La carta no es extensa, pero los platos estan bien elaborados y presentados.
El servicio es bueno y el restaurante es bastante moderno y agradable.

Una sorpresa maravillosa. El sitio encantador y cuidado al detalle para hacer complace a la clientela. La carta corta, pero con lo necesario para poder satisfacer a todas ¡y la relación calidad-precio inmejorable!

En respuesta: efectivamente, la opinión es subjetiva, ya que se basa en mi propia experiencia y la de mis acompañantes. Al igual que la del resto de personas que dejamos reseñas.
Por si la concrección sirve de ayuda, indicaré que el gazpacho de aguacates estaba bastante insulso, tuvimos suerte de pedir para compartir el milhojas ya que estaba bastante seco y denso como para asumir de forma individual. Los sorrentinos como plato principal, escasos. El rodaballo bastante normal, y el tartar sin practicamente sabor.
Lo mejor de lo que pedimos, fue el cordero.

Le restaurant est légèrement retiré dans la campagne de Casares, le cadre est cosy avec un espace lounge extérieur. À table le service est excellent, les plats copieux et la cuisine de qualité. Assurément un de mes favoris dans la région

Fabulosos asados, el tartar de atún muy bueno. Carta de vinos de diferentes uvas y DO. Personal muy amable. Tienen una terraza muy chula para tomar copas.

Bonito restaurante con un menú de 17€ sin incluir bebida ni café.

Delicious meal, great mountain view’s, if it is busy they do not have enough staff to accommodate all guests, we waited a long time just to order more drinks, and we had to walk to the server each time to get his attention. We will pay a visit again when is less busy. As food experience goes it was great, we had the tuna tartare, pumpkin sorrentinos, as appetizers and orange Duck and baked Hake as main dishes.

Dans un cadre champêtre très belle venta décorée avec goût. Plats délicieux! La rosada servie avec une excellente sauce tartare.

Extremely slow service. When the food arrived, it wasn't well presented or particularly well cooked. Accompaniments very sparce too and virtual inedible due to being over cooked and swimming in watery oil. Limited dessert choice too - you're OK if you like ice cream. 3rd visit, certainly won't be making a 4th trip

I'm not gonna lie, the place is far from main road. However, it's atmosphere is very much Spanish family like place. You can feel the culture in the building and with every dish, and they can cook. I've taken an grilled octopus. I had octopus in Portugal and I enjoyed it, yet still I was scared what is Spanish octopus. I was afraid its gonna be chewy or gamy but not it was crispy and delicate. Duck and ox entrecote looked delicious, portions look skimpy but they feel you up pretty well. I really recommend this place for the family vibe and delicious food.

No sé si han cambiado de cocinero/a, si compran la carne en otro sitio.pero la calidad ha bajado muchísimo (aunque el precio sigue igual). He ido en varias ocasiones con la familia. 22€ por un solomillo de buey insípido, seco y soltando agua acompañado de verduras con sabor a vinagre y brocoli amedio hacer. EDITO TRAS LA RESPUESTA DE VENTA GRACIA. No digan que estoy mintiendo sólo porque ponga una crítica negativa, pedimos dos solomillos y los dos distaban mucho de una carne bien echa y sabrosa.la guarnición de verduras no estaba bien cocinada. Eramos tres adultos, una niña pequeña y una persona mayor en silla de ruedas, por si insinúa que soy un perfil falso, si quiere puedo dirigirme en persona, seguro que me reconocerá de otras ocasiones. Llegamos para cenar a las 23: 20, sabiendo que cierran la cocina a las 23: 30.si me entregan la cena a las 23: 50 aprox (cocina ya cerrada) no les voy a devolver los platos, entiendo que usted aquí frente al público ante una crítica negativa diga que por supuesto reabriría la cocina para tenernos satisfechos, pero no se dió así. Comimos, pagamos la cuenta y nos fuimos. Ustedes tienen la oportunidad de demostrar la "estricta calidad" que tienen en cada plato que sirvan sea la hora que sea, cuando lo hagan bien se les reconocerá, pero cuando lo hagan mal también se les dirá, en persona o desde el anonimato. Están ustedes publicitados en internet, expuestos a las críticas buenas y malas. Con su respuesta cuestionando la veracidad de mi experiencia en su restaurante, demuestra la falta de empatía hacia un cliente no satisfecho, así como la mala gestión a la hora de mejorar el servicio. We went here for the first time and were very disappointed. Cocktail bar fab, setting fab, food awful. Pork was fatty and tough as was the beef, such a shame as we loved the setting.

Lugar espectacular, en el medio de la nada, después de subir desde la costa, por una carretera secundaria, te encuentras esta venta, con fácil aparcamiento y con una decoración y estilo magníficos. La comida EXCELENTE, escogimos menú y fue más que suficiente además de bueno. Fuimos recomendados y muy contentos de haberla descubierto

Owned and managed by Carlos Garcia ~ a gastronomic genius formerly starring at Spain's 5 star hotels, Venta Garcia is located in a desert valley reminiscent of venues in Scottsdale, Arizona.

For starters, we ordered the scrumptious Arugula Salad with Burrata Cheese that totally tantalized our taste buds.

Burrata is a cow milk cheese made from mozzarella and cream. The outer casing is solid cheese, while the inside contains rich cream, giving it a palate-friendly soft texture.

Our main course was Venta's claim to fame ~ their "Secret" Iberian Pork.

Iberian "Secret" is a piece that is between the back bacon on the inside of the loin.

It is a meat with a lot of fat infiltrated in its muscular mass, with a white vein that provides an exceptional texture and flavor.

Slow roasted over lime wood, the flavor was out of this world!

Both of us blessed with a HUGE portion of "Secret" accompanied by locally grown mashed potatoes and wood fired fresh vegetables, we literally had no room for dessert.

Please ask Carlos for a glass of his favorite red wine that has a strong nasal scent and slips down the throat like a polished ruby.

Had an amazing time. The staff were lovely, food was delicious and the atmosphere was lively, yet felt private and cosy.

It's worth bookmarking this swanky Spanish restaurant for the summer months, when you can take advantage of its very nice terrace. At other times, Venta Garcia serves punchy but beautiful-looking dishes to beautiful people who are happy to pay top dollar for pleasurable plates, like the starter the we shared of millefeuille of goat cheese, foie and caramelized green apple, not forgetting the chef's welcome amuse-bouche of beetroot and salmorejo that really was something uniquely delicious.

Followed by our main course of food that simply was outstanding, that concluded with yummy sweet indulgence.

This restaurant meets all my expectations; delicious food, reasonable price, fantastic location and great ambience. The staff was professional and friendly.

The food was delicious and with good ingredientes. It also came out very fast.

The food was very good at a very reasonable price. The setting is really beautiful and cosy. The views from the inside of the restaurant were amazing. First we had some drinks outside. The cocktails were tasteful and served by a very kind man. But then we went inside for dinner and there the service was very unfriendly and impolite. Never a kind word nor gesture. Not even a friendly goodbye after we had dinner with 5. If it wasn't for this service we would definitely come back and recommend this restaurant to our friends and family.

Un descubrimiento, espectacular restaurante. Súper agradable, de los sitios con historia que te recuerdan donde estás. Preciosa decoración, lugar imponente con toda la sierra delante y el mar al fondo. Servicio exquisito y comida muy sabrosa, deliciosa y con ese punto de sofisticación suficiente para no traicionar los sabores auténticos.

Un gran restaurante, ya con solera y fama reconocida en la Costa del Sol. Camino de Casares en un lugar idílico para recrearse con el paisaje y la buena gastronomia. Platos muy ricos y variados deliciosos postres caseros. Espacio y servicio impecable y personal amable.

Absolutely adore Venta Garcia. We have been going for many years, since we lived in the area and my father found them in the Good Food Guide. Unfortunately we had to move back to the UK but this is still one of our favourite places to visit whenever we are in the area and cannot recommend them enough. Visit and you will not be disappointed!

La comida espectacular! Los dueños muy amables y siempre atentos a todo! Hay tres ambientes, la terraza muy coqueta y sirven unos coqueteles espectaculares, amplio y fácil aparcamiento. El precio corresponde con todo lo que ofrece. Me ha encantado! Seguro volveré.

Situado en la tierra del padre de la "Patria Andaluza", Casares, a unos minutos tanto accediendo por la autopista de la Costa del Sol como de la autovía, se encuentra esta original venta rediseñada en la que destaca la luz, el blanco de sus paredes y las vistas a la montaña, donde el buen trato de su personal, lo autóctono de su clientela británica-andaluza, residente en la Costa del Sol y su esmerada cocina lo hacen no solo recomendable sino de visita obligada si está en sus alrededores. Dispone de espacio para aparcamiento, salones interiores además de terraza y patio exterior.

Es un lugar genial, nosotros vamos siempre con nuestras perrita y siempre estamos bien con un buen servicio, la comida es deliciosa además de que te invita de nuevo a volver. Recomendadisimo

Hemos tardado mucho en comer, hemos sido once personas, la cantidad de los platos muy escueta, la lubina que he tomado reseca, hemos estado casi tres cuartos de hora esperando y no han puesto ni unas aceitunas para la espera, hemos tenido que coger el pan y ponerle aceite para hacer tiempo.

Casa de montaña con adaptación para restaurante que ha quedado muy bien, tiene como varias zona incluyendo una fuera y la parte de detrás se ve más el monte. Las vistas están muy bien.
La carta es comida tradicional pero con toque moderno, estaba todo rico. La atención fue muy buena, son muy amables.
El precio está bien, aunque quizás un poco elevado para poner servilletas de papel. En cualquier caso se come bien.

Absolutely amazing food and attention to detail. At lunchtime the price is so amazing too (Menu del Dia) and the quality is as perfect at lunchtime as at nighttime, (one almost feels guilty getting such quality food for that lunchtime price). It is my favourite place in that area, we have been going there for years, and will continue to do so if someone will only cancel that stupid brexit so we can get on with our lives again!

Ha cambiado de equipo, con lo que ha ganado en amabilidad pero ha perdido en la calidad de la comida. Deben mejorar la cocina o bajar los precios, ahora mismo son altos para el nivel que ofrecen.
