En general decepcionante, la habitación olía a desagües abiertos. Cuando se informó que hicieron algo que lo mejoró por un corto período, pero regresó. Nos ofrecieron otra habitación, pero por un coste de 80 € por las 2 noches restantes, que tomamos porque la habitación era mucho mejor y era una mejora. Lamentablemente, durante la mudanza dejé una camisa en la habitación original, pero no me di cuenta hasta que desempaqué cuando regresé a casa. Envié un correo electrónico al hotel pero no obtuve respuesta hasta el momento.

Sólo fuimos a su restaurante, no éramos invitados.
La parte del restaurante fue perfecta. Comimos deliciosa comida italiana. Servicio rápido y amigable.

Nuestra habitación era un poco pequeña pero tenía todo lo que necesitábamos, con una vista increíble. El aire acondicionado funcionaba bien y nuestra habitación estaba impecablemente limpia. Gran desayuno con un ambiente relajado.

Comimos en el restaurante adjunto al hotel. El personal super agradable y la pizza se hizo especialmente de acuerdo con nuestros deseos, que también era muy sabrosa.

¡Este fue el hotel más lindo! Nos lo pasamos muy bien, el personal fue muy amable. ¡El desayuno gratis fue increíble, y la hora feliz que tienen para los huéspedes solo fue 11/10! La azotea es lo mejor, es donde estaba la hora feliz:) volveríamos.

Enrique (camarero) en el restaurante es muy poco profesional y debería ser despedido de su trabajo. No tiene respeto por los clientes y no tiene ninguna empatía en este negocio, se aseguró de hacer que nuestro viaje fuera miserable.
Aparte de eso, no hay estacionamiento, debe recorrer 1 o 2 km para estacionar, pero esa no es la preocupación, ya que está en el lugar principal. Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas (en el momento en que ingresas terminan), así que si estás planeando una estadía más larga, definitivamente lo recomendaré.

Todo el resto del personal es agradable y muy educado, excepto Enrique, que es una persona horrible.

Apareció para una pizza compartida, esperó 45 minutos, la pizza se veía bien cuando finalmente llegó, pero estaba cruda y simplemente la dejó.

Pizzas espectaculares, recomendable pizza Formentor si te gusta mucho el queso. Muy grandes, comen dos con ellas

Muy bueno el hotel, gran ubicación en el puerto de pollensa, habitación magnífica con vistas al mar. El desayuno muy completo. Repetiremos!

Disappointing and outdated.
Our room was tiny, noisy and really smelled!
On top of that the walls are paper thin and the light from the hallway shines into the room all night through big cracks around the door.
The only positive thing is the very friendly staff and the location right by the harbour.
Needless to say I'd never stay here again.

Great cycling friendly hotel, very relaxed and welcoming staff. Housekeeping were really excellent and efficient. Bike storage room on the ground floor made renting bikes really easy.

Accueil agréable. Chambre propre, et bien équipée.
Le petit-déjeuner est complet.
La literie est confortable. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Je recommande.

Fantastic value hotel - really clean rooms and comfy beds. Free breakfast included which was lovely and a fantastic quiet food sun terrace with great views of the port. Sometimes you could hear other people coming back to the room but this is the same for many hotels. Would definitely stay again!

We actually didn't stay at this hotel.although it appeared very nice.we shared half a pizza each (as they were huge) between ourselves TWICE in a week.they were that nice.the pizzeria underneath the hotel was superb

Our room is very small and basic. The decor cost less than $50. The bathroom is tiny. I have had to learn how to get in and shut the door. You have to shut the door to get to the toilet and shower. Be careful approaching the toilet. There is a door stop right where you would put your foot. If it were not high tourist season it would not be such a good value. But we are in a tourist destination.

The hotel is quite ok. The room is spacious and the breakfast good. A bit noisy but close to the beach.

Compact room in a very good location in the centre near marina. Room spotless and comfortable bed. Breakfast lovely and lots of it. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and I'd definitely stay here again. They couldn't do enough for you. It was like staying with friends.

Super Preis Leistungsverhältnis mit Klasse Frühstück. Die Zimmer sind Recht klein aber der Ausblick zum Meer echt Klasse.

Für den Preis super, wer ein "günstiges" Zimmer an der Promenade möchte mit gutem Frühstück. Sekt zum Frühstück inklusive.

Für 122 Euro das Doppelzimmer mit Frühstück an diesem tollen/teurem Ort zu empfehlen, insbesondere für Radfahrer.

Wir haben hier 2 Tage nach dem GR221 verbracht um uns etwas zu erholen.

Service sehr freundlich.

Had a great 6 nights end May. Good breakfasts, great pasta. Great location. Great cycling facilities. Asun & Ausgustin at the front desk were extremely helpful with recommendations. Made Mallorca one of my best cycling trips ever.

Tenía reservada habitación individual y me dieron una doble con balcón. La habitación es un poco pequeña en comparación a otros hoteles, pero está bastante nueva. La cama, es bastante cómoda. El baño pequeño pero cumple. El personal del hotel es muy atento y amable. En especial una chica que trabaja en el restaurante. El hotel también es un buen restaurante italiano a precio competitivo

Brilliant! I could not have wished for a better room. Thank you for the lovely upgrade. The breakfast had a great variety and I loved the little local corner. Beautiful designed and spotless clean spaces.

Decepcionante, habitacion sucia (pelos por todas partes y sabanas manchadas), habitacion pequeña y sin balcon.

Exquisito. Pasta de elaboración propia y pizzas excelentes. Precios muy buenos. Situación excelente con terraza muy agradable. Muy recomendable.

Family stayed here and were so impressed with the friendly and helpful staff they would definitely stay again and highly recommend

Sorry Hotel Eolo. Staff great but hotel reaĺly noisy. Noisy lift. Noisy doors. Noisy rooms. Impossible to get a good nights sleep. And romance? Forget about it. No double beds. 2 single beds slide around on floor. Headboard loose from the wall. Bang bang bang. You get the idea. Nice place for 2 deaf monks or priests to spend the night. That's about it.

Muy buena ubicacion, todo el personal muy amable, buenas vistas desde la terraza del ultimo piso, dejan toallas de playa en recepción, y te dejan ducharte en una habitación después de hacer el check out si quieres aprovechar la playa el día que te vas.

Lovely hotel with a fantastic view from the roof terrace. Very friendly & helpful staff. Only downside very noisy old lift & noisy doors in the rooms.

Smart looking beach front boutique hotel. Amazing location right near peurto pollensa beaches and amazing restaurants.

Cozy hotel in a great location. My room smelled moldy so I got another one right away. The elevetor is not at all up to date, but works, I recommend the stairs however. Cleanliness is not perfekt but alright, the bathrooms are quite stylish.
The breakfast is the hotel's party piece. Huge variety, high quality, beautiful restaurant/breakfast room. I'd stay there any time again.
