He estado montando bicicleta durante unos 20 años y realmente he recorrido toda la gama de equipos para bicicletas, desde productos económicos hasta productos de alta gama. Andrómeda es algo de primer nivel. Me hice vegano hace varios años y es muy difícil encontrar productos de calidad que tengan buena resistencia a la abrasión, ya que los textiles tienden a desprenderse fácilmente. El equipo de Andrómeda tiene clasificación AAA, que es lo mejor que existe, y su protector de espalda es probablemente uno de los insertos más prometedores que he visto en todos mis años. Es más grande y cubre muy bien los omóplatos y la parte inferior de la columna sin molestias. Terminé con la chaqueta cafe racer y los guantes cortos, y son geniales. Necesitarán un poco de adaptación, como ocurre con la mayoría de las cosas, pero será realmente agradable y les inspirará confianza desde el principio. Definitivamente obtendremos más equipo.

Ah, y el envío desde España al estado de Washington fue increíblemente rápido. ¡Literalmente menos de cinco días!

Compre la chaqueta con proteccion AAA y es impresionante, literal no mejoraria nada porque creo que no se puede, los guantes por otra parte tambien son una pasada, me equivoque de talla y me lo cambiaron sin problemas.

Fantastic quality! I'm ecstatic to find vegan motorcycle gear that isn't a compromise between protection and avoiding skinning an animal

I was really excited to get my Apollo Gloves. I found them a bit bulky, although that could be because it's hard to know how tight to measure my hands as a new rider. Compared to the Alpinestars gloves my boyfriend gave me, they feel a lot chunkier.

On top of that, they somehow were scratched before I used them? I had them in my suitcase and some of the vegan leather on the knuckles was scuffed. I have no clue how that happened because that was before I started riding with them.

The materials and construction are all great. But I worry about the protection when they are so easily scuffed.

Fantastic product and fantastic customer care team. I have purchased both Apollo and meteor gloves, and I could not be happier with the quality. The customer care team also went above and beyond several times to assist with any questions/concerns I had before and after placing my order.

Edit: (I forgot to add.) if you’re looking for vegan motorcycle gear then stop searching and place your order. You will save a ton of time and end up with a better product from Andromeda Moto (vegan or not).

El servicio de atención al cliente es perfecto.
Tuve que devolver los guantes debido al tamaño y solo me tomó unas pocas horas cerrar mi caso. Los guantes de nueva talla están en camino y todo perfecto.
Si tiene que devolver algo, recuerde: la empresa está ubicada en España, por lo que el cliente paga los gastos de envío si el cliente necesita devolver algo o cambiar algo en tamaño.

No tengo absolutamente ningún problema con esta política porque cometí el error en primer lugar:).
Considerándolo todo, estoy contento con mis productos y espero nuevos productos.

Podría haber tomado algunas horas, luego tendría mi etiqueta de devolución y el asunto estaría resuelto.

Debido a que la sede de la empresa está en España, los gastos de envío de la devolución corren a cargo del cliente, por favor, tenlo en cuenta.

I bought a pair of the Andromeda Meteor loves online from the US, and I am quite satisfied. The shipment is on-time as estimated, the quality of the glove is great, and they even send me a different size for me to figure out which size fits me the best with no extra shipping cost.
The gloves are comfortable and durable. I love them and enjoy riding with them.

Meteor Winter Gloves are fantastic, I bought a size larger than usual so I can fit a pair of polypro liner gloves underneath to make them a little warmer. Everything about these gloves is high quality, the fit matched the measuring chart perfectly and the protection is top notch, with Kevlar lining and great quality sliders all over the glove.
I hope Andromeda can expand their range of gloves to include a super light mesh summer glove and extra thick winter gloves. I found the Meteor Winter gloves were still a little too cold for temperatures below 10 deg. Celsius on their own but they should be fine if you also install handlebar muffs. There’s definitely a gap in the market for vegan gloves that are warm enough for those sub 10 deg.winter months.

I purchased a pair of the Meteor gloves, which fit me perfectly - there's a handy sizing chart that shows how to measure your hand and find the right fit. They were a little bit stiff at first, but within a couple of hours of wearing loosened up and are incredibly comfortable to wear.

They do not feel like any amount of protection was sacrificed, and they are an excellent balance of complete protection and breathable, lightweight Summer gloves. The material is lightweight and breathable, but not breezy, so even on recent rides in warm weather, my hands stayed cool and dry, despite not being able to feel the wind through them.

There is often a struggle to find protective gear that isn't made with leather, and I'm thrilled that Andromeda makes such excellent quality gear that is cruelty free.

Love my gloves. Have 3 pair now! The comet gloves are pretty true to size — I normally wear an XL and the XL fits nicely. I also ordered 2XL in the comet because some people had said sizing might be a bit on the small, but they are a bit big. No qualms with that though, I use a pair of warm mittens underneath in the colder weather and they fill out nicely. Glad to have both pairs! Lol. Also have the meteor winter gloves, and they’re fantastically made. Those you do want to size up 1 size from your usual. Anyway, great products, really fast shipping and a great customer service all around from this company.

De momento los he utilizado dos veces y el resultado es satisfactorio. Se ve y se nota un buen acabado y diseño. Al principio parecen un poco rígidos, pero en poco tiempo se van adaptando y bien. Son los de verano y el rango de temperatura cuando los utilizé fue entre 11 y 18 grados. A la temperatura más baja se notaba un poco de fresco (normal para guantes de verano). No se si a temperaturas de pleno verano de 20/30 grados o más serán muy calurosos, ya se verá. Contento con la compra y posiblemente más adelante me plantee adquirir los de invierno.

The NearX suit is my second purchase from Andromeda and I have to say, very impressed. The fit and quality of the product is fantastic. When I first received it, like traditional leathers, the fit was very tight but it wears in very quickly and by the second or third wear, fits like a glove and is very comfortable. Movement and flexibility is excellent and the body armour is moulded perfectly.
Andromeda apparently keep your pattern for a year which is also very good to know. They were super friendly and easy to deal with as well.
My only comment is they need to sponsor a moto2 or moto3 rider and get some more exposure for their products!

To start this review i d like to say that the delivery was extremely fast. And you can choses 2 sizes an try the one that fits you best. About the gloves: they are very comfortable and the protection is very robust without interfeering with the "mobility" and comfort of the gloves. Very nice product. And most important of all: no animals harmed.

Les compre unos guantes Meteor y me mandaron dos tallas para probarme. Elegí la que mejor se ajusta a mi mano y me permita ir mas cómodo en moto. Tiene unos acabados de grandes marcas y lo mejor es que son 100% veganos. Bueno, pues al contactar con ellos para devolver el par que me quedaba pequeño han decidido regalarmelos. Es un detalle tan grande por una marca, que les seguiré apoyando y comprando en un futuro. El segundo par se lo queda mi novia que por fin tiene sus guantes de calidad y veganos. Muy recomendable.

Quality can’t be better! They are very comfortable and the protection they bring to my hands is amazing. I feel very safe while using them.

The gloves look good, well made and feel solid. They generally fit well but one finger and the thumb are bizarrely long. Long enough you can fold them back over. I haven’t experienced that in any other glove in 30+ years. I used the gloves for 3 days track riding at Portimao. I didn’t crash so can’t comment on protection. They didn’t give me any issues on the bike, despite the weird fingers. Even though these are the summer gloves they are quite thick and do make your hands hotter than leather gloves. They get damp from your sweaty hands and can be more difficult to get on and off, the lining moves about. I will continue to use them as despite the problems mentioned they work ok when riding. They definitely need more development, too thick, warm and fingers aren’t tight.

I can’t express how nice it is to find a pair of “sporty” gloves that are cruelty free. I’ve been searching for years to find the right gloves for my track days that make me feel confident in fit and safety. These gloves are great! I especially like how light they feel. I will be buying more in the future.

The Neowise Jacket is the finest vegan motorcycle jacket money can buy. The European fit looks fantastic, as does the fabric - it’s as close to leather as you could hope for without compromising on AA protection. I am 5’11” with a 92 cm chest and bought the mens S. It fits perfectly through the shoulders and arms, with enough room through the chest for a layer or two. The Comet Gloves are a great everyday pair, very comfortable with great knuckle protection. The service from Andromeda Moto was awesome, and the package arrived to Australia from Spain in 5 business days.
I can’t wait to see the product range grow into riding pants and boots, as I’ll be back for them immediately.

Every aspect of this jacket has been great. Starting with customer service. Andromeda was awesome at keeping in touch, making sure I got my jacket fast and hassle free. The fitment of the jacket is great. It’s very comfortable and breathes well. You can feel the quality in everything. The armor, the material of the jacket, the button snaps and the zipper. The best way to describe it is it’s got some oomph to it lol. It’s one of those jackets you can just feel and know that it’s going to protect you should you need it to. The buttons are not for the weak. They’re a solid snap so you know they’ll last. The zipper is the same way. Overall I couldn’t be any happier with the jacket.

I had been searching high and low for a vegan race suit I could wear confidently at the track. The NearX fits me perfectly, incorporates the latest tech, offers superior protection, and looks incredible. I was able to throw it on and ride immediately after I received it without any break-in period. I zipped up and it was perfect. The materials, design, build, quality – everything is top-notch.

I’m also very happy with the Meteor gloves I got which incorporate all the features I wanted: palm slider, palm cushion, vents, pinky finger bridge, double-stitching. At first, I felt they might be bulkier than my conventional leather gloves but that impression faded entirely after a very short break-in period. Feel for the controls is spot-on now.

Lastly, I have to say: Andromeda impressed me by their professionalism and responsiveness. They were attentive every step of the way to make sure my questions were answered and my measurements were accurate, even spotting some discrepancies and helping me fix them. When the suit was ready, shipping to the USA was very quick (3 days). They also firmly believe in sustainability and I’m stoked they’re around to help mitigate my footprint without compromising on safety or quality. I hope they expand their collection because I will be buying again from this company and recommending them to my peers, friends, and family.

La chaqueta es genial, no la he podido usar en la moto por lesión pero la pongo como una chaqueta casual y es cómoda, abriga, queda genial y no desdice. Se aprecia la alta calidad de materiales y por supuesto vegana!

First, 5 stars for being an awesome vegan company. The neowise jacket seems high quality. The medium fits me well but could use something to tighten around the waist. The moteor gloves seem high quality as well, they feel very safe and fit super well. Although the stitching has already started to come out (less than one month). The comet gloves seemed to be lowest quality and had multiple tares in the fingers, very easily. I definitely recommend and would love to see more gear

Gants extrêmement souples et confortables, ce qui semble être un gros avantage du matériau extérieur (qui n'offrira peut-être pas la même résistance que le cuir si on le maltraite, comme ça a été mon cas apparemment mais il faut croire que je suis tombé sur une mauvaise paire puisqu'elle m'a été remplacée par un SAV vraiment en or). Toute la protection étant assurée par la doublure en kevlar, je sens mes mains en sécurité dans ces gants. Manchettes réglables au poil, aérations, donc a priori tout d'un gant sportif mais sans matière animale (comme l'écrivait Sylvain d'Objectif-Moto "Laissons de côté le débat Végan ou pas végan". N'empêche que c'est bien agréable de ne pas devoir sortir la boîte de cirage ^^). Espérons que des revendeurs se manifesteront pour diffuser ce genre de produit en magasins (surtout qu'il est bien moins hasardeux de l'essayer sur place avant de l'acheter, toutes les marques ne "taillant" pas pareil), produit dont la demande est peut-être (?) relativement réduite mais l'offre au moins autant me semble-t-il. Marché de niche grand ouvert pour Andromeda?

I finally have a source for well-crafted, effective (and gorgeous!) vegan protective gear! I couldn't be happier with my Meteor and Comet gloves. They're just amazing.

La chaqueta supera mis expectativas. Es muy cómoda y las protecciones son de nivel 2 en hombros y codos. La espaldera la encuentro un poco corta, pero en mi caso circulo con chaleco airbag y no me importa. Es genial para el día a día, incluso para una ruta corta. Un plus que la empresa se preocupe por el medioambiente y utilice materiales veganos en sus modelos.

Customer service is good. Questions before purchase which were answered promptly via email. The XL Comet gloves, which is my normal size, turned out to be too big, but I kept them with the intention of using liners in them for winter commuting (temps down to around 30*F). I plan to order a Neowise jacket because I love the look and think it's important to support any company that has a vegan focus, especially one that's not too preachy about it. Review would have been 5 stars if the XL Comets had fit.

Very quick delivery. I was really looking forward to seeing what the jacket was like first hand and was not disappointed. The materials and its construction feel well made.

If I could change one thing, it would be having white stripes around the upper arms. Thought they look cool, shame it didn't make it to the final product.

Overall really happy with it, definitely recommend to anyone.

Thoroughly impressed with everything Andromeda do.

The gloves I bought were too large and I needed to replace them. Unfortunately due to Brexit, they struggle to accept returns so offered me the same again (correct size) for about ¼ of the original price.

Great, speedy delivery, both times. The Jacket is brilliant too. The only gripe I have is more about the product than the company. The leather looking jacket cuffs don't fit snuggly inside the leather looking gloves, which means that they must be worn the other way (gloves inside jacket cuffs), which lets a bit of wind up your sleeve.

I have firstly ordered the Meteor gloves one size too small and was first hesitant to send it back because I worried about having to pay the relatively costly international shipping fee for the return. After I sent it back though, they didn't only not charge me any additional fee for the return, but even refunded me the whole price that I paid for the gloves and the international shipping. That was a welcome surprise.

Overall seems like a great company with amazing customer support and a great set of values. Really worth supporting them for that alone. I have been looking for motorcycle clothing brand that has safety and sustainability as their top priority and I found with Andromeda Moto:) I'm really looking forward to the products they develop next. A vegan urban-style motorcycle boot would be awesome.

It would just be great if they could offer more inexpensive Carbon neutral shipping options. The current one is pretty expensive in my opinion.

La verdad es que esta gente está a otro nivel, no solo por la calidad de lo que venden si no por el trato. Muy muy pocas veces encuentras gente que te ayudan tanto y te resuelven tanto las dudas. El mono es brutal, buenos acabados, buenos materiales y bonito. Responden rapidisimo y el envio igual. Recomiendo al 200%

Ya tengo los Meteor y son los guantes más cómodos y livianos que he llevado. Me parece que los voy a usar bastante esta temporada. El envio genial, muy rapido. Comunicacion con el vendedor estupendo. Habra que repetir.
