Aguamar

Hemos estado en este hotel durante 2 días y para nuestra decepción esperábamos mucho más por el coste de la habitación. No hay servicio de limpieza los miércoles y jueves. Las toallas de la piscina nunca se cambian a menos que las lave en su lavadora por 5€. Si decido cocinar en la habitación, ni siquiera se limpian los platos utilizados. Wifi de pago excepto en el hall.Piscina pequeñita respecto a la foto de la reserva.En definitiva, si tuviera que recomendarlo no lo haría.

Tuvimos una estadía corta aquí, la habitación era muy básica y tenía sábanas sucias en el sofá cama/cama, que también son muy incómodas. Al día siguiente, después de que llegamos, una limpiadora entró y comenzó a cambiar todas las fundas del sofá y las sábanas, etc., así que supongo que fue no lo hice antes de llegar allí, luego el personal de limpieza estaba en la habitación todos los días, lo cual me pareció muy extraño ya que tienes cosas personales en la habitación y me puso un poco nervioso al dejar mis cosas allí. Sin embargo, el servicio aquí es muy bueno y el personal servicial es simplemente un Es una pena que las habitaciones y, por supuesto, el servicio de limpieza llegue a diario. No me alojaría de nuevo si soy sincero.

Me quedé aquí durante Navidad y si se hospeda en la habitación 101, tenga mucho cuidado ya que alguien entró a mi habitación a través del balcón, ya que tiene un respiradero, puede trepar por un costado y la puerta del balcón parecía como si hubiera sido abierta. pero me quitaron la maleta y el pasaporte, así que pasé la mayor parte de mis vacaciones intentando conseguir un pasaporte de emergencia y no tenía ropa. Solo advierto a la gente para que no le pase a nadie más, los apartamentos me subieron un piso a una nueva habitación y eso es todo lo que obtuve de ellos. No creo que me alojaría allí de nuevo después de la experiencia.

Es posible que el hotel haya sido construido hace 25 o 30 años y, lamentablemente, se nota. La ubicación es buena, aunque no demasiado cerca de la playa, tiendas cercanas. La habitación es bastante grande, incluso puedes dormir en la cama supletoria, lo cual es una palabra importante.

Entonces el relleno es retro, a cambio es un hotel más barato en una ubicación relativamente buena.

La comida, sin embargo, es bastante pobre. El desayuno sólo está disponible a partir de las 8:30, la selección es modesta pero aceptable. Muesli, cereal, leche, cacao o ninguno o a veces hay algún cereal, pero no muy bueno.

La cena, sin embargo, no merece ni siquiera tres estrellas. Muchas veces no hay sopa, un tipo de pan, un postre, 4 o 5 tipos de plato principal, no son grandes cosas. Además, aquí solo abre de 19:00 a 21:00.

Si lo sabemos con antelación probablemente no paguemos, hay muchos restaurantes en la zona, por 15 euros puedes comer lo que quieras. Las bebidas en el hotel también se pagan aparte.

El personal es agradable.

El hotel estaba bien por su precio, pero los hay mucho mejores.

Acabamos de regresar de Aguamar y pasamos la Navidad para el cumpleaños de mi esposo el día de Navidad. Los apartamentos son básicos pero lo suficientemente cómodos.los limpiadores realmente limpios son muy amables y trabajadores, el personal de recepción es amable y servicial.mi esposo recibió una botella y 2 vasos en su día de cumpleaños.un toque encantador.gracias xx

Acabo de regresar de una estancia de 10 días. Si entras con los ojos abiertos es una experiencia realmente genial. Sí, no hay aire acondicionado y solo ventiladores de techo en las habitaciones, pero saber que esto iba a entrar significaba que estábamos bien con esto. Cada interacción que tuve con los recepcionistas fue fantástica: extremadamente amables y felices de ayudar. Todos los miembros del personal que conocí fueron amables y saludaron. La piscina y el lado de la piscina estaban limpios (nuevamente sabíamos que las tumbonas se colocaban y se volvían a colocar a una hora determinada, así que estábamos de acuerdo con esto). Nuestro apartamento estaba limpio y tenía una gran vista. Gracias por unas estupendas vacaciones.

Me sentí robado. El apartamento no se parecía en nada a lo que se muestra en las fotos, muy viejo, antihigiénico, camas muy incómodas, no había aire acondicionado por lo que era imposible dormir a 30 grados dentro de la habitación. Comida horrible! Cucarachas en el almuerzo cucarachas en la cena cucarachas en las habitaciones… HORRIBLE! No hay excusas ni arrepentimientos posibles, ¡devuélvele el dinero a los clientes engañados! ¡Cierre urgentemente este negocio fraudulento de desinfestación de cucarachas, por la salud y el bienestar de todos!

Mi familia (2 adultos y 2 adolescentes) se alojó aquí durante el verano. En general, tuvimos una estancia estupenda y volveremos. El hotel estaba muy limpio y todo el personal fue muy amable, incluido el socorrista, que fue muy grosero. Cerca de la playa, Siam Park, Monkey Park, supermercados, etc. Puede reservar todas las atracciones en la recepción principal y, para algunas atracciones, se proporciona un autobús que lo recogerá y lo traerá de regreso, lo cual es útil. No hay aire acondicionado en las habitaciones, aparte de un ventilador en el techo, puedes alquilar una unidad de aire acondicionado si lo solicitas en recepción. Nuestra habitación estaba totalmente equipada para la semana, la limpiaban a diario y cambiaban las toallas a diario. La piscina abre a las 10: 00 y cierra entre las 5 y las 6: 30. La comida era buena en el bar de la piscina, aunque un poco cara para algunas cosas. En general, tuvimos una estancia estupenda y estamos deseando volver.

No hay aire acondicionado, la piscina se puede usar después de las 10 am, cuando ya está llena, no queda lugar y el personal no es profesional. Me decepcionó.

Spent 7 days at aguamar, very clean apartment, spacious with a great shower, really quiet location, there's no loud music from the hotel at poolside which makes for a lovely relaxing holiday, short distance from restaurants there's many to choose from, sunbeds available from around 10am 3€ a day for a soft cushion, discounted if you pay for a week, only downside is if you have a late flight your out for 12, there's no shower room available this would need to be addressed.

No room to use to shower if you had a late flight. Paid to keep room on but you have to be out by 4pm. Reception told me 4: 30 should be fine. Cleaners stormed the room at 4pm despite the fact I was getting dressed. They acted inappropriately throwing things towards the bin in front of my 5 year old daughter. Beds are very uncomfortable too!

Experiencia pésima, piscina llena de niños, ruidos.si quieres relajarte es el peor sitio, me llego un balonazo a la cabeza, informe al socorrista el cual le dijo que pararan e inmediatamente siguieron dando los mismo balonazos.pésimo servicio

Too many cockroaches, couldn’t sleep. The staff was nice about it but I can’t stay there. Every 10 mins new cockroach would appear.

Stayed for 7 days in a 6 person apartment at half board. Nice and clean pool and terrace, definitely quieter in January but chucked you out at 5.30pm even when the sun was hot.

Breakfast was nice with good selection but dinners could be hit or miss. Food was dry, but there was still a lot of options without much repetition and themed nights were fun.

Apartment just like the photos, quite plain and dated but did the job. Good kitchen facilities if you did self catering. Cleaning times were a bit late and cleaners were there when we would usually come back to the apartment around 5-6pm.

Our main concern was the bathroom which was not shown on photos, sliding saloon doors with no lock and about 1ft of space underneath, let's say you could definitely hear and smell everyone's business! It was truly a bonding experience for us

All in all, location was great, chill atmosphere and nice staff.

Our stay at Aguamar started out nice, until we were swarmed with cockroaches. As soon as the lights were turned off, the cockroaches started appearing from every crack inside the apartment. They were literally everywhere. After this horrible experience we left, and asked for a refund due to not being able to sleep. They agreed to only refund half of the price I payed. It's been one week now, and they haven't contacted me about my refund.

Completely ruined my trip to Los Cristianos. I do not recommend.

The location is good, quite near to the downtown and the beach from Los Cristianos (15 min.walk).
To the airport it is 20 min by car. There are also many supermarkets around the hotel, where you can buy your supplies. The rooms were okay and clean. Our beds were not so comfortable and there's no free WiFi in the rooms. But there's a hotspot next to the pool bar, which you can use.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. We booked half board, the breakfast was standard intercontinental with scrambled eggs, beans, bacon, etc.and the meal was varied, asian, Italian, spanish. It was okay, specially when it's late and you don't want to spend hours for your dinner. You can also go for the variety of restaurants next to the hotel. There's a lot of sports bars nearby, where the british tourists enjoy their pints.

Amazing this place is really really good and it’s just so good self catering the staff is very friendly and nice the only thing I would say is that you have to pay for Wi-Fi but there is a wee bit down next to the pool where you can get Wi-Fi for free the life guard is really cheeky tho wouldn’t recommend him right enough but other and that not a really bad thing to say about it only thing is that the beds aren’t great under the couch but if you ask at reception they can give you a mattress topper which make it much much better will hopefully come back to this hotel soon.

Have just returned from a weeks holiday and can't fault anything. The location is perfect and the self catering apartments are well equipped with a microwave, kettle, toaster, hob and fridge with freezer compartment. They even provide a washing up sponge, liquid and a tea towel. There isn't air conditioning which was bearable at the end of May. I would definitely return.

We spent 7 nights here and it was amazing. We had our room cleaned and the beds made every day.
The rooms are basic, but have everything you need. There’s also a fan in the living room and 1 in the bedroom so you will never get too hot.
The walk to the beach is about 15 min which is perfect.
We ended up extending our holiday for another 2 nights, unfortunately the hotel was booked out and we had to go somewhere else, which despite its rating of 4 stars, it doesn’t even come close to Aguamar.
The view from the room was also incredible.
One minor issue is that the beds are on wheels so when you try to put them together there’s a chance they will pull apart during the night.
Will definitely be back here!

Good all round hotel clean nice staff good facility's only complaint would be a little far out but that's only because it's hot here and walking can be a chew

Just back from a 2 week stay, although the rooms are basic everything is spotless. Re the beds l was afraid of what they were going to be like but this is the best 2 weeks sleep l have had in a long time. I did check the mattresses and it said on ours orthopaedic perhaps they aren't all the same. Over all a good place to stay close to all restaurants and bars if you are after a sandwich for lunch don't miss the supermarket next to Chrtian Sur they can't be beaten at €2.50

Great little place. Very clean. Nice staff. Very functional. Two negatives - the only bar shuts at 4 pm every day leaving with you nowhere to buy a drink and whilst the breakfast is fine, the coffee in the breakfast room is undrinkable and you can only get a decent coffee from the bar (if it is open!). Enjoyed our stay very much all in all.

Don't be fooled by the cool and quirky lobby furnishings. This place is very simple and dated, with the most basic rooms and amenities. The beds are basically glorified camping cots with foam mattresses.on wheels (not sure how amorous couples deal). With rough, hospital grade sheets. Shampoo/body gel comes in a tiny packet like wet wipes. Kitchenette only equipped with appliances and utensils. Better bring your own coffee, sugar, salt, etc. Pool hours are limited to 10-6 and no hot tub/jacuzzi WiFi not free unless you find the secret room tucked away behind restaurant. I would not characterize walk to town and beach as short and convenient. Be prepared to log at least 10,000 steps for one round trip. Luckily, taxis are cheap.

Destacaré que el personal fue muy amable pero las instalaciones de los apartamentos me parecieron pésimas, nunca repetiría. Empezando porque no tienen aire acondicionado, el wifi es de pago, y el baño es súper desagradable e incómodo.
El check in demasiado tarde.

I had a very bad experience with this hotel. They cancelled my reservation without any reason, three days before my check in.

Me parece muy mal que las hamacas estén reservadas muy mal. Decepción muy llegar cn los niños y no poder ir a la piscina me iría ahora mismo

Well worth the 5 stars for the money. Clean. Nice pool. Nice staff. Internet and food a little pricey but excluding that (and we never used either) all was fab. Nice apartments with free TV. Decent view from the balcony.

Pool dirty bits floating in it rooms are basic but clean receptionist not very helpful over all we had better stays in Tenerife also kid's are not allowed to use lilo or tubes of any kind it was ok but would not recommend

Just had a week self catering. Hotel very clean staff very helpful. Rooms get a bit hot at night and only has 2 ceiling fans but overall a very good hotel. Would definitely stay again

Los apartamentos están muy bien, aunque tardan demasiado tiempo en limpiar los. (tardaron 3 horas). El personal del apartamento tanto el recepcionista como el socorrista son unos confiansudos, y el segurita de las noches bastante apático, ya que dejó a una de nuestras compañeras sin poder entrar.
Conclusión: falta de personal de calidad y cualificado

Buena ubicación y tranquilo. Son apartamentos con lo básico para disfrutar máximo una semana. Tiene algún pero:
no AC, wifi de pago, piscina pequeña, pensado para los extranjeros.

Piscina diminuta, y a las 7.30 de la mañana nos despiertan dando martillazos en otra habitación el personal de mantenimiento en pleno agosto.

Rooms very clean. Could not of slept at night if not for ceiling fans in bedroom. Staff are lovely although night staff not so, can be a bit rude if returning late. Pool is nice but small and the morning rush for sun beds is ridiculous.

El hotel está bien pero lo que hicieron con las fotos de la piscina para engañar a la gente no me gustó aparte la piscina es muy pequeña para tantos apartamentos.

Staff very helpful, lovely views hotel and pool area kept very clean, pool water very cold, cleaning of pool area starts very early every morning, the pool isnt as big as you think, bathroom consists of bath, shower and a hairdryer. In the kitchen has toaster, kettle and washing up bits our bedroom had a fan too and black out curtains. Would stay here again
