Increíble servicio. En concreto me atendió Gaga, alquilé un coche con muy poca antelación y me solucionó todo al momento, me consiguió el coche que necesita muy rápido. Me atendió estupendamente y estuvo pendiente de mi caso y en constante contacto. Gracias!

Precios muy competitivos, los vehículos son nuevos en su mayoría y el trato exquisito tanto Gaga, como Anastasia te ayudan muchísimo. Así que solo puedo recomendarlo con 5 estrellas y por que no hay 10.

Gente muy educada, coches encantadores y de gran calidad. Con nuestros contratos fueron muy rápidos e inteligentes organizados (para niveles de español:). ¡Una empresa en la que confiar y con un gran nivel de servicio!

Con sede entre Marbella y Puerto Banús, por lo que se puede recoger localmente. Gran servicio y vehículos nuevos.

Alquilamos un coche para visitar Gibraltar. Tenían el auto listo para nosotros y la salida fue muy sencilla. El auto estaba limpio y funcionaba bien. Asimismo, el registro fue fácil. El único inconveniente fue la retención del depósito durante dos semanas. Pero funcionó como se anunciaba y después de 2 semanas se reembolsó el depósito.

Alquilé un coche con la empresa SOLO. Al principio me pareció una buena elección, pero fui víctima de una estafa. Me dijeron que aparcara el coche en una empresa asociada al devolverlo. Luego, dos días después, SOLO me envió un correo electrónico informándome que el auto había tenido un accidente y que había cambiado una llanta. Afirmaron que el coche ya no se podía conducir. Por suerte, pude comprobar mediante fotografías y vídeos que tomé al recogerlo y devolverlo que no había causado ningún daño al coche. Intenté contactar con la empresa a través de correos electrónicos y llamadas telefónicas (que nunca fueron respondidas). No recibí respuestas a mis preguntas y no pude comunicarme con nadie. No se hizo ningún comentario a mis pruebas fotográficas y de vídeo que acreditaban el buen estado en el que había dejado el coche. Aunque tenía contratado un seguro a todo riesgo, de la fianza que pagué me descontaron casi 700 euros, sin más comentarios. Como mientras tanto estaba en Alemania, no podía hacer nada.
La empresa SOLO claramente está estafando a turistas inofensivos y supongo que esto le sucede a más personas además de a mí. ¡Así que bajo ninguna circunstancia alquiles con SOLO! ¡Son criminales!

Esta fue la primera vez que alquilé en SOLO. Fue realmente fácil. Tenía algunas preguntas y el representante de servicio al cliente las respondió todas. Definitivamente recomendaría y usaría SOLO en el futuro.

Everything was great and would use the service again. All the process went smooth, didn't face any hidden fees as it often happens to rental car providers. Booked through their website. Car was new and in a very good condition, deposit was returned according to their promise in approximately 10 working days.

The service from SOLO was perfect. The young lady in the Marbella (Puerto Banus) office was great. She was friendly and efficient. The Mercedes CLA AMG we hired was beautiful. We would most definitely recommend SOLO.

I can highly recommend this car rental. I had just positive experience with them from the time I got the car til I returned it, for not talking about their competitive rates. Nothing to complain. I have been using Avis for the last 20 years. I would get a discount as a PGA Golf Pro, but in Marbella I was not getting such a good deal. So I decided to use Solo. I was very pleasantly surprised! Anastasia was the person who won me over. She went above and beyond in professionality and service. I needed to change cars for for golf group needs and she always was able to help. I got personal and outstanding service. I used them for 3 months! At the airport we are shuttled right in front of the terminal. Wish makes it even more convenient than dropping the car off at the airport parking. Superb service and friendliness! I highly recommend Solo!

The best car hire experience ever. SOLO were a dream to deal with, so professional and I got the car I requested. The price was half that of the mainstream folks who I normally use. I normally would have gone with the big names that I am familiar with, but I took a chance and discovered a great company.

ABUSIVE! They put our life in DANGER!

We paid more than 4.000 € for a BMW 4 Series and a Range Rover Cabriolet which put our lives in DANGER!

How is that possible?

They do not check technically the cars before they give them to the costumers.

The BMW 4 Series had his front wheel tire cut to the camera which means the wheel could EXPLODE at any time.

The Range Rover Cabrio had serious problems with the front BRAKES.

Be aware and think twice before renting from Solo Rent a Car company. We do not recommend!

Fantastic service, new cars, great people, great prices. They go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. We had a blown tyre on our rental and straight away we was picked up in a luxury car, taken to the car park and given a brand new car the same! Couldn't ask for more! 5 stars all the way.

I hired a good quality vehicle from this company for a period of four days. It was quite expensive but I considered given the money being charged it would be fine. I was twenty minutes driving when the oil light came on and I was told by the vehicle to urgently top up the oil. I did so. Later, I was given a warning re: the tyre pressures were low. I also topped up the tyre pressure and discovered the tyres were dangerously low. The windscreen washer was completely empty and I filled that up. It is obvious to me that this company does not check vehicles for safety or service between rentals. I have returned the vehicle over a week ago and my deposit of 450.00 Euro has not been returned!

All round and first class professionals. Great service. New vehicle with all the kit. Competitive price. Good experience. Will rent again.
