Tejada Solicitors me ha pedido dos veces que escriba una reseña después de una consulta de 1 hora. No puedo recomendar esta empresa para ayudar con las visas. Primero, no me dieron la oportunidad de hablar con el abogado. Hablé con la contadora y ella no sabía las respuestas a preguntas legales básicas. Algunos de los consejos que me dio me parecieron incorrectos. Hablé con otros dos abogados en diferentes firmas de abogados que me dieron mejores consejos y más información sin cobrarme la consulta inicial, por lo que creo que Tejada no es de confianza. Tejada también me presionó para contratarlos y pagar 500 euros inmediatamente después de la consulta. Soy abogado y encontré la consulta inusual y algo poco profesional. Pensé que era extraño que inmediatamente me pidieran que escribiera una reseña en Google. Así que leí las reseñas aquí y hay varias advertencias de que una vez que contratas a Tejada, no funcionan. Creo que su estrategia es ganar dinero con la consulta inicial, decirle que tendrán que preguntarle a otra persona sobre sus preguntas básicas y luego hacer lo menos posible una vez que les pague. Is this a actually a law firm? They seem to not be properly registered when I contacted the Spanish bar for their either extreme incompetence or deliberate negligence. The responses I got from the bar make it sound as if they are not considered lawyers individually or a legal entity collectively (i.e. The bar cannot do anything). Why did I call the bar you might ask? Because they overcharge and then do nothing. I honestly cannot reach them for so long I hired other lawyers. Shockingly awful. It makes you afraid to even invest in other countries.

I had 2 online meetings with Rosana to discuss the new Digital Nomad Visa. She spoke excellent english and was very professional and well informed from the start, which gave me a lot of confidence that I was getting the right advice. She quickly realised that the changing tax issues were more important than the actual visa application itself and I would have no hesitation in recommending her as her integrity and client focus are beyond question.

Fantastic tax advice service provided by Rosana Tejada. I needed somebody like her for my situation of living in Spain as a dual US citizen / EU Citizen working in the US remotely from Spain.

As far as I'm concerned, this is not a legitimate business.

I paid them almost a grand to get me a national ID and a bank account to purchase property. 2 years later (almost), they won't even answer a call, an email, anything.

I cannot even imagine how they stay in business.

Avoid at all costs. This law firm is a scam. I paid about 600 euros to retain them and then another 250 euros to open a bank account in order to purchase a property. I hired them close to two years ago. In that time, they did nothing for almost an entire year, then claimed they needed my passport notarized (when they had the physical copy while i was there in person), wrote emails to me with the wrong name, believed I was a citizen of the wrong country, and now for literally half a year have not responded to ONE SINGLE email, call, text, Whatsapp message. I even visited the supposed physical office in Malaga.and it was no longer there. I cannot believe this is a real law firm at this point. And that's the biggest compliment I could possibly give them because I honest to god cannot imagine any company ignoring a customer for SIX months. Lying is a better reputation than incompetence and disrespect at this level. You are shown more respect, more professionalism, more competence by any 15 year old working at any McDonald's worldwide. This "law firm" is mind-blowingly, offensively bad.

Tejada has made moving my business from Norway to Spain very easy and straight forwards. They have a great team with the ability to help with almost anything, so I would highly recommend contacting them for all your legal and tax needs.

My initial consultation was excellent. Rosana was able to address my questions with clarity on a wide variety of tax topics related to a potential move to Spain. She seems very knowledgable and professional, and her manner was courteous and polite.

I made the move from UK to Spanish tax payer and as a self employed person and that's not a process to go through without solid professional advice.
