SanSe Holidays gestión de apartamentos turísticos y Tours

Hemos pasado unos días en uno de los Apartamentos y todo ha ido muy bien. La atención, sin duda, lo mejor. Repetiremos sin dudarlo.

Como propietaria, a la hora de elegir la empresa para la gestión, me gustaron las reseñas que leí sobre Borja.

Cuando le conocí en persona, me transmitió algo que valoro mucho, transparencia y confianza.

Me resulta una persona muy cercana, eficaz, comprometida e innovadora.

Espero seguir trabajando con él así por mucho tiempo.

Apartamento Monpas (Playa de Gros)
Queremos dar las gracias a Borja Carriquiri por habernos reservado este estupendo apartamento directamente en la playa de Gros.
Es un apartamento interior, completamente reformado de nuevo, muy moderno y especialmente silencioso. Es perfecto para 2 personas con un salon/cocina grande, baño moderno y dormitorio separado.
Tiene Internet, television, frigorifico grande, microonda, plancha, secador y esta muy bien amueblado, con gusto.
Tambien nos gusto que saliendo de casa hay varios bares para el desayuno (Monpas) o mas tarde para las mejores patadas bravas de San Sebastian, tambien recomendado por Borja, y en la noche hay varias terrazas con mucho ambiente.
Gracias a su contactos tambien nos organizó el parking en el Txofre con un precio especial para los 10 dias de nuestra estancia.

Borja es un crack en todos los aspectos, amable, serio y divertido.

Ofrece rutas de pintxos a sus clientes y otros actividades.

Puedo hablar de Borja tanto como inquilina como propietaria de uno de los apartamentos que gestiona, un 10 en ambos casos. Se encargó de todos los trámites a realizar (y de los que no podía me dio sobradas explicaciones para realizarlos por mi cuenta) para la puesta en marcha del alquiler vacacional de mi apartamento y se encarga de gestionar las visitas muy efizcamente. Profesional serio y un encanto como persona. Gracias Borja!

Un lujo de servicio, la persona responsable de la empresa Borja, ha hecho que pasamos una semana perfecta en uno de sus apartamentos.

En especial he de decir que toda la asistencia en recomendaciones y en hacer todo el esfuerzo posible para que nos sintamos como en casa, dándonos todas las facilidades ha sido la mejor experiencia que hemos obtenido en cualquier apartamento vacacional.

SanSe Holidays son unos verdaderos profesionales, tenía pensado arrendar una vivienda de la forma habitual hasta que encontré esta empresa y me propusieron la opción de convertirla en uso turístico.

Ellos se movilizaron para la gestión de licencias y demás trámites necesarios. Así mismo, en lo que respecta a la rentabilidad, he de indicar que está no tiene nada que ver con la de un alquiler convencional ya que de esta forma gano más y me ahorro todo tipo de preocupaciones relacionadas con el alquiler.

Super recomendable! Borja y Fran son unos super host. Muy atentos a todo, responden rápido y el apartamento es fantástico por ubicación y porqué está totalmente reformado.

Dealing with him had been excellent but unfortunately we then had to cancel due to the Covid situation a couple of weeks before we were due to travel. However Borja very kindly provided a full refund due to the situation even though we did not have a cancellation option. We will definitely stay with him when everything returns to normal! "

Borja is a man of many trades! He was extremely friendly and shared much about his beautiful life in San Sebastián. We thought we have thrown him off by having already gone to one of his pintxo stops but he immediately had a delicious and very local feeling alternative. We were the only ones on the tour and felt very comfortable and WELL FED. He checked in on us throughout our stay and even helped get us lunch reservations at a local sidreria. 10/10!

We had a fantastic time with Borja! He made us feel very welcome and comfortable and took us to the best spots. We have done several food tours in San Sebastián and elsewhere in Spain and our tour with Borja was our favorite! He had a great knowledge of the area and adapted the tour to our tastes, even swapping out one bar that we’d already visited for another so that we could get a new experience. We ate a lot of Pinxtos in San Sebastián but our favorites were the ones that Borja showed us. Borja also helped us with other recommendations for the area and offered to help us with making reservations for the rest of our trip. Borja was extremely friendly and when we return to San Sebastián we are hoping to visit him again!

We had a great afternoon with Borja. He took us to places we would not have known about. Definitely worth doing this before you try the Pinxto’s alone. Delicious food at the restaurants he took us too.

We did a Pintxo tour with Borja. He was awesome and super friendly! Borja was very knowledgeable about the food & drink for our evening out. He was very familiar with the staff at all the bar and restaurants we visited and he had reservations arranged for us at every location. Borja went out of his way to give us other recommendations for our holidays too (including steering us towards a much better beach than Concha). We had a fun night with him; highly recommended!

My husband and I arrived the first day in San Sebastián and aimlessly walked around the many bars finding food and drink and then the next day we decided to take Borja’s tour. Thank god we booked with him as the next day he showed us how to really enjoy the best of San Sebastián’s food, drinks, bars and restaurants. The food was simply divine and always coupled well with a drink. He really knows the best places to go!

Not only is he brilliant with the tour but he’s so lovely and kind and personable which makes it so much mite enjoyable. My two children were meant to be sleeping in their pushchair whilst we had this tour but both of them were awake and he was so good with them which helped us have the best experience.

He helped us with many more recommendations for the trip before and after we met him. After that we really got the full experience of San Sebastián so I’d advise to take the tour as soon as you arrive to San Sebastián.

I highly recommend this tour! One of my favourite ever endings. Thanks again Borja.

We spent a fantastic evening doing an introductory Pintxo tour with our guide Borja.

We loved the tour, all the food and wine was unbelievably delicious, and we would never have known to order them ourselves.

And to top it off, Borja is one of the nicest, most genuine and passionate guides we have ever met. We would highly recommend and would love to do another tour with Borja in the future.

We did a Pinxtos tour of San Sebastián today with Borja, and he showed us some of his favourite dishes. He had excellent local knowledge and spoke English well. Would recommend to anyone wanting to explore the wonderful food of San Sebastián!
