They cancelled our booking for our summer holidays! They don't answer to the phone anymore, this looks like a scam.

They canceled our booking for this summer two weeks after it was made. Do not trust this place.

Me parecen unos impresentables por anular nuestra reserva (varios días tras haber sido confirmada) sin dar ningún tipo de explicación. Es inaceptable

Be careful! This hotel is no longer exist, they changed to another hotel. The passcode didn’t work, they never pick up the phone.

Nos han anulado la reserva de este verano sin dar ninguna explicación ni alternativa. No os fieis de la reserva en booking

Really disappointed in the way they have handled customer communication during the COVID pandemic. From reading other reviews, it seems they have had to cancel a number of bookings last minute, however for me I have been emailing and calling regularly since June to confirm whether they were still open and that my booking (for the end of July) was safe. I had no response at all, despite emailing and calling countless times, and have had to find new accomodation as a result. I appreciate it's a challenging time for the hospitality industry, and I really do hope the staff are all safe, but they should still be informing their customers of what is happening.

Hotel situado en la zona de Ondarreta, a 30 minutos de la zona de bares y restaurantes de la zona antigua de San Sebastián. Muy buenas instalaciones, todo en perfectas condiciones. La cama un diez! Buen precio.

Estuvimos el sábado 5. Fantástico, la recepcionista encantadora, la habitación de 10 sin abalorios justo lo que necesitas, la ducha flipante, y el desayuno increíble. Nos dieron información de todo lo que nos interesaba. Esta será mi casa cada vez que vuelva a Donostia en pareja o con mis hijos como esta vez. Muy recomendable.
