Compramos un apartamento en Your Dream Home porque esta empresa nos dijo que se encargarían de toda la renovación (no hay problema, lo hacemos todo el tiempo) hasta ahora no ha pasado nada, meses después ni siquiera tengo un presupuesto. Lo principal es que compramos el apartamento. Todo es pura palabrería y promesas vacías.

¡Fabuloso de tratar! Mucha variedad de propiedades y tenga en cuenta sus necesidades. No podría estar más contento. Primero me reuní con Jennifer, quien fue encantadora y extremadamente servicial. Leanne fue increíble, mostrándonos las propiedades y brindándonos consejos e información sobre el área también. Virginia también fue de gran ayuda después de la compra. Las tres mujeres fueron útiles de principio a fin. Muchas gracias. Esperamos volver a tratar con usted.

1. Sin más evidencia que una foto borrosa de alguna parte plástica del refrigerador, la empresa se apropió de parte de mi depósito. No responde a mi correspondencia.
2. Mi depósito fue retenido ilegalmente - Devolví la casa el 27/07 - Recibí el depósito (no el monto total) el 10/08.3. La descripción del objeto es mentira. La casa tiene 4 baños + un aseo. Dos dormitorios están en el sótano.
4. La propiedad tuvo un problema grave con las hormigas durante toda nuestra estadía.
5. A pesar de que pregunté explícitamente al respecto, apareció un empleado sin avisar, asustó mucho a nuestros niños porque llegó al área de la piscina por una puerta separada.

Cuidado con esta gente, x llamarlos de alguna manera, POCO PROFESIONALES, Y COMO QUE SE CREEN KE LA GENTE ES TONTA, A FALTA DE 10 DIAS ME DICEN KE CANCELAN, MI RESERVA PORQUE EL DUEÑO LO HA RESERVAO TAMBIEN, JAJAJA, DESPUES DE ROGARLE Y CASI LLORARLES ME DIJERON KE IBAN A INTENTAR BUSCARME ALGO TODAVIA ESTOY ESPERANDO, A LA COMERCIAL ELEONORA, VAYA GENTE, TENER MUCHO CUIDAO SI RESERVAIS CON ELLOS, MIRA, LO K TE PUEDE PASAR

We have just purchased our first holiday home and we used Your Dream Home. I contacted them at the start of our journey and enquired about all the necessary steps to purchase a place abroad and they were brilliant from start to finish. We dealt with Laura through the majority of the process, we even went to A place in the sun at Birmingham NEC and met up with Laura and her team to discuss things further. Laura is brilliant and was very patient with us as we had a lot of questions. As and when we saw a place we liked the look of, we emailed it straight over to Laura who compiled a list of our criteria. We flew over to Spain in February 2023 for a week, Laura recommended a couple of hotels to stay in. Then we were greeted with Maria who picked us up from the hotel, an absolute star she was. She took us round the area's we had been looking at. We went to see about 12-15 properties over 3 days and on the last day we found our dream holiday home. Maria and Laura helped us in the right direction with the Spanish lawyers/ notary's/ acquiring our NIE numbers/ bank accounts etc and this really put us at ease because as we were doing this for the first time, it was quite daunting as you don't want to miss anything out. Completion took around 8 weeks which is fast. All in all, Great service, always kept us informed every step of the way. I will be using Your dream home again when we get our next property abroad.

Acabamos de comprar nuestra primera casa de vacaciones y usamos Your Dream Home. Los contacté al comienzo de nuestro viaje y les pregunté sobre todos los pasos necesarios para comprar un lugar en el extranjero y fueron geniales de principio a fin. Tratamos con Laura durante la mayor parte del proceso, incluso fuimos a A place in the sun en Birmingham NEC y nos reunimos con Laura y su equipo para discutir las cosas más a fondo. Laura es brillante y fue muy paciente con nosotros ya que teníamos muchas preguntas. Cada vez que veíamos un lugar que nos gustaba, se lo enviábamos por correo electrónico directamente a Laura, quien compiló una lista de nuestros criterios. Volamos a España en febrero de 2023 durante una semana, Laura nos recomendó un par de hoteles para hospedarnos. Luego nos recibió María, quien nos recogió en el hotel, una estrella absoluta que era. Nos llevó por la zona que habíamos estado mirando. Fuimos a ver unas 12-15 propiedades durante 3 días y el último día encontramos la casa de vacaciones de nuestros sueños. María y Laura nos ayudaron en la dirección correcta con los abogados españoles, notarios, adquiriendo nuestros números de NIE, cuentas bancarias, etc. No quiero perderme nada. La finalización tomó alrededor de 8 semanas, lo cual es rápido. En general, un gran servicio, siempre nos mantuvo informados en cada paso del camino. Volveré a usar la casa de sus sueños cuando tengamos nuestra próxima propiedad en el extranjero.

Recently purchased a property through Your dream home. We dealt with Chris who was fabulous. Not only did he take time to show us relevant properties that we were interested in but he took us the areas and showed us bars, restaurants, shops to enable us to have a full picture of the area we would be holidaying in. At no time we did we feel any pressure into buying and the experience was definitely a straight forward process. Would definitely recommend dealing with Chris and this company. Estuvimos hospedados a comienzos del pasado septiembre en un apartamento en Los Pacos de esta inmobiliaria Your Dream Home, que mentían directamente en la descripción de Airbnb diciendo que la lavadora estaba incluida en la cocina.
Llegamos al apartamento y no hay lavadora, sólo en un cuarto de lavadoras comunitario.
Lo vergonzoso es que quisimos comunicar nuestra queja y mandamos un correo, al que esta gente no reaccionó en ningún momento.
Muy lamentable.

Not reliable, not professional. I am not happy with their service as a buyer in Costa Del Sol! They have kept illegally my reservation money of €6000, for one year. They are cheat and not trustworthy. Never use this company as there are so many other reliable property agents in Costa Del Sol.

Muy complicado que te confirmen la reserva que he transferido a su cuenta. No contestan correos, te dicen que te devuelven la llamada y nada. Espero que no tengamos problemas cuando lleguemos al apartamento en 2 semanas.

Fuyez à toute vitesse, Louise l'agent immobilier charmante mais une fois que vous avez signé vous oublie totalement. Je n'ai même pas pu visiter l'appartement une seconde fois. Madame était trop occupée et d'autres personnes soit disant voulaient également réserver (j'ai appris plus tard à mes dépends que cet appartement était en vente depuis plus de 8 mois insalubre avec d'énormes travaux à réaliser. Vous êtes pris au piège, vous faîtes confiance. A la signature chez le notaire elle m'a conseillée un entrepreneur, grossière erreur encore une fois il m'a demandé de verser 60% des travaux n'a même pas fait le 10éme du travail et est parti en me laissant dans les gravats sans fenêtre, sans porte. J'ai perdu beaucoup d'argent ne faîtes pas comme moi c'est trop dur!

Not happy with these as they don’t reply to e mails and don’t return phone calls. They have left us wandering what is going on as their communication skills are poor. I have tried to be patient and polite and yet they are not being professional in their customer service skills. I would welcome a call from the managing director to discuss a good way forward?

Been waiting for a refund for 9 days now. Constantly fobbed off by Tracey who tells you every day that the money has been transferred. Pathetic service, the worst I have ever had. Do not book with this company, absolute cowboy service, cannot believe a word that they say.

We booked a year in advance because we were coming from 3 different countries and 4 generations to live in the villa we reserved.we had ordered a catering service for the villa and celebrated the 50th anniversary of my parents.we had carefully chosen the villa as a few did work from home other family andhad a toddler. Se wanted for all to have their own facilities separately from the main house.we were really happy to find such accommodation. The day before arrival we will be informed that the villa is not available.you can imagine what panic I had because I was responsible for it.of course, we no longer got at that price a kind of villa with a separate wing where the child could be at peace and the other had peace of mind at work. We had to choose from a few options that were nowhere near as fancy and practical as our booked villa.we decided to take the villa and the family with children went to the hotel which was a taxi ride away as all the nearby hotels were booked.vacation was ok but nothing like we planned. It was not nice to be separated. We were not able to cook breakfast together and before dinner the family with baby had to go back so they could put The baby to sleep.
They promised us a refund in September and we still haven’t received it.they stopped responding to messages after using all possible explanations why the refund doesn't appear in our account

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Zoe at your dream home for making buying my dream property in Spain a joy. Zoe really listened to what I was looking for and showed me some amazing properties over the 2 day period. She was fiendly, professional and very knowledgeable on the area and the process. I never felt pressured and she made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Zoe found my perfect property and has been there to answer any of my questions every step of the way through the buying process and beyond. Claire and Tracey have also been very lovely and helpful too. I am now spending my first weekend in our new apartment and couldn't be happier. Thank you Zoe and team X

We purchased our property from Your Dream Home and as part of the sale agreement there were areas of responsibility by Your Dream Home There was many items that should have been pointed out to us on viewing / buying the property: -
- Dampness in Cupboards
- Canopies not operational
- Rear Door entries not secure
- Unsafe Electrics

The above is just a few of the issues, therefore, a very bad experience and costly experience in relation to our purchase. No-one wants to accept any or part responsibility and I just feel as though the shutters have been pulled down on the whole experience and any communication from me is just being ignored and not acknowledged.

When purchasing from a Company, check everything works and if all the windows and doors are open then close them and use your nose.

Chris Clarke has name like Superman and that’s exactly what he is! We were lucky when decided to let him be our adviser when searching for our dream place. He not only helped us to find amazing place for very good value but stayed with us even after the deal was signed. He spent his weekend with us to show us the best furniture shops and when our 15-year-old boiler refused to cooperate, he just sat to his car and came to replace it by himself. Thanks to him and his Your Dream Home colleagues we can rest assured that even if we are not in Spain personally, there is someone whom we can fully trust and who will help us to solve any issues if needed.

Excellent company, I have never met a more friendly and knowledgeable bunch. Definitely recommend them for property purchase or rentals!

Although other things are occupying our attention I feel the need to put on record my appreciation for the effort and skill in selling my property in a very short space in time by Zoe Garcia. Having used yourdreamhomes in the past I had no hesitation in using you again. What I did not expect was the huge effort Zoe put into selling the property. In a very trying situation for me with the loss of my wife Zoe's enthusiasm was infectious.as was her positive nature.
In a relatively short period of time she had a number of viewings always conducted by yourdreamhomes staff in a very professional manner. She soon had an offer which I accepted and sale was completed within five months.

Your Dream Home team is very professional and experienced in the real estate market in Benalmádena/Fuengirola area. They are responsive and have a customer focus mindset. Priority is to make sure they meet customer/tenant requirements which is challenging as there is no one size fits all. We definitely can recommend them for rental management.

Made an appointment to see a property for sale, they emailed me the morning of the appt to confirm. When I turn up ' Oh the one you've come for is sold, why don't you browse our book of other properties. When I find one in the book it turns out that one is already sold too! Have they actually got anything on their books that is available to buy? Complete waste of time!

Dreadful experience, largely due to fact that the agent (I can’t even remember her name) didn’t listen to a word I said prior to us meeting, and spent our entire day viewing unsuitable properties, none of which were what I asked for, and the rest of the time telling me how bad this agency and that agency are. A complete waster of my time and extremely unprofessional.

Time wasters. I inquired about a property, arranged to go to the office, and then go to view the property, but it wasn't actually available.

I purchased my property through this company and I couldn't be more pleased. Not only did they find the property but they have contacts for renovations, banking, lawyers (which are highly reputable), Rental agents and even helping with Spanish taxes.
I would highly recommend.

Beware. Friendly to your face but not to be trusted. Unprofessional. I certainly would not recommend this company and wish that I had spoken to other people, as I have now, before dealing with them. If you find a property which they are selling, check and check again. They do not have your interests at heart only their own.
