Estuve alquilando un piso compartido durante 10 meses en los cuales siempre fueron amables, resolutivo y profesionales. Mi habitación como el piso era muy bonita y acogedora, durante mi estancia tuve apoyo y fueron muy rápidos al contestar cuando llego a surgir algún contra tiempo.
La habitación era igual a las fotos e hice mi reservación con el depósito en la página el cual me devolvieron sin problema una semana después de concluir el contrato. Agradezco mi estancia en ese maravilloso piso ya que conocí a gente maravillosa que se convirtió en mi otra familia, si volviera el tiempo atrás volvería a escoger ese piso. Gracias por hacerlo posible!

Avoid this company and dont sign the contract from home. The flat is totally different from the images you find in the internet. Once the contract is signed there is no way back. I arrived and was shocked. The flat was dirty, my room was dirty, there were hairs on the bed. In the contract its written a cleaning girl comes at the beginning of the month but she comes when she wants. The internet access was very slow and we ask several times to repair it. After more or less 10 times we asked someone arrived to repair it but after it the internet access continued to be slow. In Calle O Donnell in the contract there is written you have a terrace you can use but its not true. The company its all about making easy money with students. You have to pay a deposit that you never will get back.

Really good agency! I will recommend it to each erasmus who are doing their erasmus in Sevilla. The owner is really nice and always there for you, if you have a problem or need something. Their flats are fine and you meet the best people in your life! If I come back in Seville, I will rent again with Room Sevilla which is the best agency EVER! Thanks Anna for everything ️

Roomsevilla helped me find a nice room, in a fantastic location, at a good price when I needed help. And when a problem came up the staff did everything in their power to fix the problem. Very helpful and friendly service

I lived in calle Penuela for 5 months with other 14 people. Having the chance of making friends was really the only good thing about the experience with RoomSevilla. All the rooms are overpriced and the picture s on the website barely resemble the reality (especially for the brightness; although I had a window, I could never rely only on the natural light). When we entered the house in September the house was clearly not ready, although they made every tenant pay for the full month+utilities regardless of the day they entered. For 10 there was no closet in my room, for 14 days I had to keep my door open (not just unlocked, opened) because it did not have a locker or a handle, for 21 days 9 people had to share 1 bathroom because the other 2 did not work properly (no hot water and the toilets could not flush), and for one month the wifi only worked in the living room. The house had many flows but the attitude of RoomSevilla was even more infuriating. They just do the bare minimum to keep the house afloat and proved themselves unhelpful at every request, no metter how basic or reasonable. For what concerns reparations, as they explicitly told me, they have no time obligations whatsoever. You have to pay the rent on time, but they can fix your shower in 3 weeks.

Tuve una buena experiencia con Room Sevilla. Lo único regular era el internet, pero creo que es por parte de la compañía de teléfonos ya que el técnico fue incontable veces. Los propietarios siempre atendieron las llamadas o mensajes que les mandé y mis roomies lo mejor. Si volvería a contratar con room Sevilla.

Room Sevilla is a company which provides accommodation for international students. They have really nice apartments/houses and are perfect if you want to get to know new people. I stayed in Calle Santiago (a house with 18 rooms) and I loved staying there, because it was my erasmus semester and because of the people.
When it comes to the organization itself, I can't say much positive stuff. Most of the staff in the company are interns, but they are responsible for the whole communication and the costumer service. Therefore they couldn't help us with daily problems and for 80% of questions or requests they had to ask someone who is responsible. Here it started. With this excuse requests weren't processed for several weeks.fe: dripping and non working air condition, broken chairs, not cleaned rooms when moving in, broken washing machines, cockroaches etc.
The costumer service was therefore horrible plus they tried to threaten us during our stay with charging enormous amounts for "used" furniture, dirty dishes and a not cleaned kitchen. What room sevilla forgets here is, that if 18 people live in a house together, a kitchen, a couch or a floor is worn out or dirty much easier.
Lucky me, I got my whole deposit back, but several roomies of mine didn't get their full amount back because of "higher bills" or broken stuff. Weird that they lived there in the same period as I did.

To sum it up, room sevilla has really nice rooms and flats and for high prices. It is easy to live with them, the apartments are furnished and it is nice to meet people easily from all over the world. Their way of running the company is unprofessional and the try to charge you extra.

If you are a foreign student and you don't know where to look for an apartment I highly recommend RoomSevilla. The stuff is very helpful and always ready to help you, not to mention that the rooms are very cozy and the location is just perfect, in the city centre and in the best student areas and the prices are very accessible for students.

Habitaciones como en la descripción de la página, apartamentos totalmente equipados. Muy buen contacto con los empleados que ayudan las 24 horas del día, los 7 días de la semana ;) Lo recomiendo si buscas una habitación!

I can really recommend RoomSevilla! Rooms looks like in the pictures, the atmosphere in the office and in the flats is great, everyone are nice and helpful:)

Roomsevilla is a nice place if you want to find a room to stay in the center of the city and meet international students to live with!

I spent 2 months at 2 different flats with Roomsevilla and they both were very destressing for me. The first had a bathroom full of mould which was not fixed for the month I was there, despite the landlords knowing. The second was far worse- first of all, I stunk (5 Calle Santiago), as there were rats in the air con. Second of all, there was no wifi at all. I really would not recommend this company, they didn't even give me a refund for having no wifi all month and ask people to leave good reviews to get their deposit back.

I kind of enjoyed my stay with RoomSevilla. You can literally hear ANYTHING in the house, which is super annoying sometimes, but on the other hand, they SEEMED quite helpful when anything was broken. I was supposed to stay in Sevilla until the end of February, and basically had my room until the end of January. I told them I wanted to stay a month longer and that was no problem, until all of a sudden I got a message that my leash came to an end and I had to move out. That was great, just great. So eventually, I stayed with RoomSevilla for a total of 4 months (including 2 weeks in January when I wasn't actually there).

Also, when I arrived, my room didn't have the supplies as stated in the contract, so I spent about another 40 euros.

And now is the time we have to get our deposits back, and I'm furious. The girls that left our house in December got their full deposit back, and everybody that left in January has to pay at least 40 euros extra (45 is paid every month for gas, water and electricity). That means 1 person spent double the amount in 1 month.
In my case: I came back from holidays on January 6th and wasn't at the house from January 24st until the day I had to move out, which means I was actually in the house for about 14 days, and they are deducting 114 euros from my deposit. That's one big fat scam and I'm literally fuming! They said bills were getting higher as people left the heater on and guess what, my room didn't even have a heater! So first I have to pay more than other girls that left. Secondly, I wasn't even in the house and finally: you pay for things that are not even provided for you. It's unfair, they exploit students and they just won't listen to you.

DON'T BOOK YOUR ROOM HERE, YOU CAN FIND A CHEAPER AND MORE RELIABLE ORGANIZATION THAT WILL ACTUALLY GIVE YOU YOUR DEPOSIT BACK!

Big scam! First of all, the apartment was not ready at all when we moved in. Gas was empty (which meant no warm water or cooking), the apartment dirty and most of the lights not working or even missing. Now over one month later and we still don't have all lights. The service is bad as well, they got really rude when we tried continously asking them about our problems and tried to get them fixed. They use the fact that most abroad students are not aware of the fact how things work in spain and therefore you end up with a lot more expenses than originally stated. For example, it was nowhere mentioned that the gas has to be exchanged monthly and that you have to pay for that every month yourself. And you hear many people complaining about the same things as well. Definitely would not recommend to anyone!

I made bad experiences with RoomSevilla and can just advice to look for other flats in Sevilla. The room wasn't the same one I booked and was different from the pictures. Everything was dirty when I moved in and I had to clean the whole flat including mold on my own. They didn't even grant me a discount for this situation. Many things were broken and there is no oven. Also, the cleaner came not regularly. I would never book again a room with RoomSevilla!

RoomSevilla is a big scam. They exploit foreign students because they are in a vulnerable position.
Don't believe any of the positive reviews because they try hard to keep a positive image through PR. RoomSevilla is an evil, greedy company that will try to squeeze out as much money as possible from you.
There where a lot of things that didn't work and took a lot of time to come and still they didn't fix them.
The cleaning was awful the apartment was really dirty.

I left a fan in the house and i was trying to get it back, she told me she could't do anything about it, Iwas okay with it because it was my mistake leaving the fan there. She saw that I put 1 star and immediately send me a message telling me that she's doing everything she can to get my fan, so I told her that this wasn't about my fan it was about the whole thing my fan didn't had to do anything in this, and she told me that after this she will not give me my fan back.unprofessional company!

La habitación y el resto del piso era como en las fotos. La agencia cumplió con lo que prometieron en el contrato. La limpieza vino cada mes y cuando tenía algún problema con respecto al piso o mi habitación siempre me ayudaron lo más pronto posible. Tuve una buena experiencia con RoomSevilla.

Great rooms, clean and modern with all you might need during your stay! Not easy to find new and equipped houses in Sevilla, but with them you can. Also very nice and polite staff, plus English speaking (again, not easy to find) which is helpful if you just got into town and don't speak Spanish! Thank you for the great time and the nice roommates i met:)

They are always there to help! Rooms are very nice and clean they look the same as on the website.
