Tuve una cita con Cheryl la semana pasada porque tenía problemas con los hombros. Mientras estuve ahí aproveché para hacerme un poco de reflexología, me pareció relajante y muy interesante con los resultados. El masaje en sí señaló las partes de mi espalda y hombros que más necesitaban atención. He tenido mucho tratamiento en mis hombros a lo largo de los años y este fue, con mucho, el mejor masaje que he tenido y una semana después, todavía me siento muy bien. Un millón de gracias.

¡Masaje de tejido profundo de primera clase! Alan sabe absolutamente lo que hace, fue cálido, amigable y completamente profesional. Me sentí cómoda desde el momento en que entré y él realmente escuchó mis inquietudes y luego se puso a trabajar en todas mis áreas problemáticas. Nunca es "divertido" tener un masaje de tejido profundo adecuado, pero la interesante charla de Alan me ayudó a distraerme del proceso. Volveré cada vez que vuelva a Mojácar. Cheryl has been fabulous in diagnosing the route cause and working with me to fix it. Initially she carries out an assessment working through any physical imbalances and then gets to work on you! An extremely proficient experience; after 10 visits with very little progress, Cheryl (not wanting to take my money) advised me to consult my doctor, also offering to accompany me, knowing that anything medical causes me more stress.
My diagnosis was atrophy which physiotherapy will not help, only lifetime medication and NO ALCOHOL.

I had a sports therapy session as I was training for an Ironman at the time. I was offered excellent advice and a very thorough deep muscle massage that really hit every sore point within my body that really benefitted my aching body.

Having been suffering with knee pain and associated chronic inflammation for several months, coupled with sciatic pain, I visited Cheryl for some advice and relief treatment. She is very knowledgeable and works intuitively and was able to establish where the pain was originating from. Cheryl worked on the area which resulted in a dramatic decrease in the swelling and advised on appropriate aftercare. Since that initial appointment 8 months ago, I have visited Cheryl on several occasions for relief of my chronic inflammation. She always goes the extra mile and really cares about your wellbeing. I would highly recommend Zen Body Mind Cycle. I go to Cheryl regularly for a sports massage. I am 61, did my first Triathlon when I was 60. Being physically fit is very important to me. I have to make sure I catch any niggles and strains before they stop me exercising. At my age recovering takes time and then I lose fitness. So much better to go regularly to Cheryl who keeps me well and on best form. I can then go cycling with Alan and Lewis who are endlessly patient and help me build my fitness. What a great service and lovely people.

Alan and Lewis helped me with new tyres, cycle shoes and pedals. Great advice followed by great products at a great price. Totally happy with the service I received and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend - thanks guys!

I have several tendon and muscular issues as a result of reconstructive surgery which requires regular manipulation to keep everything supple and free moving and was so pleased to find Cheryl & Alan at Zen Body, having moved here from the UK and in need of a new therapist. They are professional, knowledgable and highly skilled in looking after my very delicate and easily compromised upper body.
