Vinimos con nuestro gato enfermo sin cita previa y nos atendieron muy amablemente y rápidamente. 'Feli' recibió un trato excelente y detallado y se le brindó una gran ayuda. Estamos muy contentos de haber estado siempre informados sobre el estado de nuestro gato y de haber recibido excelentes consejos. Entre otras cosas, nos ha dado la sensación de que siempre tenemos una persona de contacto que está dispuesta a ayudarnos de la mejor manera posible. Estamos agradecidos de haber encontrado un gran equipo veterinario.

Vine aquí debido a las buenas calificaciones en map :( Si pudiera retroceder el tiempo, nunca habría pasado el día más triste de mi vida. Q.D.E.D., mi mejor amigo, tenías solo 3 años, nadie podrá entender esta angustia. El día que la trajeron a nuestra familia, tenía un problema en la piel, pero no había necesidad de que muriera desangrada. La cebada salió, necesitaba un empujón del veterinario para llegar al ascensor, parecía tener mucho dolor y no podía caminar correctamente, pensamos. Fue debido a la anestesia que murió 3 horas después en un veterinario de emergencia las 24 horas. Todavía no entiendo por qué se desangró del estómago debido a una simple biopsia de nariz que costó poco menos de 500 €. Es tan triste y traumático, mi hermosa niña akita, mamá. siempre te amare solo queriamos la verdad nada mas nos mata no saber que paso alli dentro ya que ella era parte de nuestra familia una pregunta para vetpoint Por que mi perrita enfermo de sangre en su clinica?Y por que pudo ¿No beber agua cuando vinimos a recogerla? PORQUE CUANDO TUS ÓRGANOS SE APAGAN NO PUEDES BEBER AGUA SUS ÓRGANOS YA SE ESTABAN APAGANDO CUANDO vine a RECOGERLA SABÍAS QUE SE ESTABA MURIENDO ANTES DE ENVIARLA A CASA ¿QUÉ OTRA RAZÓN LO HARÍA? ¿¿ESTÁ ENFERMA DE SANGRE? POR LO QUE LE DISTE LA TIRO EL VIEN LA MATÓ O HAY OTRA EXPLICACIÓN POR QUÉ MURIÓ DE SANGRACIÓN AL SALIR DE SU CLÍNICA?

Desde que acudimos a Vetpoint a tratar los problemas de ansiedad y vejez de nuestro perro, la situación ha mejorado mucho, y finalmente estamos siguiendo las pautas y cuidados que necesita nuestro peludo. Son unos tremendos profesionales, y estamos profundamente agradecidos con el equipo de profesionales que tiene la clínica

Tenga cuidado con este veterinario, mataron a mi perro y ni siquiera admitirán su error. Estoy asqueado por la corrupción que he visto aquí. ¡Más intreded en dinero y cubriendo sus propios traseros! Lo dejaré así ya que mi último comentario fue eliminado debido a que la clínica lo reportó como discurso de odio.

Estábamos de vacaciones cerca de Sotogrande y nuestra perra Mila se enfermó. Nos permitieron venir inmediatamente y nos recibieron tan bien que pudimos dejar a nuestro perro en la clínica con la conciencia tranquila. Gran comunicación, trato cariñoso, muy buena relación precio-rendimiento y un gran equipo. Ojalá Nelly también pudiera ser nuestra veterinaria en Alemania.

Vetpoint ha cambiado la vida de nuestro bulldog francés. Su piel estaba tan mal y estaba tan infeliz y deteriorándose que no sabíamos qué hacer, habíamos ido a otros veterinarios pero ellos realmente no sabían qué hacer. Conseguimos cita en Vetpoint y vaya que estuvieron una hora y media mirándole la piel y viendo las diferentes opciones que podían darle para dejarla perfecta. Nelly nos dijo exactamente qué hacer en casa con las pastillas y bañarla y el viaje que tomará para mejorarla y tres días después es como un perro diferente, como un cachorro otra vez y no podemos agradecer lo suficiente a Vetpoint y Nelly, son simplemente increíbles y los recomendaré a todos los que conozco. ¡Gracias!

We travelled here from Canada with our dogs and sought treatment for our oldest who has many health issues. From initial (immediate) contact online, to arrange an appointment before we travelled to the actual visit we are beyond impressed. The Vet, Nellie (apologies if misspelled) is a credit to her profession. We came for a specific issue but she gave a holistic assessment of our pet that revealed he may have been misdiagnosed by our long term Vet at home. Nellie inspired confidence and immediately impressed us with her knowledge; the most impressive is that she explained everything. She asked the questions our own Vet never asked. We only wish we had received this kind of care from our own Vet. Reasonable fees too. We already LOVE this clinic. We and our Yorkie boys are very thankful that we found this amazing clinic.

Hemos tenido que acudir a este centro estando de vacaciones y el trato ha sido exquisito. Totalmente recomendable!

Viajamos aquí desde Canadá con nuestros perros y buscamos tratamiento para nuestro hijo mayor, que tiene muchos problemas de salud. Desde el contacto inicial (inmediato) en línea, hasta concertar una cita antes de viajar hasta la visita real, estamos más que impresionados. La veterinaria, Nellie (disculpas si está mal escrita) es un crédito para su profesión. Vinimos por un problema específico, pero ella hizo una evaluación holística de nuestra mascota que reveló que nuestro veterinario a largo plazo en casa pudo haberlo diagnosticado erróneamente. Nellie inspiró confianza e inmediatamente nos impresionó con su conocimiento; Lo más impresionante es que ella explicó todo. Ella hizo las preguntas que nuestro propio veterinario nunca hizo. Ojalá hubiéramos recibido este tipo de atención por parte de nuestro propio veterinario. Tarifas razonables también. Ya AMAMOS esta clínica. Nosotros y nuestros hijos Yorkie estamos muy agradecidos de haber encontrado esta increíble clínica.

Clinica con un trato inmejorable. Una urgencia a 1200km de casa y la gran suerte de haberos encontrado… un 10 a la profesionalidad y a la atención en todo (trato humano y perruno) … y me ha sorprendido gratamente como enviáis los informes y las imágenes. Desde luego que ya hemos encontrado la clínica veterinaria perfecta en la Costa del Sol. Sois un claro ejemplo de gente que hace las cosas por vocación. Muchas gracias️

Best Vet around the area.
Years ago my first dog was having some sort of allergy that manifest on his ears and previous vet I was didnt manage to help him. When brought to Vetpoint his hypoallergy reaction has been more under control.

My second dog (puppy) was sick last week.
Vetpoint is well equiped and the staffs are so well prepared.
Staright away found out what was wrong with my puppy he ended up hospitalized  on Vetpoint he needed proper care. There was a 50/50 chances he won't make it but he is now out recovering at home.
They looked after him so well, and kept me up to date with how he was. Even now that he is home recovering they wanted me to keep them updated on how he is doing to make sure that he recovers properly.
I highly recommend them.

Highly recommend Nelly and her team. I took my dog to her as an emergency, I called the out of hours line and she did a basic triage and then told me to bring her in. She operated on her the same day and has provided thorough care and follow up. My dog LOVES Nelly and is more than happy to go into the vet at any time to see her.

Me acerqué a visitar la clínica para comprar comida a mi perro un martes a las 11.20 y me encontré el establecimiento cerrado a pesar de estar en "horario de apertura". Las marcas que tienen se ven buenas, una pena no haber podido comprar por falta de gestión.

Nelly and her team are amazing! She fixed both of my dogs after not a single vet in Portugal could do it. Nobody wanted to clean the teeth of my 11 year old terrier and not only did Nelly do an amazing job but she gave him a Hollywood smile! Several vets told me my 7 year old chihuahua was allergic to food for the last 4 years and in just 2 visits to Nelly she detected my chihuahua has Pancreatic disease and saved her life. I will be forever grateful to Nelly and her team.

Nelly is fantastic, she really cares about the animals she cares for. Over the last few years she has saved two of my dogs and one of my cats, who were seriously sick. She also provides routine care at a fair price and great grooming facility.

Amazing! The best Vet ever! Thank you so much Nelly! Fantastic vet, we found a little stray cat that was about to die, with leukemia, anemia, parasites, wounds on the paws, and he is recovering now (he even gained nearly 1kg since!), doing really well, she just saved his life. So much care and attention. She tried every possible things to save him! That is the only place I will ever take my pets to! Thank again a million! You guys rock!

Nelly is one of the most caring vets we have ever met, she provided us with an exceptional service and at a reasonable cost and went out of her way to make sure that our cat was in good health and capable of travelling back with us to Uk

She speaks good English was able to explain to us clearly what treatment was required

. I would highly recommend Vetpoint Sotogrande to anyone needing veterinary services on the Costa Del Sol.

We came to bring a dog that we found, they helped with finding the owner but were very reluctant and worried that we would leave the dog we found with them.
Seemed a bit strange that a veterinary clinic was not ready to take the "obligation" to care about a found dog.
So we had to wait till the owner came.
The place is looking nice and people are pleasant
