Alondras Park

Had a lovely 10 nights for my 2nd stay at Alondras Park. Great apartment complex for the non pretentious, budget conscious traveler. Apartments are spacious with a balcony. Clean sheets and towels, very hot water.
The staff will bend over backwards to make sure you are happy with apartment and have everything you need if you ask nicely.

The Las Americas scene is a little too busy for me, I love this area, It feels more canarian. Close to the airport but not too close and a great base for exploring the island. There are adequate shops for groceries and houshold products and plenty of bars restaurants and eateries nearby. Secret paths around the edge of costa del silencio lead to beautiful natural pools and magical sunsets.
A car would be useful but not essential as the 467 bus passes very regularly and can take you to the local las gallatas in 3 stops or las americas in 20 mins.
Smokers are welcome at Alondras Park, which is good to know if like me you are one.

Nato sulle ceneri della vecchia "Espuma", questo locale si presenta ben rapportato qualità/prezzo. Il servizio impeccabile, bravi. Consigliatissimo!

I loved it, bit dated but, clean and had everything I needed, Shambhu was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area

Worst place i ever stayed in went up to charge my phone in the room walked back from the bar an hour later phone and camera stolen when i asked could i track my phone from the computer the indian man at reception plugged the computer out absolutly shocking stay away from this place

More or less clean apartments and all. Although they could be improved overall. Pressure on the showers is not given: D
Cheap prices if you come off-season. Friendly staff and reception personal!:)
The pools are in good condition and clean.
WiFi needs to be paid.

Las instalaciones un poco viejas.

Los apartamentos eran acogedores pero les hace falta un mantenimiento.

Albergo senza pretese, economico, camera, living, cucina, bagno e balcone. Uso gratuito della piscina condiviso con inquilini privati che vivono permanentemente nella struttura addiacente. Bravo il bagnino. Ottimo il servizio ristorante.

Decent apartments. Water pressure from shower non existant. Warm water very limited. Has stove but not oven even microwave. Otherwise nice and clean.

It's basic, really basic, but clean. Wi-Fi needs to be paid for if you want it in the apt. Apts are sparsely furnished. Beds are clean and comfy, but really narrow! Any issues we had (had a couple) were dealt with promptly apart from no tv remote, we were told it had been stolen. No biggie.

No deberían de poner en el anuncio características de la habitación baño privado y cocina privado y cuando llegues al hotel sea compartido porqué para mí eso es una estafa y que te marches porque es obvio que no te vas a quedar en algo que no has contratado llames a la página para anular la reserva y solo te devuelvan la mitad y en 10 días avilés cuándo en ningún momento te informan de que tu alojamiento va a ser compartido

He intentado reservar en su página, pero no dan fechas más allá de unos pocos días. Así que he reservado a través de una página externa, y me la han cancelado, sin dar ningún tipo de explicación.

Esta un poco deteriorado, pero la calidad precio van de la mano. Por lo general la experiencia fue buena

Un lugar en costa del silencio para alquilar durante unas vacaciones, también hay gente que vive alli todo el año.un poco ruidoso si se va a descansar

Molto accogliente, con personale sempre pronto ad ogni evenienza. Piscine ad uso pubblico, immancabile pulizia impeccabile

It is really hard to find somenone who speaks English. Rooms are kind of old, but still cozy. On the other hand, hotel really wants to get as much money from you, as possible- you have to pay for renting a TV, for internet connection, for everything. I thought that TV is basic room equipment in 3 stars hotel. Kitchen equipment is poor- didn't find cheese shredder, knife etc.
