Outstanding online customer service. I purchased an item for international delivery to the UK - height of Christmas season and Brexit looming so it wasn't that surprising when the item seemed delayed. The store assured me that I would be fully reimbursed but when I said I'd prefer the original items - a T-shirt and hoodie which I'd been after for years - the store dispatched another set and kept in close contact with me until I confirmed receipt. I'm afraid the first parcel was lost but the store took full responsibility and really it was a pleasure to deal with them. And the items - which I had searched for for years - are just what I wanted. Many many thanks.
