SOLO rent a car Malaga

Personal encantador, auto en excelentes condiciones, definitivamente usaré esta compañía nuevamente. Lo único que me impide dar 5 estrellas es que debido a que el monto del depósito se tomó de mi tarjeta y luego se reembolsó un mes después con una factura de tarjeta de crédito en el medio, ahora tengo £1000 de mi cuenta bancaria y acreditados en mi tarjeta. Por lo tanto, sería mejor si simplemente retuvieran el depósito en lugar de tomarlo físicamente.

Alquilamos un coche con SOLO. Nos tomó solo 5 minutos sacar el auto desde que ingresamos a la oficina. Todo estaba listo. El coche estaba casi nuevo y en perfecto estado, sin ningún problema. Y fue igual de rápido devolverlo y revisarlo, sin problemas. Tuvimos el informe final en 2 horas. Y el personal nos llevó a la terminal del aeropuerto. Simplemente perfecto.

Es la tercera vez que alquilo un coche con Solo. Experiencia asombrosa. Muchas gracias a Kristina y Polina por ayudarme a conseguir el coche adecuado

Fácil y barato a través de Economybookings.com. Sin ventas agresivas de seguros adicionales. A la oficina se puede llegar en 10 minutos a pie, si miras atentamente en maps para ver cómo caminar. También hay un servicio de transporte gratuito. En realidad, se cobra un depósito de 1050 € en lugar de reservarse. Pero fue devuelto sin problemas después de 2 semanas. Recomendado porque están cerca del aeropuerto y realmente no necesitas el servicio de transporte.

El único problema que veo es que cobran depósito y reembolso solo 11 días después de finalizar el alquiler. Para los clientes fuera de la zona euro, esto significa una posible tarifa DCC y un cambio en el tipo de cambio en la fecha del reembolso (mejor o peor).

Supongo que su modelo de negocio se basa en ese dinero "en efectivo" (período de alquiler + 11 días), ya que no veo ninguna razón por la que deberían poder realizar una autorización previa como el 99% de la competencia.

El coche impecable, servicio correcto. Tardaron un poco en atendernos en la devolución. Por otro lado tardan bastante en cerrar el contrato y devolver la fianza (que es un cargo en la tarjeta), 12 días en mi caso. En los coches de gama alta no tienen opción de eliminar la franquicia, así que mejor contar con tu propio seguro. Considerando todo, seguramente repetiré, he quedado satisfecho

No tengo más que cosas buenas que decir sobre Solo: alquilé un coche durante 2 meses a un precio increíble de menos de 10 €/día y pensé que el problema era que tenía que dejar un depósito grande (1000 €) y tal vez no lo haría. No lo recuperé, pero lo hice, en su totalidad. No se quejaron de las marcas normales de uso y desgaste, como otros han dicho. El coche era precioso, casi nuevo, y el personal de la oficina del aeropuerto de Málaga es absolutamente excelente, amable y competente. El servicio es muy eficiente, llame o envíe un WhatsApp cuando salga de llegadas y el servicio de transporte lo estará esperando, procesará el automóvil en menos de 10 minutos y estará en camino. Amo tanto a Solo que acabo de alquilarles otro auto, incluso más nuevo y hermoso que el anterior. Planeo ir y venir mucho de España y siempre los usaré, no puedo recomendarlos lo suficiente.

Son unos ladrones tanto a nivel precio como fianza ya que luego te meten un palo diciendo que hay arañazos en el coche, recomiendo okmobility que son mucho mejor los precios

La mejor experiencia de alquiler de autos que tuve en todos mis alquileres durante más de 20 años. El asociado fue realmente servicial y cortés. El coche en sí era uno de los últimos modelos que no olía como los típicos vehículos de alquiler. Las opciones de seguro proporcionadas fueron realmente rentables.

Desde la reserva hasta la recogida y entrega fue muy sencillo. Éramos 7, por lo que era importante asegurarse de que todo fuera fluido. Te llamaron tan pronto como aterrizaste y te dirigieron al punto de recogida. Luego, la recolección fue rápida y eficiente y se notaron todos los daños menores. Asegúrate de tener una tarjeta de crédito y no tu débito bancario. El cuidado era moderno y con Apple Car Play, por lo que conectar el teléfono, incluida la música y la navegación por satélite, fue muy fácil. La entrega fue fácil y sin cargos adicionales. Se pagó el depósito. De vuelta dentro de los 10 días así que todo bien. Definitivamente mi opción de alquiler de autos si vuelvo a visitar Málaga.

This company have a very professional set up, extremely fair pricing, simple and easy service to use, just how its supposed to be when taking a trip, Alex the sales manager is an asset to this company and makes the process even easier than already set out, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Good, personal and quick service. Upon arrival at the airport, after 1 phone call, someone was there within 5 minutes with a van to take me to the office. Very different from the experience with the larger offices where you wait a long time until there is room in their van to take you and then you can queue in their office until you have your rental car.

Good price but. My car had dents and scratches all over. Some even haven't been reported when I rented the car. Glad I ask for the overview. Clutch was almost gone as well. And I'm still waiting for my deposit. Comepared to other rental companies they take and not only block the amount. Maybe that's the business. To do something else with that money meanwhile.

Solo staff were very helpful from start to finish. Had a window issue which they fixed right away. When I needed to exchange to a larger car, they handled everything timely and professionally. I will use them when I return to Spain.

Though the cars and service were nice, I explained to the attendant why I was renting a car and why I needed the premium service (unlimited mileage), I was going to southern portugal next to the border 10 min away from spain. They failed to mention there was a 390 euros fine for crossing the border, makes you wonder if it was on purpose. Payed my fine because I might not have read, as detailed as I had to, the terms of service. But I hope it does not happen to any other client, when you pay for a premium service next to international borders within the EU you assume they understand they're dealing with people that travel within the EU. Just hope they would be more clear and not put these sort of things in the fine print.

La atención del personal a la recogida del coche fue buena, al igual que la atención por teléfono, pero NO es cierto que estén desde las 04: 00am para la entrega del coche, Fui a entregar el coche a las 06: 00am ya que me salía un vuelo temprano y no había nadie.

They are thieves. I sent a video showing no damage to them, but they charged me for some scratches that I never did.
The car was unused, only from the airport to Marbella, and stayed in a gated garage.

I asked for proof of the damage and never received it. I made several calls where they were "forwarding my case to the Manager"

Super friendly staff and great car at a more than reasonable price. We even got a ride to the airport upon returning the car. Flawless.

Very professional and quick, hassel free and friendly service. Rental car was clean and new, with low mileages. Took 15 days to get my deposit back though, they said 5-6 working days but actually longer than that.

Misleading information.very weak customer service.they have took my insurance money as they said I have drove over kM and the refunded back few amount from my insurance deposit 1,500 €. Don not recommend to deal with such car rental Agancy as they are not honest and t wasted words.

Let me just say, after hiring cars for many years, I felt the experience I had with Solo was 1st class, no pushy buy my insurance tactics, everyone I delt with was polite.
In short I felt I wasn’t going to be had over, which is im afraid I cant say about most of the others, please keep it like this

The office is easy to get to, whether travelling from the airport by their provided bus or walking, and they dealt with me quickly and efficiently.

Returning the car, often the source of much dread for me, was really easy and they checked the car over whilst I walked around with them. As soon as the car received its "all-clear" I received an email detailing that it had been accepted and my credit card deposit had been refunded.

I would happily use Solo again. Thank you.

Good company, only need to chase them through email for getting my deposit back. I recommends to pay for full insurance to reduce your deposit from 1750 euros to 250 euros.
