VILLA ADELAIDA

For the second time we stayed in this lovely and comfortable house in februari and hope to come back again. Angelina and José think of every small detail to make your stay memorable. We loved the garden with all the citrus fruits and avocado and flowers. Breakfast outside, lying in the sun beside the swimming pool (tempting but to cold in feb). 10 minute walk to the centre of Orgiva, plenty of opportunities to lunch or dine (Baraka mmmm!) In the evenings we needed the fire place. Every room has an electric heater. It is rare to find a house so complete. Angelina and José thank you for your warm welcome!

Antonio en la distancia, y Angelina y Jose presencialmente, nos atendieron como si fuéramos su familia.poco más que decir, salvo que además la casa es una delicia.
Perfectamente equipada y una experiencia maravillosa.
Repetiremos seguro.

Estuvimos pasando una semana en villa Adelaida en el mes de junio, tengo que decir que la villa se encuentra situada en un punto estratégico para poder visitar todos los pueblos de la Alpujarra y también muy cerca de Granada, lo cual es muy importante.
En cuanto la villa tengo que decir que está muy bien equipada, tiene una cocina amplia y con todo lo necesario, no le falta de nada. (frigorífico, cocina, horno, lavaplatos, microondas, mucha cubertería, etc.).
Las habitaciones son amplias y con armarios en todas ellas, consta también de dos baños completos y un aseo.
En el exterior tiene una piscina excepcional y muy cuidada, también tiene una zona en el exterior para poder comer y cenar, muy bonita.
Todo esto esta completado por un garaje que caben dos coches grandes, lo cual es de agradecer.
En cuanto el recibimiento y las atenciones por parte de los padres de Antonio ha sido excepcional. Estando antentos a nuestras peticiones en todo momento, y un par de veces por la semana, estuvieron regando el jardín y limpiando la piscina.
En definitiva hemos pasado una semana en villa Adelaida EXCEPCIONAL.

Casa rural impresionante, no le falta detalle, acogedora para estar mucho tiempo y poder disfrutarla. Tanto o más que su dueña, increíble. Hay que ir para saber y beberse los sentidos en plena naturaleza.

Warmest welcome, excellent facilities, well equipped and in beautiful gardens with a fabulous pool. On the edge of town an easy stroll to bars, restaurants and shops.

We have just come back from our stay at Villa Adelaida in Orgiva, and it has been perfect. We arrived at the Villa, very easy to get to from main motorway, and was greeted by our wonderful hosts Angelina and Jose, owners of the property which, you will notice, tend their villa and mature gardens lovingly. They are so kind and helpful, they supplied us with jam, oranges and some of their artisan wine which is absolute wonderful! We ended up buying quite a few bottles after tasting it. The house has everything you need, fully equipped, new appliances, juicer, coffee machine, anything you need it’s there. The pool is large and the gardens are so pretty with mature fruit trees, loved spending time there admiring the beautiful scenery and visiting wildlife. The rooms have comfortable beds, they’re bright and airy and they all have fans to keep you cool. My kids enjoyed the TV room especially after a full day in the pool. All in all it has been a holiday to remember and can’t wait to go again. Huge thanks again to Angelina and Jose for their kindness, hospitality, wine, fruit and oregano and to Antonio for making everything possible.

After a wonderful 4 weeks on the coast by Malaga, we arrived at the villa 13 March. We entered the lockdown the next day. Our original plans were for a flight from Malaga 6 April, instead we stayed until 11May due to several flight cancellations and travel restrictions. Finally able to taxi to Madrid and flew direct to USA and eventually to Casper, Wyoming 13 May.

The villa is everything you could desire for a short or long term stay. The entire site was better than any place we have stayed on our many worldwide trips for 25 years. The house and garden are lovely, modern, and very comfortable, The area is quiet and safe, but close enough for supplies. We were able to use the pool once the temperature rose- very nice along with the wonderful fruit.

Our host, Angelina and Antonio were most gracious and accommodating. Their assistance for our travel plans was invaluable. We so appreciate their understanding and allowing us to remain in the most desirable place on earth for a quarantine. The experience was great, especially since it snowed at our Wyoming home 6 May!

Our 2nd stay here and we simply love it! The house is beautifully renovated and we loved the newly refurbished TV room upstairs which came in handy on a couple of rainy nights. The highlight is the stunning gardens and pool which are beautifully maintained by the delightful Angelina and Jose. All topped off by stunning views of the surrounding mountains. There are plenty of bars and restaurants in Orgiva and one of our favourites El Recreo is literally 5 minutes walk away (good tapas and stunning views). Antonio is great for all the communications and Angelina and Jose are lovely people. We could never tire of visiting our little Orgivian paradise and definitely hope to return.

Hemos pasado una estancia genial en esta casa, tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar y lo mas destacado son sus dueños Antonio y Angelina que a nuestra llegada que fue tarde, pensaron en que no tendríamos pan para el almuerzo y nos lo compraron, también naranjas para zumo y como no vibo de su cosecha. Gracias de todo corazón por vuestras atenciones. Os la recomiendo.

Home away from home. This was the feeling we got when we stayed in this fine spanish house. The host’s made us feel so welcome. And of cause the fantastic garden with lemon trees and a super nice pool made the stay perfect.

We had a wonderful week at Villa Adelaida. Antonio and his parents couldn’t have been more welcoming. The villa has everything you need and the pool and gardens are truly beautiful. We would definitely recommend a holiday in this fabulous location.

We have been to this villa for the last two years and have already booked for next year. It is the most delightful place with excellent amenities and only ten minutes walk away from the centre of Orgiva where there are excellent restaurants. The villa is fully equipped and the gardens and pool make the place complete. From the warmest of welcomes to your final day you will enjoy every moment of your stay at Villa Adelaina. Highly recommended.

Traditional Spanish Villa set in a wonderful private garden, providing an oasis of calm in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada. Superbly equipped with fast WiFi/satellite TV and Netflix, lots of space to wander or just relax by the pool. Great base to enjoy this area of traditional real Spain, and meet the lovely hosts, José and Angelina who made us so welcome. Will be back - soon we hope!
