Alquilamos un apartamento en Almuñécar por dos meses a través de South House. Hemos quedado muy satisfechos desde el primer contacto con Olga. Muy amigable, responde rápidamente, encuentra una solución y es confiable, muy buen servicio.

Really reliable and professional!
They have helped us to style and furbish our apartment and it looks really great now. Everything was as they promised and even better. We rely on their tasteful decor. I look forward to the new project, with our new house in Almunecar and hope they can help us with that too!

The 5 stars above are the maximum that I can award but in the case of South House I ward easily award 100 stars.
From the very first contact I made with Olga Ramirez I was treated with a totally honest, professional and genuine agency. All the details and description of the beautiful apartment I rented for 1 month from May 1st this year were totally accurate and even surpassed my greatest expectations.
Olga is very selective and I spent an afternoon with her looking at a selection of properties to buy. Her knowledge of the areas along the Costa Tropical in Andalusia was evident in addition to the value in one location as opposed to the prices in other coastal or inland towns and villages.
I would recommend South House as being a truly great agency and in no way too pushy as many are. The whole experience and quality of accommodation she provided for me was amazing and the apartment lacked nothing at all.
I wish Olga and her company "South House" continuing success as her company grows and other clients writing excellent reports also.

Fantástico! Repetiremos más de una vez, apartamento precioso con vistas excelentes y súper limpio. Muy atentos para ayudarnos a encontrar el piso que más se adecuaba a lo que buscábamos para pasar un mes de vacaciones.

Mi experiencia con South House muy positiva, especialmente con Olga que es una gran profesional y lo cuida todo al mínimo detalle, se nota que disfruta con su trabajo. Fue todo un acierto contratar sus servicios de home staging ya que vendimos nuestra vivienda mucho más rápido de lo normal! Recomendable 100%
