Estupendas instalaciones para teletrabajar en Sevilla. He probado varios sitios y este es el mejor y el más exclusivo, con el mejor ambiente. Lo recomiendo.

Inmejorable lugar para desarrollar tu trabajo diario en el mejor de los ambientes y rodeado de gente profesional. Las chicas de recepción muy amables y dispuestas a ayudar en todo momento.

El pasado 11 de Noviembre me puse en contacto telefónico con Spaces para reservar un aula para 28 personas para un seminario. Me indicaron que el aula que tenían disponible para ese aforo no contaba con imágenes en su web, y que la que la persona encargada de organizar las salas no se encontraba ese día para confirnarme mobiliario y distribución.
Que debía realizar la reserva registrándome como usuario en su web, proporcionar los datos bancarios de mi empresa y que podía cancelar la reserva. Realicé la reserva y al día siguiente pude hablar con la persona encargada, que me indica que esa sala no cuenta con mesas ni tampoco tienen sillas palas. Es decir, que los asistentes no podían tener apoyo para escribir durante el seminario, siendo el precio del alquiler de 146,00€ + 21% de IVA por 2 horas.
Cuando cancelo la reserva, me indican que debo abonar el importe íntegro por haber transcurrido más de 24 horas desde que la hice. No acudo ni disfruto del servicio. A partir de ese momento empiezan a acosarme por teléfono y por correo electrónico para que abone un servicio que no he disfrutado.
Desaconsejo este espacio por esta experiencia y alerta con estas malas prácticas comerciales.

El habitáculo ofrecido para tres personas es minúsculo si acaso es para una persona. Si pones 2 monitores choca con la puerta de la ventana. Sin mobiliario salvo una silla y una mesa por puesto.
Las vistas.un edificio viejo enfrente.
Algunos elementos de las zonas comunes como el frigorífico es de risa.
Servicio más bien tirando a flojo
No creo que sea lugar para empresa sería.

Si buscas un espacio donde trabajar por unas horas o algunos días, este es tu lugar. Pertenece a IWG / Regus.

I loved coming here last year I was in Sevilla to work occasionally but unfortunately they changed their price system and now it’s 30 euros for a one day pass! Also their monthly plans are very strange and they add so many extra fees. Could be a great place to work in Sevilla but please provide better options for short term use.

Magnifico centro de negocios en Sevilla. Instalaciones modernas, buen ambiente de trabajo y unas vistas fantástica. Recomendable al 100%.

Unas instalaciones nuevas, estupendas y con todo tipo de servicios. Desde los espacios compartidos, los espacios privados y las salas de reuniones. Lo mejor que he conocido en Sevilla, con una ubicación magnífica.

Don't go there! I have been in around 10 coworking in my life and this is the worst I have ever been to with the most dishonest team I have ever met.

We stayed there only 3 months with my 2 other friends as we are travelling a lot. When we visited the first time the coworking everything was fine. The team was all nice and explained us how wonderful is the coworking. They served us a drink, what a welcome!

Finally when we signed the contract everything was different. The good athmosphere of the beginning was remplaced by the Spaces money machine.

We finished the contract last month. They now try to get money from us from whatever they can.

- First they asked us to pay 167€ for the drink we "consumed" and we haven't pay. Sorry? We asked them to tell us what did we consumed because it was impossible.
Finally they changed it to a fee to restore the room. They sent us the bill one month before the end of the contract. How can you know in with condition we will leave the office one month before the end? So they told us it was in the "house rules" (not the contract) you can find I don't know where. You have to pay 20€/m² when you leave. Doesn't matter if you stay 10 years or 3 months like us. Doesn't matter in which condition the office is!

- They also asked us to pay 40€ for late payment. Be aware that for the month of may for example, you have to pay the rent before the 15th of april. What is the point expect taking money from you? Of course, this isn't written in the lovely contract but in the "house rules" we was NEVER aware of.

I could talk about many other things this dishonest team want to charge you through hidden terms. This coworking revolts me!

Accesos rápidos incluso estando situado en el centro de la ciudad. Insuperable la ubicación.

El mejor espacio de trabajo en Sevilla, las instalaciones son nuevas y muy cómodas y el personal muy amable, muy recomendado!

Me dedico al sectro turistico tan dañado en la actualidad!
Trabajo allí casi a diario y es un entorno maravilloso con un equipo preparado y super profesional!
Un lujo de sitioy muy recomendable para trabajar o reunirte o simplemente tomar un café.

You will be asked to pay the rent 15 days ahead of the upcoming month. If you don't pay it 15 days prior you will be fined for it (we paid around 40€ in fines for not paying 15 days ahead of the upcoming month).
Additionally, when your lease is over, you will be charged a fee to restore the office space you rented. Restoring the office space includes giving a paint job to the office, putting new desks and chairs, etc. For us this amounted to 167€, we rented a 9 m² for 3 months (!) only. There was no need for restoring anything in the office space, yet we still had to pay for this.
The site itself looks amazing, but I really don't recommend this place after this experience.

Magnifico lugar de trabajo, me ha gustado mucho y la cafetería donde se almuerza muy bien, dispone de terrazas al sol, a mí me agrada bastante, saludos.

Estuve alli reunido con unos clientes y fueron super amables con todo, muy serviciales y atentos! El equipo de recepción es maravilloso!
El espacio es una pasada! Con dos magnificas terrazas con una vista increible de la ciudad.
Sin duda muy recomendable.

You have to give your notice even before being a member, otherwise you are "late".

edit: despite their answer below, they are not "happy to help". It's very difficult to get a proper response from the customer service. You simply receive threats from the debt collection team.edit2: according to them I was "1 day late" to give my notice. I told the staff I was only here for a month.from the very first day. Therefore, there was no way to give notice in advance since I was not even a member of spaces before that.

I went there for a month and told them repeatedly, from day 1 that I was leaving abroad at the end of the month.

They told me to "not worry" and they would deal with the contract.
Yet they charged me for a second month because I had to send a notice 1 month in advance (they made me cancel through an app a few days after after I signed my contract).
When trying to defend my case, I got told that I don't have a "written proof"'. Apparently, just telling the staff on day 1 isn't enough. You need to both sign the contract and have them receive a written letter at the very moment you sign it.

Long story short, keep written proofs of every interaction and don't trust the staff when they tell you they take care of something and you "don't have to worry". You do have to worry, and they won't take care of whatever problem you have.

Every time I discussed the problem with them, they told me "we've escalated it", "we'll keep you posted, don't worry".
I never received any news whatsoever. However, no problem when it comes to charging you.
