Hola, no dudes en hacerlo, excelente centro de surf, instructor muy educativo, muy buen equipo con un gerente de primer nivel, siempre listo para kite windsurf, wing foiling, para todos los gustos. Muy buen consejo, en resumen volveré allí después de ya 3 visitas este año, ¡¡¡gracias de nuevo!

Lo pasé muy bien aquí la semana pasada. Hice clases de kitesurf de 4 x 2 horas con Pascal y Anthony. Soy un principiante absoluto y fueron geniales al ayudarme a comenzar y lanzarme al agua. Todo el kit, radios e instrucciones están incluidos como parte de la clase. Realmente lindo y lo pasé muy bien. Definitivamente regresaré.

Tuvimos varias horas de clases de kitesurf semiprivadas y la experiencia fue simplemente increíble. Aprendimos mucho y fue muy divertido. Todos fueron siempre muy amables y flexibles. Si el tiempo no era el adecuado, las clases simplemente se posponían y se prestaba gran atención a nuestra seguridad. Pascal es un gran profesor y despertó nuestro entusiasmo por el kite. Gracias por la gran experiencia.:)

Gente muy agradable en la escuela de surf y excelente material duotono. Lo mejor para mí fue que pude quedarme con una cometa, una tabla y todo lo demás durante toda mi estadía.

Es un bonito centro de surf.
Son realmente amables y apasionados del surf.
Se pueden practicar muchos deportes acuáticos diferentes, como kitesurf, wingfoiling y windsurf.)
No hay problema para cambiar la vela si hace demasiado viento o no hay suficiente viento.
Incluso tomé una lección privada y mejoré mucho.

Buenas Tardes, he estado haciendo un curso Windsurf particular, y la verdad q he salido muy contento, lo recomiendo. Vamos un 10.

Tienen una amplia selección de lecciones pero el precio es muy alto en comparación con otras escuelas. Además, el gerente es muy estricto y regaña a los profesores para que terminen incluso antes de que termine la lección. El ambiente con el profesor está bien (con el director no tanto), pero en general lo único bueno que puedo decir es que tienen buen equipo.

Hola, buen día! Quería recomendarles a Surf Center. No suelo dejar recos, pero soy padre de tres hijos y hemos pasado unos días geniales! Las instalaciones de windsurf estan súper bien (y con ducha de agua dulce tan simple como importante!). El chiringuito y restaurante estan geniales: elevados y con césped, se come muy bien, tiene vista directa al mar, y un precio muy razonable. Ademas si pueden tomar un masaje con Miro, el hombre es un genio. El lugar cuenta además con unas habitaciones hotel que se ven muy bien, pero no estuvimos. Resumiendo, instalaciones super completas y para pasar unos días geniales haciendo deporte! Pero además de eso, es la onda del lugar, empezando por l quipo de windsurf y profes: Héctor, Sara, Valeria, Facundo, Micaela, y siguiendo por la gente del restaurante y chiringuito. Gracias a todos, la hemos pasado genial! -ahora estamos en Zahara, espero sople y escaparme algún día para allá!

Ha sido una experiencia muy divertida. Estamos acostumbrados a que los profesores te sigan con una lancha o moto de agua y es lo que echamos de menos. El material muy bien y los profesores atentos y adaptando la clase a las necesidades. A pesar de que el mar estaba con mucho oleaje pasamos un buen rato.

Pablo es el mejor profesor de Kite que he tenido nunca. Si puedes, reserva clase con él. Simpático, agradable, profesional y sobre todo buen rollo.

Hector is a true water sportsman, and is very knowledgeable, enthusiastic and a great mentor.

Can't recommend this place enough! Beautiful cafe restaurant next door in Arte Vida, also the chiringuito too, very child friendly, great for soaking up the sun on the patio or grass watching the action.

The guy was not unfriendly and the material was in good condition. However, after the line broke, he wanted compensation for the new price. I didn't think that was fair. There are also better spots in Tarifa. So better to go somewhere else

Magischer Ort, erfahrene und hochqualifizierte Lehrer, sehr sympatische Surfschule. Gehen auf den Schüler absolut individuell ein.
Mein Sohn wollte den waterstart lernen und die Stunden wurden immer perfekt und aktuell an die Windbedingungen angepasst.
Der Lehrer war supernett und Rubén hat tatsächlich den waterstart sofort geschafft!

We had a great experience at at the Surf Center Tarifa. We did. Windsurfing there and were very happy about the equipment we rented and the staff at the Center. Fair prices and I also enjoyed my course very much because the coach was great. Overall good experience would recommend and visit again.

Disaster! Avoid group lessons. I took a grupal windsurf lesson. It was me (an adult), another adult and 2 kids (around 10 years old or less). The teacher spent the whole time with them as they were super young and afraid of the waves. I was completely left aside. They should have separated classes, one for adults and one for kids. I totally recommended to take classes with the guy from Chile, he was teaching another group but was kind enough to give me some guidance, and he was awesome!

Fue una experiencia increíble! Nos lo pasamos genial! Fuimos en familia (3 personas: 2 adultos y un peque de 6años) hicimos todos windsurf y fue realmente divertido. Facun y Vale fueron unos profes muy atentos e hicieron la clase muy divertida. Te dejan todo el material y te dan unas clases teóricas antes de meterte en el agua, ellos están contigo en todo momento. Al terminar te puedes dar una ducha para quitarte el agua del mar y te dejan una taquilla para guardar todo lo que necesites. Totalmente recomendable! Fue un acierto ir a esta escuela. Volveremos a Repetir el próximo año sin lugar a dudas!

The staff was super friendly and my teachers Vale and Sergio were amazing! I’ve never wind surfed in my life and had an incredible experience! Would highly recommend you give Surf Center Tarifa a go!

I've been renting with them for 3 years now. They always have brand new Duotone gear and they provided me with valuable advice on the suitable gear for the current conditions. Being able to contact them on WhatsApp and get up-to-date weather conditions has been very useful.

I had so much fun and learned a lot in my two private lessons.

Surf center Tarifa is an excellent choice for water sports rentals and lessons. The instructors were wonderful, patient, and very good with children. They taught two of my children to windsurf and my older son who has experience to improve his windsurfing. They have all of the equipment you may need and are very kind and helpful. They were also very responsive via email before we arrived. I highly recommend Surf Center Tarifa!

Hicimos un curso de iniciación de kitesurf de 3 días, fue increíble, superó nuestras expectativas. Nuestro instructor Pascal nos dio clases semiprivadas y bilingües francés/español, todo un privilegio y con una calidad técnica inmejorable. Muchas gracias a Hector y a nuestro contacto en tienda que nos atendieron de maravilla y nos dieron información completa y rápida antes de nuestra llegada. También estuvieron en contacto cada día por la tarde para interesarse de como nos estaba llendo y si lo estábamos disfrutando. Nos sentimos como en familia. Repetiremos sin duda:)

As a conscious rookie, I asked for advice about what was the right kite to rent so I was provided a 12m2 which for the 1st day was fine but too much for the 2nd (35+ knots, extremely gusty) - I went back to make sure that the conditions were fine. The excuse was that I went to Valdevaqueros (actually one of his suggestions) where the wind is stronger as compared to Tarifa, and thought it might be true, the difference was minimal (windguru.cz) but also nobody was using anything above 10m2.
This has been the 2nd time I rented equipment at this shop. The 1st time I had to bring back a broken bar and the last time the pump connector missed a plastic piece required to inflate the kite (Duotone). Once is bad luck, but twice means to me that the equipment is not properly checked.
The people working here are very friendly, however I cannot say the same about the manager (Hector) who rather than assuming he made a mistake came with excuses - that’s unprofessional and rude. On the positive side, he offered to exchange the kite but was already late.
Last but not least, although the spot is beautiful, the wind is not the best one, which requires you to walk quite a bit or take the car so it becomes less convenient. The price is quite more expensive as compared to other shops (€155 for two days) which I guess is the reason why they have equipment available on busy days whilst the others have all already rented.

Was in need of an emergency fix for my kite and asked for assistance. The staff was incredibly helpful and skilled. As a experienced kite surfer I can very much recommend this place and it's professionalism.

La atención por parte de los instructores ha sido bastante baja. Nuestra instructora ni siquiera se presentó y la forma de comunicarse con nosotros bastante mala. Nos dio la explicación sin ganas, como si lo hiciera a desgana, además una vez entramos al agua pasaba bastante.

Strongly recommend this place for windsurfing in Tarifa. Great crew that really want to see you making progress. Communication was great and the team was very flexible regarding the planning. We were starters and had lessons 6 days on a row and had so much fun, all thanks to Robert, Hector, Franco en Gaston. Thanks guys, hope to see you next year!

Durante las clases los profesores te ayudan en todo lo que pueden, igualmente si alquilas material te aconsejan las opciones que más te convienen.
Muy buena organización, disposición y calidad.

Surf Center Tarifa offers the latest gear from Duotone in excellent state! The location is really easy to access by car or taxi from the city center (10 min) and the installations are perfect (lockers, exterior shower, air compressor …). You (or your friends / partner) can have a beer at the bar of Arte Vida hotel located just behind the school while you are trying new tricks on the sea.
No need to mention that the and the wind are amazing (we are in Tarifa.).
One memorable session here all the afternoon, cannot wait to come back again.

Me apunté a varias sesiones para iniciarme con el windsurf y la experiencia fue genial. Los monitores y el resto del personal fueron muy profesionales y amables. Además, me sentí muy seguro ya que el monitor siempre estuvo pendiente de los alumnos. Me lo pasé genial y más adelante volveré a apuntarme para seguir aprendiendo windsurf.

Muy profesionales y amables. Di varias clases privadas con Franco y la experiencia fue muy buena, aprendí mucho. Me explicó y enseñó muy bien y estuvo todo el tiempo muy pendiente de mi. La escuela, dirigida por Héctor, tiene buen material y son serios y profesionales.

Very disappointed. The customer service was very careless and rude.the man at the counter even threatened us with overcharging because we couldnt take back the heavy surf tables due to the high steps of the place (he didnt help us at all). Besides, the authorities almost fined us because of him (he did not tell us which was the authorized area for practising.) do not recommend it to anyone. If you don't want to ruin your day, go somewhere else.

Sorry to say, but the station is the worst I've ever been to. They have good conditions in terms of wind and tide, a wide selection of fine equipment. Nice webcam, nice bar nearby. I totally liked them offering eco-friendly bottle refill service. But. It's the most grumpy and non-welcoming station over a dozen of spots I've been to. Not a single smile over three days if my rental. The first station not to address customers by their name. The first station to insist on bringing the board to the storage area and not offering any help. When you go out with your "pro" kit (a board smaller than 130 liter counts as "pro" equipment with higher price tag), you get an inspiring farewell: "remember, the equipment is not insured".
On my day 3 I decided to give my 200 away and switch stations - a decision I'm totally happy with. Hopefully the guys at the station take it constructively.

Très bon accueil, grande disponibilité, les combinaisons sont propres et de qualité, le matériel de planche aussi. Les tarifs sont attractifs, en tant que loueurs, nous recommandons cet endroit.

Ayer mismo fui a alquilar una tabla de surf, ya que la mía no la tenía disponible justamente ese día, pero tenía tantas ganas que decidí alquilar el material en esta escuela.

El instructor me comentó que el precio era de 10€ por hora, lo cual no me pareció mal, aunque no me avisó de qué tablas aparentemente no se pueden usar si vas a surfear de verdad. Dejé mis diez euros iniciales como fianza y mi DNI, cogiendo la primera tabla que tenía cerca y que me dijo que podía coger, habiéndole explicando ya que era de nivel avanzado. En 20 minutos surfeando, una ola cayó encima de mi tabla, partiendola por la mitad. Los surfistas de la zona me dijeron que estaba claro que la tabla estaba podrida ya y era vieja (eso era evidente por el uso que tenía). El dueño, sin pensarlo dos veces, me dijo que tenía que pagarle 100€ (!) para poder pagar las "reparaciones" que tenía que hacerle a la tabla, diciendo que seguro no tenía el material y que la tabla era nueva.

Ni diez minutos tardaron estos señores, mientras me cambiaba en el maletero, en tirar la tabla a la basura. Dónde está la reparación? Dónde se invierte ese dinero?

He hablado con shapers locales y entendidos de la zona. Esas tablas son de mala calidad y no cuestan más de 60€ nuevas.

En definitiva, este surf center está regentado por verdaderos sinvergüenzas y estafadores, que se aprovecharon de la situación para sacarse material nuevo a costa de un chaval que sólo quería surfear un rato.

Si estás pensando en alquilarles material, te recomiendo que busques otro sitio, o puede que te estafen a ti también.

I've mixed feelings about this place. There's little doubt the team is doing their best and are very flexible. If things are going well, there's absolutely nothing to scoff at, however when something doesn't go as planned, communication becomes a trainwreck of accusations and misunderstanding. I wish they could handle themselves professionally at all times.

Cool place to windsurf and relax! There is something energizing about it! Parking space could be tight mid day in August but we managed fine every day and at different times!

Awesome experience with Leo. 2 days of windsurfing I feel like we progressed a lot. A good combo of theory and practice and we were able to do incredible things on water. We also had some safety instructions and useful tips how to prep your board and other hacks which will definitely help when I go alone next time. We will be back!
