Después de una experiencia horrenda y una gran decepción con otra empresa de alquiler de coches (Centauro), nos dirigimos personalmente a Yellow Car al no haber podido encontrar una alternativa adecuada en línea. Como no teníamos reserva, estábamos nerviosos por no poder acomodarnos con tan poca antelación, pero afortunadamente nos recibió la joven más servicial, atenta y muy inteligente: Inés Pedrido. Ella mostró una gran empatía con nuestra situación y, si bien fue honesta acerca de la disponibilidad limitada debido a la alta demanda, hizo todo lo que pudo para ayudarnos. Durante nuestro registro, ella tuvo que contestar una llamada y hablaba alemán con fluidez, además de español y un hermoso inglés. Al final, obtuvimos un automóvil perfecto para nuestra estadía y las instrucciones más detalladas, incluido el procedimiento de entrega. Como se suponía que nos recogerían en el aeropuerto a nuestra llegada, pero no lo hicimos, ella registró nuestro regreso en el aeropuerto para máxima comodidad. Sus instrucciones fueron tan específicas que cuando conduje hasta el aeropuerto, ni siquiera tuve que consultar un mapa, sino que llegué sin problemas al punto de entrega siguiendo sus instrucciones. El caballero de la oficina fue igual de servicial y educado y nos dejó en la sala de embarque. En general, estamos muy impresionados con el servicio que recibimos y solo usaremos Yellow Car para todas nuestras visitas futuras. ¡MUY RECOMENDABLE!

Yellow Car were totally brilliant. We had looked around and theirs was the best price, particularly having regard to the zero-excess insurance (already included in the rental price). We rented a Fiat 500 convertible and had a brilliant few days on our holiday, and when we returned the car, one of the Yellow Car team dropped us at the door of departures. Great communication and easy collection/pickup throughout. We’re so grateful and will definitely use their service again in the future. Thanks to you all!

I travel to Marbella quite often and I have not used any other car rental but Yellow Car, for more than 15 years. During this time, I have recommended many other friends who have also become regular and happy users of Yellow Car. Their service is very personalised, flexible and friendly. In addition, they have a great insurance coverage already included in the rental prices. Dont worry about checking for any minor scratches or dents as you do with other companies because Yellow Car will take care of them without spoiling your precious holiday time. I highly recommend this company which is definitely the best value for money!

The service from The Yellow Car staff is first class the rates are extremely reasonable and the Fiat Panda I had for 3 months was a terrific little car and will be booked again on my next trip.

Súper rápido y fácil - reservamos el coche, cuando venimos a recogerlo ya estaba todo preparado, a la vuelta dejamos la llave y ya está. Ninguna espera, ni controles ni nada, ya que el seguro a todo riesgo ya está incluido en el precio muy accesible.

Great car hire. Fully assured car, no discussions, very kind people. And so easy, at arrival just sign the papers and pay, walk 50
meters and the car is there. The same quick service at delivery of the car.

Best car rental experience ever! The guy was actually nice, took his time and didn't even try to charge us for anything extra! I would've hugged him if it wasn't for the global pandemic (by the way he even sanitized my credit card!)

We had a couple of cloudy days on our holiday so we decided to rent a car but didn’t want to have to travel from where we were staying. We found a leaflet for yellowcar in El Barracón tapas restaurant in Elviria and saw they did home delivery of rental cars and we thought this was perfect! The service was great, they delivered the car 30mins after we called up and the price was the best we’d seen in the area. Thank you very much for making it possible for us to explore the Costa Del Sol in your little Fiat Panda!
