Condena a Webhelp Payment Services España y a una de sus jefas por una “clara” situación de acoso laboral o mobbing a una trabajadora a raíz de que esta fue madre. Patético.

Webhelp y la directiva defendieron en el juicio que no había ningún tipo de acoso, calificando la relación laboral como “normal”, con una “una amistad y confianza que permitía los insultos mutuos”. AVISO A NAVEGANTES: No os metáis aqui.

Entreprise discriminatoire, qui fait du harcèlement moral pour me pousser à la démission lorsque j'ai annoncé ma paternité (4 mois ici en Espagne). Réduction de salaire, non paiement du salaire (avec beaucoup de retard), micro-management déplorable toujours par la répression avec prise de sanctions. Aucun conseil et aucune aide apportée. Entreprise à fuir.

Good team spirit, however be careful they're no telling you the true on the job adverts! They talked about a long time contract when it's not, they talk about benefits where there are none, they talk about lunch, breakfast but there is nothing. When you guys don't have benefits don't say you have. And don't make people move from far away to end up doing basic cold calling for a misery salary. Lack of transparency is not 2020! I
If you got a job there please check twice what are the real conditions!

I think that Webhelp El Pinillo stands out from the competition by both a good balance of providing great services to its customers and thinking human. In the office, the ambiance is nice, people are good (and good workers), managers are skilled, administration is available.

Disappointing. Don"t hold up their end of the contract. Not worth my time.
