Aqualand El Arenal

Finales de septiembre - 1/4 de las atracciones cerradas, selección de restaurantes limitada y comida de muy baja calidad (estuvimos 2 días malos por intoxicación alimentaria después de haber comido allí), controlores adolescentes que dudo puedan rescatar a alguien en caso de necesidad. Muy decepcionada.

Estábamos escépticos debido a las reseñas en Google, pero al final ¡tuvimos un gran día! ¡Tuvimos mucha suerte de no esperar en las colas de las atracciones! Para no pagar el aparcamiento hay un metro gratuito a 500 metros (al otro lado de la carretera principal) las taquillas cuestan 6 euros (con un depósito de 5 euros) como la mayoría de los parques y el catering es níquel muy buenas hamburguesas con precios como todo parque de diversiones, es posible planificar tu merienda para pagar menos!

Parque con pocos toboganes, muchos toboganes cerrados y piscina también. El precio del billete es demasiado caro para lo que es. Hay que pagar por todo, comida cara, tumbona de pago y taquilla también… Además venden fundas para móviles para meterse en el agua (16€) compramos una pensando que podríamos llevárnosla a los toboganes pero sorpresa, no lo eres. Está permitido llevar el teléfono a los toboganes, hay que dejarlo en taquillas de madera que no estén cerradas con llave. Estuvimos 3 horas al día a 89€ por 2 sin comer solo la entrada al parque, la taquilla y el casco. Sigue tu camino.

El personal muy poco agradable, no te explicaban nada a caso que preguntases, nos hicimos daño a causa de eso ya que no nos explicó como acomodarnos en el flotador y al llegar al agua volcamos ya que nos teníamos que agarrar de una manera específica que no nos facilitó la persona que estaba ahí además que nos subimos y ya le dió al botón sin dejar tiempo para nada…También cabe destacar que era el último día abierto y había muchos establecimientos y baños cerrados, solamente había uno abierto de comida y poco más. Por lo demás todo bien, no diría que es el mejor parque acuático ya que llegar al nivel de el Siam Park es difícil de superar.

La atracción del embudo es MUY PELIGROS.deberían quitarla! Yo me hice un daño brutal a la espalda

Hemos pasado un buen día. Como todos los parques comida cara y mala, hamacas caras…pero estamos de vacaciones

Las cosas duran 1h fácil y si quieres aprovechar el día al máximo tienes que pagar el fast pass que son otros 18 € parte de la entrada te cobran asta por respirar (parquing, taquillas, hamacas…etc) y la seguridad de las taquillas es nula
Mucho mejor opción hidropark o western park

Muy lindo, mucha diversión lo único en contra es que el piso al estar mojado es muy resbaladizo en algunas partes

No le puedo poner mas estrellas debido al horario. Ya que pagas 30€/persona debería estar mas tiempo abierto. Ya que entre cola i cola se te pasa mas de medio dia. Aparte Pondria una zona habitada para comer, bancos con mesas. Ya que hay poco para ir a comer y caro. La zona jacuzzi deja k desear. La atracción del remolino se podría sustituir. Creo k el dia k fuimos nada mas nos tiramos mi sobrina y yo, un desastre total. A pesar de tirarnos como nos indicaron, nos hicimos daño i en la piscina casi nos ahogamos i sin ayuda salimos. Por lo demss estupendo.

Just one regular pool to swim, everything else is for kids and slider's.lockers are very hard to open.and there were very little rings for regular pass people.there are no changing rooms, you have to change your clothes in toilet cabinets

Nice family waterpark.
More rides with inflatable so don't get to wet.
Beware, biggest water park in Majorca, meaning alot of walking and majority of rides up lots of stairs.
Needs cleaning and updating tho
No need to queue as end of season. Staff friendly enough

Majority of food is around €15 some with drink some without.

Muy caro, pocas y viejas atracciones de las cuales varias cerradas, sucio y oxidado. Para un parque en estas condiciones y más en temporada baja me parece un precio excesivo 30€… +5 de taquilla… y si no sabes + 5€ de parking… abusivo! Arreglarlo o bajar tarifas por favor!

Última semana de apertura, 5 atracciones cerradas. En la piscina infantiles gresites diminutos por todas partes! Socorristas corriendo por todos lados y las pocas medidas que pueden implantar para prevenir el contagio de la covid 19, se las pasan por el arco del triunfo cuando llega la hora de cerrar y te hacen pasar si o si por el pasillo de los retratos. En embudo bestial! En el que todo el mundo se para a buscar su foto y el 80% de estos, lo hacen sin mascarilla, dado que han estado todo el día disfrutando sin ella, es normal que no se acuerden de ponerla, lo que no es normal es que el establecimiento no ponga medidas para que no suceda.

Por Covid algunas atracciones estaban cerradas: (Pero por otra parte, habia muy poca gente, casi sin colas. Perfecto en este sentido!

Good waterpark with a decent amount of fun slides. There is something for most ages. We went with a baby in 38 degree heat but we're able to cool off in the young children's pool - which is very cool and refreshing- and in the shade. I've heard waiting time for rides can be long during "normal" times but during the Covid period the wait has been minimal for most rides which is brilliant.

El parque está muy bien pero roban mucho. No hay seguridad y es necesario comprar taquilla incluso para meter la ropa porque no es de fiar el lugar.

After paying £180.00 for 2 adults and a 4 year old most of the slides were glossed. The food and refreshments very expensive and the toilets untidy and dirty. Won't recommend it to anyone. Also had to pay for lockers and sun lounger, very disappointed.

Encantador divertidíssimo atracciones flipante lo malo son las colas recomiendo la pulsera vip sin cola así puedes disfrutar mucho más y que se lleve comida que ay los valores son elevados

Extra costs for many things like for example locker which should be included. Make sure that the weather is nice becouse in our case they close at 3pm becouse of storm

Parque giro mas muito mal arranjado, jardins por cuidar, atrações fechadas, sem cor e a precisar de renovar. Funcionários mal encarados. Relação preço qualidade pessima.

Lo que menos me gusta es que menosprecien a la gente y que sí pagas el soborno de cola no haces tanta cola me parece fatal. Debería de estar prohibido, Y algunas estructuras de atracciones están podridas, ésto sí que es imperdonable que las autoridades no hagan nada sobre esto.

Compared to other waterparks I have been to I can’t believe this is the best thing Mallorca has to offer. Bear in mind you have to pay for everything (parking, lockers, hammocks, etc). If you can bring your own food because there was only one restaurant and it only offered overpriced pizzas and salads. The staff at this restaurant was very unfriendly. The lifeguards were always flirting with each other and not paying attention to customers. After 2 hours we got bored and decided to leave and go to the beach.

Me and my partner came here today and was very disappointed. It’s the end of season and the park doesn’t shut for a few more days but there were rides and a wave machine that were closed. We paid full price which was €25 each. We then had an additional cost of €5 for the car park and €5 for the locker which is ridiculous! If you wanted a seat, it was also €4! The car park and seats should be included in the price especially at a low season. I can understand at a very busy time. The lockers should be €1 not €5!

The food was average and extremely expensive! Hamburger with chips was €12 and a small Coca Cola was €3.90. Me and partner decided to spilt the meal.

On the Rapids ride, I fell out of the raft so had to climb off to the side and get help. I noticed on the way up that people were falling out of the raft but the staff were still sending people down the ride, causing a collision. It could have been very dangerous!

I would not recommend and think it’s a waste of money and a rip off. It’s worth €15 per ticket max.

Terrible place, do not go here, everything is very scummy and aged, sunbeds are not included in the ridiculous price they are extra to rent also the lockers are 10 euros to use and you only get 5 euros back, 3 of the best rides are closed and have been for months, the advertisement is made to make the rides look big and exciting but they were small and boring, they staff are not helpful with refunds they wanted no part of it and refused to help, no one speaks proper English, not a place for children or adults, my anger
And disappointment for this place is unexplainable

Had to purchase a pair of swimming shorts as I tore mine when I got to the changing rooms I noticed they was defective. So I returned to the gift shop and asked for a new pair. They was very reluctant and tried to insinuate I had damaged them. So had to show her that the tags was still on and still she wasn't happy with changing them. So.i just went and grabbed a pair and showed her I had them and checked them over before leaving not very pleasant place

A really great day out. Something different and a lot of fun. Went at the end of September and the park was fairly quiet and the queues for the slides were fast moving. Great experience.

Está como siempre, había dos atracciones cerradas, imagino que por ser septiembre. Pillamos buen día, pues al ser septiembre hay poca gente y aunque el agua estaba fría, el sol calentaba. Hay mucha zona de césped para poder comer y descansar. Todo muy caro en el interior

The rides here are very fun and staff are really friendly.the best rides to go for is king cobra. Crazy race. Banzai and rapids.the only reason why I'm giving this a three stars is the management is very poor as they charge you for sun beds and literally extortionate you in food items. Apart from these two things.this would have been a five star!

Very fun water park! Although the banzai is by the far the best slide there hands down, the kobra is second. It's a bit of a pricey to enter but if there's a group of you you can goto a local supermarket and get vouchers to reduce the cost (group of 4 is needed). The food counter is over priced but is well needed, you can get dehydrated quickly, especially if it's hot (you can take your own food and snacks in also). The souvenir shop has barely anything. There are ladies around the park forcibly requesting to take your photos even if you decline, and when they do it's €10 per photo! And they lost the one we actually wanted to purchase!
The wave pool is a bit of a letdown.
There may be a language barrier with some of the staff as some are not fluent in English (but it's not really an issue).
You have to rent the sun loungers and you can purchase lockers for your valuables.
It's a fun day out all in all, definitely worth a visit.
