¡¡¡Totalmente poco serio! Llamamos el lunes para preguntar sobre un auto de alquiler, nos dijeron que llamemos el martes por la mañana para confirmarlo. El martes nos dijeron que el coche se puede recoger el miércoles por la mañana. El miércoles por la mañana no tenían coche y nos dijeron que no habíamos entendido bien. Perdimos 2 días de vacaciones porque tuvimos que seguir buscando otro auto. Ni siquiera intentaron arreglar la situación.

Coche limpio, muy agradable y bien mantenido en óptimas condiciones. Absolutamente bien por 60€ al día sin autoservicio.

Alquilar vehículos aquí es tan fácil que uno podría pensar que se encuentra en una zona de bienestar.

Alquilamos un vehículo dos veces durante un día durante nuestra estancia y recibimos de inmediato tanto el coche de 7 plazas con asiento para niños que pedimos como el coche pequeño de última hora. Todo fue genial y relajado.

Nos gustaría volver a alquilar nuestro coche aquí las próximas vacaciones.
Los chicos que lo hacen allí son muy amables y atentos.

Una empresa de alquiler donde puedes alquilar un coche fácilmente los domingos. Devolución sencilla del coche: llave de la caja. El coche está nuevo, limpio y bien cuidado. Cero problemas por ambos lados.recomiendo

Alquiler de automóvil fácil y económico, sencillo, reserve en línea, recoja durante el día, devuélvalo en cualquier momento durante la noche, simplemente deje las llaves en un buzón y estacione afuera de la oficina.

Fuimos allí por la mañana el día que queríamos reservar un automóvil. El señor fue muy amable y pudimos alquilar un coche fácilmente. El pago fue posible con PayPal y se hizo en muy poco tiempo. Buen servicio. Se nos permitió devolver el coche por la noche después de las ocho y media para poder hacer un buen uso de él. Muy recomendable.

Con dos meses de anticipación, había reservado un automóvil a través del sitio web de AB y esta reserva había sido confirmada por correo electrónico. Cuando lo recogí resultó que debería haber recibido un correo electrónico con una confirmación final y no se había enviado. El casero donde tenía que recoger el coche me lo indicó y solo me pudo dar un Dacia por el mismo precio, mientras que yo había reservado un Seat León.

Bom atendimento, entregam e recolhem a viatura no hotel o preço é bom não é necessário caução, a viatura que me entregaram deixava um pouco a desejar na limpeza.

Be aware of them, dangerous cars! Rented a VW Bettel cabriolet for 6 days. The car was very old, high milage in excess of 150000km on a rental, beaten up interior, greasy stearing wheel, smelly all of them. And this is not all, the front right suspension was completely damaged, a danger to drive, at high speed a loud rolling sound probably a bearing or something. Recommend to chose CICAR rental while in Tenerife. New cars and similar pricing.

Nous louons un véhicule pour la seconde fois chez eux. Nous avons eu une réponse rapide à la demande de location, un tarif un peu en dessous de la moyenne des autre loueurs contactés et tout s'est bien passé lors du séjour. Récupération rapide à l'aéroport de TFS, et restitution très simple au parking.

We rented an automated Hyundai i20 in April 2022. Very good value for money! The rental process was very easy. I recommend to call the office after online booking.
The car worked perfect, was very clean and for the drop off we just left the car in the front of the office and left the keys in the key box. Lads from the office are extremely nice and will explain everything you need to know. No deposit required! Highly recommended!

Provider simply canceled the booking and reservation of our car without any reason. We then asked him to let us know about another rental car because we had already bought a ticket for the zoo in S. Cruz and absolutely needed a car, unfortunately there was no response. Therefore, this car rental company is not recommended. Daniele

I have rent twice from here now this week And both time I have got just new vw polo. Cars are amazing and very new and clean. Customer service is excellent.price is really cheap and very good service and really flexible with picking up & returning car. I recommend this place for those who is looking cheap and trustable place to rent in tennerife.

I made a reservation and I received confirmation about a car. I was already on my way to take the car and I noticed that I have received an email that my reservation is canceled because they don’t have any cars. He told me that if I want to book another car tomorrow I should call tomorrow morning in case someone cancel the reservation. The guy didn’t even apologized and he sounds that he doesn’t really care about my problem. I am shocked that that they have such good reviews.

Very good service. Nice clean and almost new Peugeot 308 we rent for one day. They even offered us that they will pick up the car at our hotel so that we did'nt have to walk afterwards. The price was also very reasonable. Unfortunately we were robbed at a panoramic viewpoint on our way to Teide. The thief damaged the windowsystem and stole our cash money out of our bags in the car. We felt really sorry this happened to the car when we bring it back. But they felt more sorry for us and told us not to worry. Want to rent again at this superb company next week but a bit shy now.

Talk about trust. We got ourselves a Fiat 500, clean outside and inside. Definitely the easiest car rental company ever to exist. Delivered the key in the reception at the hotel when finished with the car.
Highly recommend! All included. Nothing hidden.

Easy and fast service, cheap price. I recommend renting a car for a few days and driving around the island, there is plenty of strange nature to see and it's comfy in an air conditioned car.

Great car rental service. Reserved the car on website and got it on arrival, very quickly. The same fast service was when giving it back. No credit card needed and with covering insurance included.
