Usual slick service. Family been coming here on an off for many years and all ways been happy with both the product and the service.

Llevo años con gafas y he ido a muchas ópticas, sin duda esta es la mejor de todas. Calidad, atención y precio. El examen ocular que te hacen es COMPLETO, son realmente expertos en la materia. La atención del personal es excepcional y la variedad de gafas y lentillas es grande. Sin duda, volveré a repetir. Quiero destacar la atención del chico más joven, David. Sin duda ama su trabajo, ama el trato con el público y se vé que entiende de la materia. Un gusto encontrar a gente joven con profesionalidad y ganas de trabajar. BRAVO

Excelente servicio. El personal es muy amable, la oferta es buena y el tiempo de espera es acotado. El personal atiende en español, inglés y alemán. En particular, necesitaba gafas para mi mujer y para mí, y teníamos pocos días. Nos atendieron rápidamente y procesaron nuestra solicitud prontamente. En menos de una semana (desde que pedimos la cita) nos entregaron las gafas.

Realmente te cuidan, son muy amables y parecen preocuparse mucho por si las gafas son adecuadas para ti. Sigan con el buen trabajo chicos

Nunca en mi vida tuve un examen de mi vista tan completo como este. Tomó casi una hora. El servicio es VIP. El trato super amable de Amina y Luisa. Me explicaron todo lo que necesito con mucho interés. Nada que ver con nada que tuve en el pasado. Y el precio fue menos de lo esperado. No creo que haya muchas otras ópticas que ofrezcan tanto valor. Gracias por vuestro excelente trabajo.

Fantásticos, como siempre, los vasos se rompieron y los nuevos estuvieron listos en un par de horas.

Muy buena óptica, muy recomendable. Pasaron casi 2 horas haciéndonos pruebas oculares muy exhaustivas a mí y a mi esposa, y se tomaron el tiempo para explicar muy bien los resultados. También nos dieron buenos consejos para elegir las mejores gafas/lentes y monturas. Los precios fueron más bajos de lo que esperábamos. Buena elección de cuadros y parece que tienen lo último en equipamiento.

Tuve mi primera cita la semana pasada, con John y Amina. Proporcionan un servicio amable, profesional y eficiente. Buena elección de marcos. Estoy muy satisfecho con el servicio y definitivamente lo recomiendo.

I've been using Specsavers in Fuengirola for 9 years now and couldn't recommend them highly enough. The staff are friendly polite and very profesional and thorough. They are also totally bi lingual, definatley 5 stars from me!

Not had the best experience again for my husband. We had issues a couple of years ago and used a Spanish optician in between but tried again this year. Had to wait due to the prescription and reactive lenses for 3 weeks and he was then struggling in the sun so went back to find the lenses weren't reactions. Ordered as a priority but took another 3 weeks.
No problem with the staff but this is not the first time we have had issues.

Excellent service from a very competent team. We have been going for over 10 years and the standard of service has always remained high. John and Louise have taken care of us most times. Several years ago I walked into a local Spanish optician with my prescription and I was basically laughed at and told that I'd need to pay several hundred for the lenses alone, never mind the frames. So I went to Specsavers Ópticas Fuengirola today pretty anxious, partly about how much I was going to have to pay.

The service I received from Ruben, David, Kerstin could not have been more different. They were extremely professional and friendly, and explained everything to me clearly. The glasses were considerably more affordable than I'd been quoted before, and I left feeling relieved knowing there is somewhere I can trust for future eye tests and new glasses.

I had a very thorough eye exam, David was extremely helpful without being pushy, which I appreciated. Some of the staff have been there along time, which is very nice to see

Our service was excellent from the optometrist who spent quality time understanding the prescription needs to David who patiently and willingly helped in any way to find the right frames. The bonus was the 2 for 1 promotion allowing for glasses and sunglasses. We highly recommend Specsavers!

Spec Savers have a very wide range of frames to choose from, at great prices. Their multi lingual staff are very professional and give excellent service. I wouldn't hesitate to fully reccomend them.

My wife attended the shop and found the staff very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The eye examination was very thorough. The only optician I know of that does such a thorough job in this area of Spain

Extremely good service, we were on holiday and asked if they could provide new glasses and sun glasses to our prescriptions quickly and they were ready in a week, nothing special just their standard service.
These people really know how to run a business.

Wonderful! Great service, so fast and professional. A brilliant team. Lovely selection of glasses to choose from with advice on what fits your face shape/ size the most. All in all a positive experience. Should've gone to Specsavers. So I did! Perfect!

I must say I was recommended your services and would also recommend them. John, Jess and Kerstin where all a great help and made it so easy. Plus the test was the best and I had fun picking the glasses too. So many to choose from.

Great staff and great service.
But sadly I couldn’t recommend the product less. Varifocal glasses.are extremely expensive and rubbish. Worth less then normal glasses in my opinion.
The first time they arrived I got them and half the my visions was blurred.
So I went back and got them measured again. The glasses came and I’ve tried them for a few days.
But my whole world Is blurred at the edges and when you look down it shocking Walking downs stairs is just dangerous, as they a blurred and if I look down to sweep the floor the whole floor is blurred. I can’t bend my head down enough to solve the problem.
Varifocal glasses Are extremely expensive and useless. Don’t buy them.
I’d throw them away if they hadn’t cost so much.

I received a great service from the start of my eyesight test to receiving my new glasses. With a good range of glasses and sunglasses
and all reasonably priced and good offers. I would like to thank Judy, Jess and David for all your help and advice.

We popped in on the off chance my husband could get some much need new glasses while we were on holiday. And, wow, the service he received was just brilliant. Not only did he get an eye test and 2 pairs of glasses - the service from Lauren and her colleagues was top class. I do think this company undersells itself with their (very amusing) ad campaign - funny as it is I wonder if people realise the level of professionalism offered? Thanks Lauren, my turn next visit!

Went for my eye test today at 3pm. After a very welcoming entry, i proceeded with my test. Very professional it was too and the nice lady who gave me the test explained every procedure. The next young lady showed me a range of glasses and looked after me very well. All in all first class service all round and I was very impressed with their covid procedures. Full marks at this store!

I have had many problems with my eyes recently and Jess Bennett has gone above and beyond to assist me!

I can’t thank Specsavers in Fuengirola enough for helping to replace the contact lenses that I had forgotten to bring on holiday. When I explained that I was Specsavers customer in England they issued at a very reasonable price a month’s supply of lenses and in effect gave me my eyesight back. They guy who helped, a Scotsman, was so very kind and considerate in giving a first class response in my hour of need. Thank you again. Anthony Turner J. P.

Escelente trato y muy profecionales, en mi últimas visitas me atendió "Jess", una de sus empleadas y encantada con el trato recibido por su parte, me aconsejó perfectamente, muy amable y servicial, sin duda alguna volveré a visitarlos en caso de necesitarlos de nuevo.

The store was quiet, with limited customers inside, which made me feel safe, due to the covid restrictions.
The staff were pleasant.
One member of staff, Jess was super attentive to me and my girls.
My youngest daughter had her first eye test, and she was made to feel at ease from Jess and was shown the results of her photos taken of the back of the eye, which she found fasinating.
I was explained the whole way through our visits, what the processes were, the types of lenses on offer, the prices, timescales on recieving my new glasses. Nothing wasn't to much trouble. Jess took her time to explain everything. She made us feel very important and put my children at ease before their eye test. Jess was very professional and I would recommend visiting this store just on her attitude alone.
I saw that the other members of staff were giving similar attention to their customers. But I believe I had the better experience.
I will definitely return, when my next eye test is due.

I had a terrific experience today! I took my glasses into the store, worried that I would have to order new frames after stepping on them last night. Lovely Jess was able to mend them and avert what I thought was going to be a catastrophe! I am so impressed and no charge, either

The staff wrre very helpful and explained in detail how to choose the glasses that would benefit my eyes. Got a good deal on 2 pair of glasses. I picked them up today very happy. Thank you to the staff for being so helpful. Would definitely recommend.

They sell glasses, sunglasses, contact lenses. They speak Spanish, English, Scottish and German. Good customer service

Luckily I was back to the UK a week after and got another one.
