel. Hemos alquilado apartamentos dúplex en años anteriores y las escaleras siempre son una preocupación para los más pequeños. Las vistas al mar son increíbles. El apartamento es limpio, luminoso y fresco. Nos lo pasamos genial y nos encantaría volver x

A fantastic week in Marbella at the end of March 23. Staying in one of Daniela's Skol Apartments means you are right at the centre of things and ideally located for the sea, the port, the old town and for walks along the Paseo. The pool is brilliantly refreshing in the late afternoon The apartment is comfortable and adequately kitted out for a stay of a week or two. The best bit was our balcony, which looks out over the sea dow no to the Rock and across to the Morroccan coast.

We liked our apartment for 3 people, the main floor was comfortable, lots of room, and good to have a Smart TV. The balcony faced the Sea with a great view of the Paseo and the sun normally hit our balcony around 2PM and the sunsets were gorgeous. The bedroom mattress in the smaller bedroom proved to be uncomfortable and needed extra padding. The air circulation in the same small bedroom was non existent. As a result when the A/C was used to improve this, there was a strong odour and particles of black dust flew out which upon examination the inside was not clean and the filter was plugged, this should be cleaned very often (monthly). With only one bathroom for 3 adults, we could have used 2 bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and dishes. The fridge was a little small but we managed. Also the convenience of a washing machine was a plus, no dryer, we used the drying rack on the balcony.

We stayed in a smaller 1 bedroom apartment for 8 weeks that was very neat and clean. The kitchen had newer appliances and all of the utensils and dishes you could possibly need. Any questions we had were quickly resolved by Daniela, an excellent host.
The apartment location was superb with views of both the water and the mountains. Needless to say there are scores of shops, bars and restaurants within easy walking distance - no car required!

We enjoyed our stay in sunny Spain and particularly Skol Marbella. The location of Skol and the beautiful view from our balcony made everyday wonderful. The 505A apartment was comfortable and suited our stay. It was wonderful to have the passeo to walk everyday right at the bottom of the building along the waterfront.

Right in the middle of everything. 2 minutes to Paseo & Centro Historico. Wonderful location. Plenty of restaurants around.
Well equipped kitchen & walking distance to mini markets & fruits shop.
Excellent internet connection.

A super place for holidays with a fabulous cafe on the gardens. The chef creates imaginative & delicious lunches and Ema couldn't be a better host.

We have just stayed in Skol 710. It is perfect for what we want. Somewhere very clean and comfortable with a fabulous shower. Central to everything we wanted. Shops, bars, cafes and restaurants. Close to the paseo! We have had a fabulous stay, we will be back soon!

The apartment was fresh and well-kept. It was also well equipped.with a very good location within walking distance to most events.

This particular apartment was not up to standard. As a duplex with floor to ceiling windows and the bedroom on a mezzanine platform there was no way to block out the light overnight from the ground floor. The banisters on the upper level were very low and made us feel nervous about falling over the top. The bathroom is extremely dated with a very old bath and shower curtain with the toilet badly orientated. There is a downstairs toilet but this is so small it is almost impossible to use. There is no oven. Also very annoying is the fact that sunbeds are not made available until 10.00. The time was 09.30 in 2019, this changed to 10.00 in 2021 due to "additional COVID protocols" but has not reverted despite no COVID protocols being done now. Queues start from before 08.00 and the earliest you can secure a bed is 10.20 which is far too late. This is a shame as the Skol is a great place to spend a holiday and we intend to return but these issues could and should be resolved

Having stayed at the Skol a number of times over the years, it remains, in our opinion, the best location in Marbella.
The view from our balcony along the coast to port Banus is fabulous.the Skol has three pools, perfect for your children and adults and plenty of sunbeds and cafe.
Step out of the garden gate onto the promenade and wonderful sandy beach.
Fofteen minutes walk away is the quaint old town.add to that the fantastic weather and Daniela's super service, the Skol wins every time.

What can I say about this special place?
I have stayed in four Apartments in Skol in total. Each one has been modern, clean, comfortable and safe. I even stayed on my own for a period and I felt safe and secure. There’s a lock on every door and there’s security 24/7. The pool is fabulous and the cafe in the complex is great. Daniella and Vincenzo are fantastic. They are helpful and most importantly great craic. I plan on holidaying in Skol every year until I can afford my own sea view apartment there. An absolute gem of a place in the beautiful Marbella right on the beach’s doorstep surrounded by restaurants and bars.

I stayed here from 13-21 June 2022.
Room was exactly as seen in photos. Very clean, quiet AC and high quality appliences, great view The room would get 5 stars on its own, accomodation is on the promenade with steps to the beach.
I was told that Daniela and Vincenzo were great by a few separate sources before arriving but they absolutely blew my expectations away. Even if I didn't like the accomodation (whitch I do, it was fantastic) I would not go anywhere else in the Marbella area because of these guys. Lovely apartment, great view, walkable to so many lovely restaurants and bars, nice quiet pool, the only improvement i could suggest is sunbeds or a fold up reclining chair for the gardens

Amazing experience from start to finish! Daniela is so kind, helpful and welcoming every time we visit! We love booking our trips with Daniela and love staying at the Skol as it’s location overlooking the sea is perfection

We stayed for a week in this apartment and it was perfect. The apartment is in exactly the right location along Marbella front. In the middle of all the restaurants and 2 minutes from the beach. The apartment itself is very well equipped. There was nothing missing at all right down to a wine keeper! Daniella was very helpful and on hand if we needed anything. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. It was lovely to sit out on the balcony in the early morning or evening sipping a glass of wine and watching the world go by on the boardwalk. We will return

We stayed at Skol for the week of our wedding and it was amazing. The amenities were great and Daniella and Vincenzo were so helpful with everything. They organised all of our guest's accommodation and helped with absolutely everything from Taxis to room changes. They were so accommodating. They helped us arrange a lot of the wedding organisation too, from getting all the guests onto buses to flowers and photography. All of our guests want to go back to Skol for a holiday.

Todo en Skol estuvo increíble, el apartamento, grande, limpio, con mucha luz y a solo 2 minutos de la playa! El apartamento tenía absolutamente todo lo que necesitábamos. Daniela nos ayudo mucho con las solicitudes que hicimos y nos consiguió taxi a las 4am. Mi lugar favorito para quedarme en Marbella siempre será Skol!

Daniela was amazing, helpful and swift to respond when we were in complete chaos with Covid 19! The apartment is convenient with two super new bathrooms and a spacious kitchen and patio area! The beds were comfortable. The decoration is a little dated but nothing a lick of paint wouldn’t put right! All in all a wonderful break at a difficult time arriving home in time to avoid self isolating! Thanks Daniela we will use you again

For beautiful views and sunsets, this is the perfect apartment. The bathroom is dated, but overall it’s a great apartment with plenty space and well equipped kitchen. Fantastic location right on the beach, 2 minutes from the Marina and 5 minutes to the old town. This was our second visit at Skol Apartments and we will be back again.
Great communication with the hosts for all the COVID-19 details prior to our arrival.

Really cozy and well situated appartment. They provide everything for you in your appartment and it feels like you’re at home! You wake up everyday with a beautiful view on the see and beach! Will definitely come back!

Skol apartments are situated in the most central part of Marbella right on the seafront. The pools and gardens are very well maintained and the cafe/restaurant/bar is excellent. All the apartments I have been in are clean and well appointed.

Fantastic stay in a superb location. Lovely spacious apartment, ideally suited on the first floor to avoid the need for any lifts. Balcony is a lovely size and used daily and the view of the sea and gardens from the main bedroom was a delight!

Daniela was extremely welcoming upon arrival and made herself available for any needs we may have.

Muy bien situado y buenas vistas. El apartamento que estuvimos era un duplex. Muy chulo pero muy viejuno. Parece que la gente solo valora ubicación y vistas. El check out muy mal. Tuvimos que esperar 40 minutos porque la oficina abre a las 10. Es decir, si tienes que salir pronto o coger un avión, lo tienes que hacer a partir de las 10. No tiene sentido.

The Skol building is our favourite one in Marbella thanks to outsanding location: frontbeach, restaurants, supermarkets, shops, one-of-the kind: location with astonishing vew! Daniella & Vincenzo who manage the building are very reliable agents, always trying to satisfy their clients! We were directly delighted by their service. We now come back each year ;-) The apartments are clean, well equiped at a good price. Daniella & Vincenzo are flexible regarding arrivals and departures and are very good organized! A must seen!

Our stay at Skol Holiday Rentals was wonderful! Our studio unit was recently renovated and had all the amenities necessary for a comfortable stay. The View of the Med.and Gibralter was staggering most days with the occasional glimpse of Africa. Daniella was very helpful and reachable regarding getting settled in and information about Tours and getting around on The Costa Del Sol. We would highly recommend Skol for all aspects of our stay. The price was reasonable and the unit was cozy and clean. John and Ferne, Canada.

Aunque es un edificio emblemático en Marbella y con unas vistas al mar inmejorables ya tiene sus años y su imagen es un poco decadente, deberían invertir en una remodelación

Well equipped comfortable apartment. Really well located close to the beach. Beautiful grounds and swimming pools. It was ideal for a short break in the winter.

Good value, great location, clean, well-equipped, large balcony with afternoon sun, but it's a ground floor apartment with only s distant sea view. Keys left at reception, TV and WiFi both excellent, also the shower.

I have stayed in many apartments at the Skol but this one is not a favourite.
No WiFi, Cramped kitchen, Uncomfortable settee and the upstairs rail barrier is not high enough to meet uk safety standards.
