Hola,

Experiencia catastrófica, mienten. Cuando llegamos alquilamos 6 habitaciones y 10 camas y solo teníamos 8. nos mostraron una habitación en el garaje lejos de todos con hedor.

Es más, cuando llegamos no hubo check-in para reportar muebles dañados, y cuando salimos nos hicieron pagar lo que ya estaba dañado con nuestra fianza. Se quedaron con más de 500€ por una silla y una lámpara ya rota antes de nuestra llegada.

Ninguna amabilidad, ninguna comprensión por su parte, no recomiendo ViVi y sus servicios. ¡A HUIR!

Nuestra estadía en Vivi Homes - Higuerón (11 días) no fue del todo agradable. Al principio fue muy confuso que mas de una persona nos contactara para preguntar lo mismo. Cuando llegábamos al departamento? Aunque ya habíamos indicado que llegamos después de las 16:00 horas. Llegar antes significaba pagar 25€ adicionales.
Llegamos y nos dimos con la grata sorpresa que nos habían dejado una botella de vino y una de agua.
Lamentablemente el departamento lo entregaron sucio. Reclamamos y vinieron disque a limpiarlo. Limpiaron lo que les dio la gana. Reclamamos de nuevo y nos querían cobrar por limpiarlo de nuevo.
Una lastima que no se preocuparan como debe de ser por la limpieza del departamento. Mas encima si uno paga por ello. El departamento esta ubicado en una zona no comercial. Sin Auto es un poco difícil acceder a el. Las cocheras del departamento están super bien ubicadas.
El departamento solo cuenta con un tv y esta en la sala. Las habitaciones solo cuentan con cortinas tipo Black out. No hay cortinas de tul, osea si abres las cortinas el vecino te puede ver desde el balcón.
En el departamento hay pececillos de plata. Bueno, no solo en el departamento también en el sótano.
No, no volvemos a ViviHomes.

Vi vi home es una empresa joven que no ofrece ningún nivel de servicio en caso de problema. Reservamos un apartamento en Mijas para 10 días en noviembre. Llegamos tarde y pudimos escuchar golpes debajo de nosotros, pero no fue hasta la mañana siguiente que nos dimos cuenta de que el problema era de una familia que alquila a largo plazo 2 pisos debajo de nosotros. El apartamento era increíble y la vista era fantástica, pero era imposible relajarse o estar en la propiedad. Nos pusimos en contacto con VIVI de inmediato y nos encontramos con agresión y defensa. Viví conocía a la familia y tenía todos sus datos de contacto, por lo que obviamente este ha sido un problema continuo. Le enviamos un correo electrónico a vivi antes de salir del Reino Unido para preguntar sobre el ruido debido a la construcción en el área y nos respondieron que el ruido no sería un problema. Desafortunadamente para nosotros, 4 niños menores de 10 años gritando, peleando y pateando constantemente una pelota de fútbol en la pared de nuestro edificio antes y después de la escuela y durante todo el fin de semana no era tolerable para un día festivo. Terminamos adelantando nuestro vuelo, momento en el que Vivi cambió de táctica y dijo que nos habrían trasladado y que ahora era nuestra decisión irnos. De ninguna manera fue nuestra elección, ya que Vivi nos obligó a irnos al no manejar correctamente la situación. Nadie vino a vernos y desde que regresamos al Reino Unido hemos ignorado todos los correos electrónicos solicitando un reembolso y nos hemos quedado sin dinero. No hubo reseñas para este apartamento en su sitio web y no nos han dado la oportunidad de dejar una para advertir a otras personas sobre esta terrible experiencia. Aconsejaría no utilizar esta empresa.

Tuve una estadía agradable durante mis vacaciones y el departamento era hermoso, definitivamente regresaré. Equipo servicial y excelente servicio al cliente.

Realmente disfrutamos la semana pasada. El alojamiento estaba equipado con todas las comodidades. Era incluso mejor de lo que parecía en las fotos. La vista desde la terraza también era genial. En definitiva, recomendamos ViVi Homes. Comunicación y servicio todo fue perfecto.

¡Hermosa casa y un excelente servicio! ¡La gente te da la sensación de que eres una celebridad!

Vivi-homes is the #1 company in Spain in my opinion to rent your vacation/short term homes!

The houses always look beautiful and clean.

Other than the fact that their houses are great, it is the only company I have seen a spain that takes such good care of their customers.

The communication is great, everyone who works at the company is fluent in English. This makes it easy to communicate with them.

I recommend everyone to only rent your homes from Vivi-homes from now on!

This is a venue just near the Beach in a town of Torremolinas close to Malaga. A flat is big and really well designed. It gives a possibility for maximum five to six guests to live there. It is albo close to the Airport witch is very convinient. I would reccomend it to all that want to rest and have an unforgetable experience in the Southern Spain.

We stayed for a week at the Vivi Homes (Sunrise Apartment) and the experience can't have been better! The apartment is equipped with absolutely everything one might need for a comfortable stay. The living room is spacious and has the perfect amount of sunlight during the day. The bedrooms are really comfortable and cozy.

The location is also amazing - close to the beach and the local train stop, thanks to which we could be at the airport or Malaga center very fast.

I can totally recommend the Sunrise Apartment for anyone looking for a place to stay in Torremolinos.

I recently stayed at Vivi Homes (Sunrise Apartment) for a full week, and I was impressed with my experience. We stayed at the Villa Perla, Where to start? The villa is gorgeous, beautifully designed and decorated. The pool is amazing at all hours of the day and night (excellent star gazing). The facilities in the villa were exceptional. I will surely be going back in the near future.

It was just as pictured, very clean, and very private. I really enjoyed my stay here and think it's a great way to enjoy Marbella from the comfort of a place that feels like home.

Fernando worked with me on an 8 day rental at bambu apartment. He was incredibly professional, responsive, with great communication. Wonderful host. Highly recommended. The apartment was gorgeous and just as described. Very modern. Probably the nicest apartments I have seen in torremolinos. Great amenities too. I plan to visit again.

Beautiful apartment well equipped with everything needed for our stay. Peaceful surroundings with a beautiful view over looking the golf course and sea view. Snacks and drinks were provided on arrival. Fernando at vivi homes was very attentive, helpful and was there at all hours be it day or night, to answer any calls or questions we had. I’d certainly recommend booking through vivi homes and would love to stay in the accommodation again.

Buenas comparto mi experiencia, vivi home no es una empresa transparente, aparte de lo mencionado por dichos clientes, tiene un equipo de limpieza que van despidiendolo antes de terminar el periodo de prueba.
No apoyeis este tipo de empresa gracias.

The ad perfectly matched the house we rented.

We had a 5 star service with Sarah, who accompanied us on WeChat like a real concierge, and who was at our disposal to answer our questions.

This really made a difference, we felt comfortable, and the conversation was personalized.

The only downside is that the deposit + the amount of the reservation is cashed at the time of booking, and is returned more than a week after the end of the rental, this is not really a commercial practice supported outside the European Union, but as it is a prestige rental, we can make an exception.

5 étoiles à Fernando qui à été d une gentillesse et d un accueil chaleureux. Pour ce qui concerne l appartement en question.nous avons opté pour un appartement à Mijas. Il est tout simplement parfait avec une mention spéciale pour le calme et la vie. Si vous cherchez vos prochaines vacances en Espagne, une seule adresse @Vivi Homes @Fernando.

Je passer 9 jours à fuengirola dans un appartement parfaitement équipé, propre, spacieux.

I had a great stay at a lovely apartment. I booked through Airbnb, my host meet me on time and everything was in place on arrival.

I was stupid enough to leave my headphones behind and didn’t realise until I got back home however Sara pulled out all the stops by sending these back to me and providing a tracking number. I will make sure I buy you a drink on my return.

I will definitely be using Vivi Homes for future stays and would recommend to friends and family.

Great company! This is already the fourth time that I booked a accommodation from this company. The service level is very high and the employees are friendly. We had a small problem with the wifi. I called one of the employees and they solved the problem within 10 minutes. If you book ViVi Homes you are guaranteed that you will have a lovely holiday!
